Makoto's physical appearance drastically change. His tall and well build body becomes short and a bit of the skinny side, his skin become more pale to a sickly level and his eyes have dark circles around them.

Hajime stares at him at shock, which Makoto noticed.
"G-GAH!" Makoto coughed up a bit of blood and kneel down in pain, making Hajime worries.
"A-ALL HOPE!!!" Hajime shouted in worry as he runs up to him, "Are you okay?!!"
"D-Don't worry... I... I'll be... fine..." Makoto said as he struggles to keep a smile on his face.
"... All Hope..." Hajime muttered.
"... Come on... don't look so gloom..." Makoto said as a attempt to cheer him up, but it didn't work.
"... What happen to you?" Hajime asked.
"... It happened in a fight a year ago..." Makoto told him as he lists his shirt, showing a massive bruise on his chest, "so... currently, I been looking for a successor..."
"... Wait, maybe I could be your successor!" Hajime said as he stands up, "I don't have a quirk, but I truly want to be a hero no matter what!"
"... No matter what?" Makoto asked.
"Yes!"
"... Alright... I'll meet you in the same park tomorrow... be prepare!"
