All men are not created equal. This is the harsh reality and truth of the world we live in. No matter what we do, things will never be perfect in the world. Quirks. Ever since the first sighting, they've been popping up all around the world, ranging in three categories. Emitter, Transformation, and Mutation. However since 80% of the population had some kind of superpower, that 20% did not. They were called quirkless and were considered at the bottom of the social hierarchy.

Two such people were Izuku Midoriya and Y/N L/N. Two boys with dreams of becoming heroes, but were shattered when they received the news. Despite this, they still pushed to be heroes without having a quirk, but one such person made it more difficult than the rest. Bakugou Katsuki or called by Izuku, Kacchan. He bullied the boys, but seemed to have it out for Y/N for reasons unknown.

In a back alley in present day, Y/N falls to his knees. He holds his stomach in pain as he looks up to see his tormentor.

Y/N: (in pain) Come on man, don't you have better things to do?

Katsuki: (scoffs) I do. But kicking the crap out of you always makes me feel better!

He lands a kick to Y/N stomach, making him cough in pain. As he goes for another kick, Y/N catch his leg and tackles him to the ground.

Kenzo: Wow! Someone's feisty today!

It doesn't take long for Katsuki to get Y/N off him and throw him to the ground.

Katsuki: You little shit!

In his anger, he uses his explosion quirk on Y/N, giving him some burn marks. Y/N yells in pain from the explosion causing Katsuki to smirk.

Katsuki: You thought you could beat me Y/N? When are you gonna get it through your head? A quirkless loser like you will never beat me. Let's go guys.

As Katsuki and his lackeys laugh as they leave, Y/N finds the strength to stand and he uses the wall as support to walk out of the alley. It takes him a minute before he makes his way out and he keeps using the wall as support as he tries to get himself home.

Y/N: Come on Y/N, just place one foot in front of the other.

However, the pain from Katsuki's quirk kicked in again making Y/N slide down the wall as he holds his side in pain.

Y/N: Damn it. Stupid Katsuki and his stupid quirk...Thinking he's better than everyone. I'll show him. One day, I'll get a quirk even better than his and he'll regret ever messing with me.

As Y/N sits in pain, he hears footsteps running towards him and looks to see his half-brother Arcturus Farron, his adopted sister Wanda Maximoff, and his friends Izuku Midoriya and Hitomi Kanetsukabe are coming towards him with worried expressions. 

Arcturus or Arc for short has a quirk called Speed-Force. His body can generate powerful blue lightning that allows him to run at high speed.

Wanda's quirk, Hex, allows her to levitate objects and fire blasts of energy.

Much like Y/N, Izuku was born quirkless. This is was the basis of their friendship, that would lead them to becoming best friends.

And Hitomi has a quirk called Force Field. This Quirk involves superheating the air within a one meter radius around herself to form plasma, which make up her force fields. She can form them around herself, or launch them to attack others. They are generally easy for her to maintain.

Wanda and Hitomi: Y/N!

Izuku: Oh no, you're hurt! And you're in bad shape!

Arc lends Y/N a hand and helps him up with the help of Wanda.

Arcturus: Come on, bro, we'll take you to Izuku's house. (looks at Izuku) Is that okay with you? 

Izuku: Right. Mom wouldn't mind having you as a guest.

Y/N just nods at the two siblings as they help him to their house. After reaching their apartment, Hitomi takes Y/N to the guest room while Izuku explains to his mother what happened. As Y/N sits on the guest bed, Izumi comes in with a med kit and starts to patch him up.

Y/N: Thanks for helping me Hitomi.

Hitomi: Of course. Why wouldn't I? You're my friend and friends help each other.

Y/N: Yeah, friends....

As much as Y/N hated to admit he didn't want to be friends with Hitomi, he wanted to be more. Ever since they were children, Y/N held feelings for her. Even after learning about that he is quirkless, Hitomi still treated him like a person.

Hitomi: Do you know who did this?

