Tomura Shigaraki: 

Quirk: Decay

Quirk Description: Decay allows the user to destroy anything or anyone their hands touch, making it crumble to dust. Whether the target is organic or not, Decay will work without fail. As such, this Quirk is extremely lethal against living beings, having their flesh rot away if hit by it. The speed of the disintegration has developed from slow to almost immediate, eventually spreading through the whole body if a victim doesn't amputate the decaying body part.

Dabi: 

Quirk: Cremation/Blueflame

Quirk Description: The user can ignite blue fire anywhere on their body with minimal effort or movement almost instantaneously. They can also combust anything they touch almost instantly, including robust minerals and living creatures alike. The flames of this Quirk are extremely hot, burning at a temperature of at least 2,000°C (3,632°F), which is higher than that of lava and normal fire, signified by its blue coloration. 

Himiko Toga: 

Quirk: Transform

Quirk Description: With this Quirk, the user can transform into another person's appearance after consuming some of their blood. Transform gives the user the full ability to copy a perfect image of them, including tiny details. They can even replicate the voice of the person they've transformed into.

The amount of time the user can utilize a particular transformation is proportionate to the amount of blood that is consumed. One cup of blood equates to roughly one day's worth of being able to be transformed into that person.

If the blood of multiple people has been ingested, then the Quirk user can transform into any of them, and without having to return to their original shape between transformations.

When transforming, the user is covered by a sort of gray slime, which they can mold over their body into whatever shape, texture, or state of dress they want. It allows clothes to be included in the transformation, though the downside is that the transform ability can't cover clothes, so any clothes worn prior to the transformation would have to be removed to complete the disguise.

Spinner: 

Quirk: Gecko

Quirk Description: Gecko grants the user a reptilian appearance and the ability to cling onto walls and other sheer surfaces. Gecko appears to have strong adherence power, since Shuichi can remain attached even to fast-moving vehicles.

Twice: 

Quirk: Double

Quirk Description: Double allowed the user to create a copy of anything, two at a time, through touch. With Double, Jin could produce replicas of anyone to provide support in numbers. He did this by creating a dark-coloured, viscous fluid from his hands that formed into the person in question.

In order to conceive a perfect clone, Jin required knowledge of precise measurements and physical features of the person or object he was replicating. Doubles possesed the same personality and abilities as the original, making it hard to distinguish them from the real person at a first glance. The copies only recalled the memories of the last time they interacted with Jin himself.

Mr. Compress:

Quirk: Compress

Quirk Description: Compress allows the user to shrink down anything inside a spherical area into a small marble without actually damaging it.

Magne: 

Quirk: Magnetism

Quirk Description: Magnetism allowed the user to magnetize people around them, up to a 4.5-meter radius of themselves at will.

Kurogiri: 

Quirk: Warp Gate

Quirk Description: Using this Quirk, the user can create and manipulate a dark fog that acts as a portal. When the user produces a mass of the dark fog, it transports anything it comes in contact with to a nearby location. 

Muscular: 

Quirk: Muscle Argument 

Quirk Discerption: Muscle Augmentation is a Quirk that gives its user the ability to amplify, manipulate and augment their muscle layers inside or outside their body, granting them increased immense strength, speed, and durability.
