Your POV

I woke up to someone shaking me. "Y/N! Wake up!!" Ember screamed in my ear. I bolted up and headbutted Ember in the face. "Ouch," she said rubbing her head.

"Sorry Ember," I apologised. "Hey, quick question why did you wake me up so early?" I asked.

Ember shoved her phone in her face. There was an article about a new job. "WE NEED FOOD!!!!" she cried holding her stomach. "AND TO GET FOOD WE NEED MONEY!!!! AND TO GET MONEY WE NEED A JOB AND QUICK!!!!" She started pulling me out of the bed to get dressed she was already changed into:

I got dressed and went to get breakfast when I remembered we dot have food. Ember dragged me out the front door and I received a text from Laurance.

"Ooooohhh~ Is that your boyfriend~?" She teased still dragging me along the road to the cafe where the job was.I had a slight tint of pink on my face but just brushed her comment off. I checked to see what Laurance wanted. (Conversation went like this:

L-Laurance Y-You

L- Hey Y/N want to hang out today?

Y- Hey Laurance I'm so sorry but I can't I'm getting a job :(

L- Oh it's fine

L- What job is it?

Y- I think it's in a cafe a few blocks away

L- I know that place do ou mind if I drop by later?

Y- Sure I gtg now

L- cya

End of convo

We arrived at the cafe and it was all pink and kawaii and stuff. "Urm... Ember why are we here?" Questioned her.

"This is where the job is and you HAVE to do it now! Anyway, it can't be that bad" She reassured. "It's not like you know anyone here."

I thought for a moment then remembered the food. "I will apply for the job but ONLY because we need food!"

We stepped inside and asked the receptionist (idk what they are called) if we could get a job here.

"Oh, I'm so sorry girls but we are all full at the moment. However, we are terribly understaffed today because most of the people that work here are off ill." Ember and I frowned. We heard shouting coming from the back room.

"GET OUT OF HERE YOU ARE FIRED! YOU ARE A RUDE WAITRESS AND YOU MAKE TERRIBLY BITTER COOKIES AND CAKES!" The person shouted angrily.

"Pft, Michi didn't want this stupid job anyways!" a purple-haired Neko shouted back running out the door.

... Ember and I stayed quiet until "Girls it looks like we have a job opening! you two have the job! now go to the back room and there will be a stand of maid outfits pick the colour you want and entertain the guests, if they order food write it down then take it to the cooks in the back!" The receptionist said quickly, "GO GO GO before my boss shouts again!"

We rushed into the back room and got our maid outfits on. (Ember's:

I was too embarrassed to go outside but I built up enough courage and did my job! I was enjoying serving people but then I saw them.... THE GUYS! (Laurance, Garroth, Travis & Dante) I called Ember over but she was busy serving like 3 other tables and the other maids were busy as well. I walked towards the hesitantly.

Ember's POV (Yay new pov)
I was serving three different tables when some boys walked in. Y/N didn't have any tables to serve so she had to serve the guys that came. I saw that Y/N was blushing and looked like she didn't want to go over to serve them. I didn't like seeing Y/N like that so I finished serving the three tables that were waiting in a matter of seconds. Y/N was hesitantly walking towards them when I stepped in front of the table before they could notice her. I glanced back and she gave me a thankful look. I took the guys order and left. One of them attempted to flirt with me but I made a good come back.

Your POV
As I stepped forward Ember stood in front of the table the guys were sitting at. She turned her head to face me and I gave her a thankful look. I turned around and served other tables. The guys left and our shift finished. We asked if we could have our pay for the day because we didn't have money or food and the receptionist let us have our pay and something of the menu for free. I ordered (insert your favourite sweet/treat) and Ember had a whole strawberry cheesecake. We went home and fell asleep. Today was very busy.