Y/n: Who do you think? Our resident human sized bomb.

Hitomi: (sighs) Bakugo...I don't know why he picks on you the way he does. Not even Izuku gets hurt this bad. What's wrong with him?

Y/N: I don't know. Maybe he's jealous that I get to hang out with a pretty gal like you Hitomi.

Hitomi: (giggles) Oh shut up N/N. Katsuki isn't the type to get jealous. Besides I think it's deeper than that. He probably has some unresolved issues.

Y/N: (sighs while getting up) And there you go.

Hitomi: Huh?

Y/N: Defending him. 

Hitomi: What's wrong with that?

Y/N: He's a bully Hitomi. He picked on people he sees weaker than him because he knows they won't do anything. He's an ass-hat.

Hitomi: Y/N, that's mean. 

Y/N: Oh that's mean? Look at me! I'm covered in bruises and scorch marks because of him, and I'm mean?

Hitomi: (sighs) Look, I just don't think he's a bad guy is all.

Y/N rests his arms against her windowsill as he looks at her.

Y/N: Always seeing the good in people, huh?

Hitomi walks up to Y/n and places a hand on his shoulder.

Hitomi: Hey, you're still my friend. I'll always be there for you.

Y/N: (smile) Thanks Hitomi. 

As Y/N looks at her, he thinks about telling her how he feels about her, how he truly feels about her.

Y/N: Hitomi I... 

Inko: (knocks) Hitomi, Y/N. Is it alright if I come in?

Hitomi: Sure thing, Inko.

Inko: (walks in) Sorry if I disturbed anything.

Y/N: Uh no Ms. Midoryia, you didn't.

Inko: Oh! Good. I've called your mother Y/N and let her know about what happened. She's alright with you staying for a while until you go home.

Y/N: Thanks Ms. Midoryia.

Inko: Of course dear. Oh! I've also made dinner if you'd like to eat.

Y/N: I'd love that.

Inko: Okay. It'll be on the stove. Oop! My favorite show is about to start, I'll leave you kids to it.

As Inko exits the guest's room, Hitomi looks back at Y/N.

Hitomi: Hey, you were going say something right? What was it?

Y/n: Oh uh, it's uh it was nothing. Don't worry about it.

Hitomi: You sure?

Y/n: Yeah, it's nothing.

Hitomi: (smile) If you say so. 

As Hitomi walks out of her room, Y/N looks back towards the window and sighs to himself.

Y/N: Great going Y/N. Ya blew it. (sighs) What am I gonna do with myself?

(timeskip) 

Sometime after spending a few hours at the Midoryia's, Y/N said his goodbyes and walked home. As he made it to his house and entered, he saw that the living room light was still on. Looking inside, he saw his stepfather sitting on the couch watching TV, he tries to sneak past, but failed to do so.

Stepdad: And where the hell have you been?

Y/N: Just out.

Stepdad: "Just out"? The fuck is that supposed to mean?

Y/N: It means I was just out.

Stepdad: Watch your tone with me.

Y/N: Whatever, where's my mom?

Stepdad: Where she always is nowadays, work. Never got the time for me anymore. 

Y/N: (thoughts) I wonder why... (speaking) I going to my room.

Stepdad: I couldn't care less. 

Y/N just rolls his eyes as he walks upstairs to his bedroom. After entering his room, he throws his bag to the side and falls forward onto his bed. He brings his hand forward as he thinks to himself.

Y/N: (thoughts) Someday, somehow...I'll have a quirk of my own. 

(time-skip) 

The next day at school, Y/N is seen hanging out with Arc, Wanda, Izuku as the four discuss about heroes. The two of them whenever there is no class, always meet up and talk about heroes and their dreams of being heroes.

Y/N: Okay, but all I'm saying is that he could have more than one ultimate move.

Izuku: I...see your point. Kamui Woods's only ultimate move is Lacquered Chain Prison. He could use some more or at least another one.

