Some scenarios, like this one, I will only write for the heroes and/or villains but not for the students.

Toshinori Yagi/All Might:

He blinked, trying to think if it's okay to ask a person why they are wearing makeup since he once heard a student complain to another that it's rude to ask a person that. So he wondered if it's true or they just made that up or if it's like asking a woman their age. So basically the whole date he sat there, debating what to do before he finally asked you why you are wearing makeup. When you told him you wanted to look very beautiful for him, he felt a blush form, feeling weirdly touched that you would put so much effort into it to look beautiful for him before he shyly mumbled you always look beautiful so don't worry about such stuff.

Shota Aizwawa/Eraser Head:

He stared before he asked you what's with the makeup. When you said you wanted to look good for the date, he just hummed. He didn't really care about it, if you want to wear makeup, go ahead, but he doesn't care if you do or not.

Hizashi Yamda/Present Mic:

When he noticed, he excitedly yelled you look awesome. When you told him not to shout like that when you are standing so close, he whispered you look beautiful. Since he now learned you have makeup, he will sometimes just do your makeup when you both have a date for the fun of it.

Nemuri Kayama/Midnight:

If you can't do makeup and show up to the date with messy makeup, she will chuckle before telling you she appreciates you trying to look good for the date but she suggests learning how to do makeup first. She will gladly help you remove it and redo it.

Keigo Takami/Hawks:

He didn't even notice at first, only when your lipstick left a stain on the cup was when he noticed, asking why you are wearing makeup. When you told him you did it to look pretty, he threw his arms around you and held you, telling you you are always pretty, with or without makeup so don't worry about such things.
