Dad Might: All Might x Reader

This was something I've been wanting to write for quite a while.

Before we begin, the Reader's quirk is inspired by Bellamy's devil fruit from One Piece. The Reader's arms and legs can turn into springs allowing her to jump around extremely quickly, elongate her limbs as well as compress them for a BIG punch.

Villains and petty criminals who rob tiny little stores were wreaking havoc upon the city left and right, there you stood upon buildings and street signs watching over everyone like a hawk as a protector for the city. Your springy quirk was perfect for high speed chases from open spaces to small and cramped with the ability to bounce off of anything you touched. Now all you wanted to do was rest up, today was a long day, longer than the usual with All Might's decreased appearances as a hero-which isn't a bad thing but more it was hard keeping up with everything with a decreased workforce. And so you've be anticipating a visit to the beach you'd make at least once every week, and today it was just late enough to gaze upon the sunset you've came to love so much thanks to an old highschool sweetheart that had long disappeared from existence. Visiting was like the cherry on top of a sundae after a week of hero's work... But mostly in memory of him.

"Silly me," you giggled, pulling off the mask to your costume. "I'm so tired I forgot to change out of this ratty thing," you pulled at your costume then pursed your lips with a shrug "Eh, I can always change at the beach... Not like anybody visits to begin with-" You perked up hearing distressed whines of pain and groans from behind a wall of litter sitting upon the beach. They weren't noises of pain, more it was exhaustion-pushing of one's limit, so you didn't spring into action but instead checked out the scene by allowing your legs to turn into springs and jumped into the air, sitting atop the mountain of litter.

At the bottom of the mountain were two individuals, a boy in his early teens with bushy green hair wearing a matching tracksuit, he was the one making all of the distressed noises of suffering while trying to push a refrigerator two times his size. "Foolish little boy," you snickered shaking your head side to side then turned your head to the second individual. He was a man with long blonde hair, his most notable features were his hunched over and scrawny build to his body. The man was barking out orders to the little boy then had the nerve to make fun of the poor kid. Those words acted like fuel to him however, and so the kid worked harder and somehow managed to move the fridge little by little. You were quite amazed sitting back to watch the magic unfold. Not as amazed at something else your mind had finally grasped on... That man's voice.

"Toshinori, it's been so long!" You waved down at the two boys, the blonde snapped his head up at you from the beach. You saw those blue eyes of his and knew very well that it was him. He gasped in your presence, then coughed up blood which in turn made you frown with discomfort. The teenager freaked out asking the man if he were alright like a worried nurse, and so you jumped down from the mountain of litter. "You okay?" you asked almost as worried as the child.

"I-I-I'm fine," Toshinori stuttered, wiping the blood seeping from his mouth into the sleeve of his coat.

"That's good," you grinned, resting a hand upon his shoulder. "But I meant it, I thought you dropped off the side of the earth Toshinori, where've ya been it's been years?"

"I'm guessing she doesn't know about your quirk?" The freckle faced teenager asked Toshinori very discreetly before shifting his attention onto you once again. "Oh my god!" The boy squealed like a fan girl. "You're (Y/n), the hero who can compress and stretch out your arms and legs like springs to catch villains!!!"

"Yup that's me kid," you felt the need to pet the boy's vivid green hair and felt accomplished in doing so. "Toshinori, gonna answer me about where you've been? What about that quirk of yours this kid was talking about?"

"Oh well..." The scrawny blonde scratched the back of his neck with a hint of pink to his cheeks.

"Fine you don't need to answer me," you gave in giving the man hope. "So who's your son? Clearly you've gotten busy," you weren't happy to admit such a fact but nudged the teenager in the arm and both of the boy's eyes grew large with heavily red cheeks.

"I-I-I-" the teen continued to stutter.

"It's not w-what you think (Y/n)," Toshinori waved his hands around with alarm.

"I'm Midoriya, Izuku Midoriya Mam," Izuku bowed suddenly.

"Young Midoriya isn't my son..." Toshinori finally got himself together. "More he's my apprentice, but I won't deny that we're really close," All Might was as flustered as ever getting that piece of information off his chest. Midoriya looked really bummed out however and ran off to continue and clear off the beach of litter some more. "(Y/n)..." Toshinori fought off another stutter. "You haven't changed a bit since high school, still beautiful as always."

"Awe," you found yourself smiling. "I would say the same to you Yagi, but you look like a creepy homeless man," Midoriya spits suddenly then ran into an explosion of laughter from afar, causing the both of you to laugh as well noticing you both were being spied on but couldn't care less.

"Yeah I know I've really let myself go since High School, I'm just too focussed on my work," Toshinori lets out a deep breath then rubbed the back of his neck once again. "I'm sorry I didn't keep contact with you (Y/n), It was to keep you safe from villains with me being All Might and all..."

"This has to be a joke," you giggled, but nobody else did. "You can't be All Might I mean look at you!"

Toshinori smirked, and with a flash of smoke, Toshinori went from scrawny to brawny with a radiant smile that could go for miles. "Don't judge a book by it's cover little Missy," All Might laughed with hands on his hips.

"Yeah you... You proved that right," you were still letting the fact that your high school sweetheart was the number one hero all this time sit in. "All those times we worked together to get a job done and save citizens, I-I had no clue it was you," it wasn't news to anyone that you were practically All Might's sidekick. You both worked together as a team quite often... It made you wonder if he purposely went after jobs that he knew you'd be called in for.

"I try to separate my personal and hero life to the best of my ability," All Might informed you with regret greatly noticeable on his end. "And since three quarters of my life is my hero life, I chose to share it with you," you and Midoriya both awed in unison as he then held out his hand for you to take. You took his hand without hesitation, his being a the size of a gorilla's compared to yours, he brought you to him then spun you as the beginning of a dance. You spun back into his embrace resting your head upon his built chest with a shy smile.

"Toshinori... This might be sudden but let's get married," you offered lifting your head to peer into his orbs of blue. "We dated in highschool and you've been flirting with me for years as All Might... You're also training an apprentice, that means it's about time to settle down."

All Might was clearly flustered but that radiant smile of his never left. The man dipped you within his arms, pulling you back up to your feet with his lips closing in on your own. "The marriage will have to be secret, other than that, I'd gladly be your husband."

Too romantic? I hope not, I'm a sucker for these cute ass types of things.