Arcturus: Yeah, that guy was pretty cool. 

Y/N: You know something else that bothers me?

Wanda: What's that?

Y/N: How that villain from a couple days ago was taken down.

Izuku: What do you mean?

Y/N: So everyone is just cool with Mt. lady getting all the credit for that?

Izuku: Oh!

Arcturus: Yeah, I agree with you. Kamui Woods was putting in most of the effort and at last minute, she swooped in and landed the finishing blow.

Y/n: Just like a steal kill in a video game.

Wanda: You make a valid point.

Y/n: Hey, what happened to journal #13? I noticed it was all messed up.

Izuku: Oh, uh Kacchan kinda scorched it.

Y/N: What?! Why?!

Izuku: The teacher was talking about what we wanted to do after graduating and he brought up how I wanted to go to U.A. and Kacchan, well you know.

Y/n: Eugh! I so can't with that guy. Thinks he better than the rest because his quirk is so cool. There's plenty of people with a better quirk than him out there.

Izuku: Shhh! Y/N, don't be too loud! Kacchan might hear you!

Katsuki: Might hear what, Deku?

Izuku jumps in surprise as he hears Bakugo's voice.

Y/N: None of your business, Katsuki.

Katsuki: Getting bold aren't we, Y/N? (gives off small pops) Remember what happened last time?

Y/N: (gets in front of Izuku) I'm not afraid of you, Katsuki.

Katsuki: (smirk) Oh, you will. 

Before Bakugo could use his quirk on Y/N, Hitomi finds them just in time and stops Katsuki from attacking Y/N and her friends.

Hitomi: Katsuki, that's enough! 

Katsuki: (scoffs) Back off Hitomi. This ain't got nothing to do with you.

Hitomi: If my friends are involved then yes, it has everything to do with me.

Katsuki: I'm not trying to hurt you, Hitomi. Just walk away.

Hitomi: Leave them alone or I'll make you. 

Bakugo glares at Hitomi for a bit before sighing to himself.

Katsuki: Fine! Whatever, I've got stuff to do anyways! Later losers!

As Katsuki walks away, Izuku breathes a sigh of relief.

Izuku: Oh man, I thought we were goners for a second.

Hitomi: Are you guys okay?

Y/n: We're fine Hitomi, thanks.

Wanda: Yeah, we're okay.

Arcturus: Thanks for the help. 

Hitomi: Anytime. 

Izuku: (looks at the time) Oh crap, I've gotta go. I'll see you guys later, bye! (runs off) 

Arcturus and Wanda looked at each other before nodded.

Arcturus: Now that Izuku mentions, Wanda and I have other things to do. 

Wanda: Take care. 

As Arc and Wanda left, it just leaves Hitomi and Y/N. With this new opportunity at hand, Y/N decides that this is his chance.

Y/N: Hey Hitomi...

Hitomi: Huh? Yes Y/n?

Y/n: About yesterday. When you asked me about what I was going to tell you...

Hitomi: Yeah. You said it was nothing, right?

Y/n: I uh lied. I-It wasn't nothing.

Hitomi: Why would you tell it was nothing when it was?

Y/N: Because I didn't know how to exactly tell you, but now I do.

Hitomi: Ok then. I'm all ears and promise not to judge you.

Y/N: (thoughts) Okay Y/N, this is it. Tell her how you feel. (speaking) Hitomi, I....You....

Hitomi: Yes? 

Y/N: I-I...wanna go out with you!

Hitomi: Huh? 

Y/N: I've had feelings for you for a while. Ever since we were kids to be honest. Even when I was told I was quirkless, you stood by my side and I want it to stay that way. So, will you accept my feelings, Hitomi?

Hitomi: Y/N...you are an amazing person. You're honest, kind hearted, caring, and an overall good person....

Y/N gains a smile at Hitomi's positive affirmations, but his smile quickly fades from his face.

Hitomi: ....But, I can't accept your feelings.

Y/N: (shocked) W-What? Why not?

Hitomi: It's not you, honestly. If things were different, I would have said yes, but there is someone else that has my heart.

Y/N: (saddened) O-Oh....I see...

Hitomi: I-I'm sorry N/n. We can still be friends can't we?

Y/n: Y-Yeah, sure...if that's what you want...

Hitomi: (smile) Thanks Y/n. You're the best friend a girl could ask for.

Y/n: Yeah....I guess so...

Hitomi gives him a smile as she walks away. As she does, Y/N just looks at her. He had a feeling that this would happen if he told her how he really felt about her. It was an even chance that she would either say yes or no, and she chose no. There was nothing he could do about it now, she made her choice and all he could do was respect that.

Y/N: I hope whoever it is that has her heart is truly worthy of it....

???: Umm... excuse me? 

Y/N turned and saw two girls who approached him with concern looks. 

Girl 1: Sorry, but we couldn't help but overheard what happened.

Girl 2: Are you feeling okay? 

Y/N: Oh, yeah I'll be fine... 

Momo: Oh, I'm Momo Yaoyorozu. And this Kyoka Jiro.

Kyoka: Nice to meet ya. 

Y/N: Nice to meet you too, I'm Y/N L/N. 

Momo: I'm deeply sorry about what happened to you, especially with your confession. 

Kyoka: Me too. 

Y/N: Oh, it's okay. I'm sure whoever Hitomi's in love is looking after her. 

Kyoka: Still, it's hard since you're, you know... 

Y/N: Quirkless? Yeah, I get that a lot. 

Momo: You poor thing. (gets in idea) I know, why don't you hang out with us? 

Y/N: Huh? 

Kyoka: (smile) Yeah. It may not be a date, but it'll help you get what happened off your mind. 

Momo: Plus, you look like you could use a friend. So, what do you say? 

Y/N: (pause for a moment) You know, why not? That could help me a lot, thanks girls. 

Momo: (smile) Of course. 

Y/N walked with Kyoka and Momo, though unknown to them, they were being watched by Arc and Wanda who were listening to everything that happened. 

Arcturus: You heard that, right? 

Wanda: Yeah. I can't believe Hitomi would say no to him. 

Arcturus: Especially since he worked so hard. And she didn't tell him who that person is. 

Wanda: Well, at least he met those two girls who are willing to hang out with him. 

Arcturus: Yeah. 

(timeskip) 

Now being evening, Y/N is at home in his room trying to focus on himself. However, he can't really do that since his mother and stepfather are arguing downstairs. Y/N wasn't a noisy person, but he didn't pick up on what they were arguing about.

After his and Arc's father died during a mission with Arc's mother, Y/N's mother was devastated. Y/N tried his best to help her, but even that wasn't enough. His mother managed to get back to her oldself again and went back into the dating world where she met Y/N's stepdad. After about almost 3 years of dating, they decided to tie the knot, which as of present day wasn't the best of marriages.

As his mother and stepdad continue to argue, Y/n covers his head with his pillow. He hated the arguments they had. He hated hearing his mom raise her voice. He hated.....

SMACK!

Y/N's eyes snap open as he quickly removes the pillow off his head and looks towards his door.

Y/N: There's no way...

Moving quickly, Y/N gets out of his room and makes his way downstairs and into the living room. His eyes widen when he sees his mother on the floor, crying covering her cheek as his stepdad stands over her breathing heavy.

Y/N: What did you do?

Stepdad: Huh?

Mom: (gasps) Y/N....sweetie, please go back to your room.

However Y/N ignores his mother's words and marches over to his stepfather.

Y/N: What did you do to her?!

He goes to take a swing at him, but his stepfather uses his quirk, Rock Arm, and lands a direct hit to Y/n chest, knocking the wind out of him.

Mom: No!

As Y/N was on the ground, holding his chest in pain. His mother rushes over to him.

Mom: Y/N! Y/N baby, look at me!

Y/N: (in pain) M-Mom...

Mom: (looks at stepdad) Why did you hurt him?!

Stepdad: He attacked me first. I just defended myself.

Mom: He can't defend himself from you. He's quirkless!

Stepdad: Exactly. So he should stay in his place and shut his trap.

Y/N: S-Screw you...

Stepdad: What'cha say?

He marches towards Y/N, but his mother puts herself in front of him to protect him.

Mom: No! I won't let you hurt my son!

He gets pissed and grabs into her to try to throw her off, but she fights back against him. As they struggle, Y/N's mother smacks his stepfather, getting him even more mad.

Stepdad: You stupid bitch!

He backhands her, but while doing so, he uses his quirk. So when he lands his hit on her, she falls to the ground motionless. Y/N, despite being in pain, makes his way over to his mom and tries to shake her awake.

Y/N: Mom..., Mom come on. Come on mom, wake up.

As he shakes her, he sees a red liquid start to come out from underneath her head.

Y/N: Mom! N-No! I-I need to call an ambulance!

As Y/N struggles to get his phone, his stepdad finally calms down and realizes what he just did. It didn't take long for the ambulance to arrive to the house. Y/N chose to ride with him mother to the hospital while his stepdad stayed behind for the police report. 

Once arriving to the hospital, Y/N was told to sit in the waiting room and that's what he did. He texted to Arc that his mother was in the hospital and not long after, him, Izuku, Wanda, Hitomi, Inko, and Arc's and Wanda's adopted mother Cynthia arrived and gave him their support.

Ever since their father and Arc's mother died, Cynthia and Ryuko volunteered to look after Arc and Wanda. 

After waiting almost all night, the doctors finally gave Y/N an update about his mother condition. They told him that he would be alive, but for now she's in a sort of coma and they don't know how long it will last.

Inko, Izuku, Hitomi, Arc, Wanda, and Cyntha were happy, but Y/N just stood there with his head down. Cynthia offered him a place to stay at her house with Arc and Wanda, which he greatly accepted and for the rest of the night Y/N didn't say a word.

(timeskip) 

At school, Y/N was still dealing with the fact that his mother was now in a coma. But things for him for about to get worse as the news about this spread throughout the school. Y/n did his best to ignore what people said, but this streak was broken when Bakugo began to taunt him about it.

(time-skip)

Katsuki: Hey loser, we heard about your mom. Sucks doesn't.

Y/N: ....

Katsuki: I mean, she was put in a coma by her husband. She must've been doing something wrong.

Y/N: .....

Katsuki: I kinda feel bad for her though. If you had a quirk, then maybe you'd be able to protect her. But unfortunately, you're just a quirkless nobody.

As Bakugo continues to tease him, Y/N anger grows more and more, like a volcano getting ready to burst. He grips his fist in anger and with every words Bakugo says, he grips harder to the point her breaks his skin, causing blood to drip from his palm.

Katsuki: It's too bad though. Your mom is kinda hot. Maybe if I were to stop before hand, she would've let me hit.

Y/N:

Katsuki goes flying back after Y/N landed a blow right to his face. He doesn't even get a chance to properly react as Y/N gets on top of him and just starts going ham. Each punch was a representation of his anger, his frustration. It didn't matter to him the people around or what they were saying, he needed to let his anger out and he knew who to release it on.

Students gather around to witness Y/N beating on Katsuki, with some of them shouting and others recording. As schools fights tend to go, others caught wind of it, specifically Arc, Wanda, Hitomi, and Izuku. She was the first to appear and saw how relentless Y/n was.

Hitomi: Y/N! Stop! You're hurting him!

Y/N just ignored her as he continued to slam his fists against Bakugo's face. She knew her shouts would do nothing, so she was forced to use her quirk on Y/N. She created a force field which protected Bakugo and making Y/N stop his runlets assault. She ran over to Bakugo and checked up on him, making he sure that he was okay. After doing so, she turned to Y/n.

Hitomi: Why would you do this Y/N? This isn't you!

Y/N: You don't know what he did.... What he said....

Hitomi: Then you should've said something. Told someone!

Y/N: Don't you think I've tried? I'm so sick of everyone telling me that. No matter who I tell, what I say, no one will take the word of a quirkless person like me.

Hitomi: Y/N, beating up people isn't gonna solve your problems...

Y/N: Maybe, but it'll sure make me feel a helluva lot better.

Hitomi: Only a villain would think that...

Y/N's eyes widen to her words. Him? A villain? How is he a villain? Why would him defending himself be considered an act of villainy. Izuku finally arrives and before he can question, what was going on, Y/N pushed past him and just walked out. He looks at Hitomi, helping Bakugo up gives her a stern look. Arc then runs after Y/N and finds him at the front entrance.

Arcturus: Y/N! Y/N wait!

Y/N: What?!

Arcturus: What happened back there? You're usually not like that. You don't start fights.

Y/N: I didn't start shit! It was all him! It's always him!

Arcturus: Y/N...

Y/N: I'm so sick of this Arc! Why did I have to born quirkless?! Why do I have to have all this shit happen to me?! What did I ever do to deserve this?!

Izuku: (comes in) Y/N, if anyone understands, it's me. Every time there's a shooting star I wish to have my quirk manifest. But no matter how hard I try, it doesn't happen. But no matter what I deal with, I always try to push through. Do you know why?

Y/N: Why's that?

Izuku: Because that's what All Might would do.

Y/N: But I'm not All Might Izuku, and neither of you...

With those final words, Y/N turns his back to Izuku and Arc as he walks away and heads off to who knows where.

(time-skip) 

Some hours pasted since the events that took place at the school. Bakugo was taken to the nurses office by Hitomi and the school called his parents to tell them what happened. Katsuki's dad, Masaru tired to find some sense into the matter. He's spoken with Y/N a couple of time and knew that Y/N was a rather kind person. Katsuki's mom, Mitsuki, however didn't care who stared what. She wanted to give both boys a stern talking to about causing fights with each other.

Cynthia and Inko were also informed about the fight, and they were very concerned about it. They never knew Y/N to do such a thing. To them, he was kind and a sweet gentleman who would help anyone in need. As of now, Bakugo's parents are with Cynthia in her apartment talking about what happened.

Inko: Oh goodness! Mitsuki, I'm so sorry about this! I don't know what's gotten into Y/N.

Mitsuki: Don't beat yourself up about Inko. I don't fully blame the kid. I mostly blame Katsuki! That damn brat, always causing trouble!

Masaru: (looks at Cynthia) Do you know where Y/N is? We wanna talk to him and ask him why he did what he did.

Cyntha: N-No...I don't. He hasn't come back for a long time and I'm starting to get worried. Maybe Arc or Wanda knows where he's gone to. I just hope nothing bad happens to him.

Masaru: (nods) Same with us. He's one of the good ones. I'll make some calls to see if they can spot him.

Mitsuki: Yeah, I'll do the same. He's a good kid, just dealt a bad hand.

As all parents are in agreement, the door opens and they see that Arc and Wanda has come back to the apartment with Izuku.

Inko: Izuku? H-How you found Y/N? Do you know where he is?

Izuku: No. We haven't found him. 

Wanda: W've called and texted him, but got nothing. It's not like him to ignore us.

Cynthia: And what about your sister? Has she said anything?

Arcturus: No, that's the same with her. I just hoped they're both okay. 

Masaru: We'll leave you alone for now. We'll make some calls to see if we can find him.

Mitsuki: We'll see you another time Inko, Cynthia. 

Inko: We should we get going as well. 

Izuku: Yeah. Bye Arc, Wanda, I'll message you if I find anything on Y/N. 

Arc, Wanda, and Cynthia give their goodbyes as Izuku, Inko, and Bakugo's leave their apartment. Arc releases a heavy sigh as he slumps on the couch.

Wanda: What's wrong, Arc? Is this because Y/N hasn't come home?

Arcturus: Yes...No...I don't know...This who thing is wrong.

Wanda:  What do you mean?

Arcturus: Why does Y/n's life have to be so hard? He was born Quirkless, our dad was killed during a mission along with my mum, he gets picked on almost everyday, and now his mom's in the hospital. I-I just wish there was something I could do to help him.

Cynthia: Arc, sweetie, you already are.

Arcturus: What do you mean?

Cynthia: You are already helping him.

Arcturus: How? 

Cynthia: (smile) By being his friend, and his brother. 

Arcturus gives his mom a smile, but the thought still remains, where was Y/N and was he okay? Speaking of which, with Y/N, he's seen walking down the street while looking down at his phone. He's gotten multiple messages and calls, but hasn't responded to any of them. He makes a stop against a wall in an alley as he just sits alone with his thoughts.

As he sits alone, the sky begins to darken as rain clouds start forming. As he's alone with his thoughts, he's knocked out it when he suddenly hears a notification go off on his phone. He looks down at his phone and sees that it was Hitomi who texted him. Curious to see what she sent, he opened up her messages only to see that she sent him a video.

Y/N: (thoughts) The hell? Why'd she send just a video?

Curiosity got the best of him as he pressed on the video that she had sent to him. But when he pressed play on the video, his eyes widen to what he saw. It's was a video of her and Katsuki......sleeping together.

Drop by drop, rain droplets began to descend from the dark clouds as the video plays on Y/N's phone. All he could do was sit on the solid ground as the voice of Izumi and Katsuki flood his ears.

Hitomi: (video) Katsuki~!

Y/N: Stop......

Hitomi: (video) You hit me so deep~!

Y/N: Stop it......

Hitomi: (video) I-I love you Bakugo~!

Y/N: STOP IT!!!

Having enough, Y/n chucked his phone at the wall in front of him, shattering it to pieces. He falls onto his hands as tears stream from his eyes.

Y/N: (crying) Why?! Why is this world so cruel to me?! Why did I have to be Quirkless?! What did I do to deserve this?!

???: My, My, what do we have here? Why are you so devastated child?

Y/N get startled by the sudden voice the just appeared. He looks to see a strange man in front of him holding an umbrella with a black suit on and a black fedora on covering his face.

Y/N: W-Who are you..?

Mysterious man: I am but a humble man who just happened to past by when I saw you in such a state. Are you alright my boy?

Y/N: I....I'm a nobody. Just a Quirkless nobody...a waste of space...

Mysterious Man: Quirkless you say? Hmm, interesting. How would you feel if I told you there was a way for you to have a quirk?

Y/N: (looks up in surprised) W-What? Me having a quirk? Get real, there's no way that you could. It's never been recorded before...

Mysterious Man: Just because it hasn't been recorded does not mean it's not possible my boy.

Y/n: Why me? What makes me so special?

Mysterious Man: Because I believe that you can be more than you are young man.

Y/N's eyes widen in surprise to what the mysterious man just said.

Mysterious Man: (reaches out his hand) You can achieve greatness young one. Come with me, and you can live the dream you've dreamt for so long.

As the Mysterious man reaches out his hand to Y/N as he waits for him to make a decision. As Y/N looked at his hand, memories began to flood in, those of his mom, Cynthia, Arc, Wanda, Inko, and Izuku and all the good times they had, but then the memories of Katsuki, Hitomi, and all the suffering he endured came in. Coming to a decision, Y/N accepts the man offer.

Y/N: I accept your offer, make me greater than I am.

The mysterious man the bends down to one knee was he gives Y/N a somewhat comforting hug.

Mysterious Man: Don't my boy, you will never be powerless again.

Prologue ended.
