When people found out, I had already been outcasted because of my appearance. Learning my mother was a villain just added more gas to the fire. And years later, I found out Mystique had adopted my sister, Rogue, as a way to replace me.

Wanda: Do you hate her for that?

Kurt: I was hurt and angry at first, but not at Rogue. We could've been enemies or strangers. Instead, unlike our mother, we chose not to abandon each other. To let go of the past, and simply be family. And it's thanks to her, and the people who showed me love and support, that I'm the person I am now. Blood is blood. Family is a choice.

Wanda doesn't respond, but takes in the words he heard. Especially those last few.

Katsuki: You need to leave. I'm not done cleaning here.

Katsuki: Quit messing around. Go upstairs.

Hitomi rolled over to look at him, sniffling as she did so.

Richard: You arrogant fool. Izuku is Arc's best friend, and honestly, the best person that could've received One For All. Besides, All For One is the biggest priority and needs to be stopped.

3rd: I agree. We might have a chance with your quirk. Along with One For All's 2nd holder. How close could your son be to unlocking it?

Richard: It's hard to say. All I know is that my quirk's changed from what it once was. There's no telling how powerful it is now.

Terra: It's impressive that he did unlock mine first. The bonds he's making had caused the chains to be increased more than before.

6th: Do you truly believe that just simple bonds will be enough to even the odds against this? Time and time again, us and the ones who held One For All have failed to defeat All For One. Especially when he created those Kaiju monsters that were meant to defeat us. All Might was the closest, but he wasn't enough.

7th: And that's what concerns me. Are we really putting the fate of the world in the hands of teenagers who can't even fully comprehend the importance of these powers? We've already had a challenge locking away the chaotic nature of this holder.

2nd: The seal is still holding, but there's no telling how long it'll last.

4th: What about the second user, Y/N? 

3rd: I still can't believe All For One chose Richard's other son as his successor. 

4th: We need to deal with this as soon as possible. 

Terra: Should we alert the One For All users? 

6th: That'll be a waste of time. I heard that the 7th user Nana has already begun comforting his heart. 

7th: I say we'd kill him before he becomes a greater threat than All For One. 

Richard: NOOO!!! We will not kill him! He is my son, meaning he's family to me! 

2nd: You would bring that up? You should know that this happened because of your death. Thanks to that, one of your wives was in a coma and your son became a villain so dangerous that S.H.I.E.L.D. put him as an Avengers threat level. 

Richard: I know that it was all my fault. But Arc will finish when I failed, he'll free Y/N from All For One's hold over him. 

Terra: Let's hope so. Y/N hasn't awakened his true power that we've locked away deep inside of him yet. 

6th: But with quirk he stole thanks to All For One, the chains will begin to shatter.

3rd: You've been awfully quiet over there, Najenda. Got anything to say?

The original holder looks off at the weapons planted around them and thought to the wars she had fought in.

Najenda: After the amount of wars I've fought in, I've learned that this world isn't black and white, but different shades of gray. That's what we all have seen, and why my quirk has passed through each and every one of you. I know what is at stake, and I'm not blind to the dangers that all of the quirks my family has created possess. However, All For One is our main priority. Even if he's locked up for the time being, Y/N L/N is still at large and needs to be put down. Which is why, for the time being, One For All needs to stay active in order for Arcturus Farron, Izuku Midoriya, and the rest of their allies to win. Then, once All For One is gone, then we'll destroy One For All no matter what.

4th: And what about us?

Najenda: We'll die, too. That is the ultimate end in finally achieving peace and balance for the world.

Richard watches, and it wasn't much, but some of the smoke fades, showing a glowing blue eye.

Richard: (thoughts) I hope Arc and Izuku can be the ones to change Najenda's view. And, I hope that it'll be before it's too late. Y/N. Layla. I'm sorry for not being there to save you. 

In the deepest and darkest parts of Arc's mind, the same door he saw before stood in the hallway. No one was there, when all of the sudden, the door knocks four times from the inside. On the fourth knock, a small crack appeared on the door. 

???: (growl) 

Chapter 32 ended. 

And with that, Season 3 is done. After checking the votes, the Shie Hassakai is the winner. I have some big plans for that. 

With Mirio's fight, Arc's brain works faster than the others, so he was able to anticipate Mirio's attacks faster than the others. It's another sign at how fast he's becoming.

Wanda and Kurt spoke. Kurt's speech is based on the one he had with Jean in X-Men 97 when discussing about what is family. I find that this is very important as family is more than just blood, but it's made with the bonds made from others.

The holders of Order And Chaos speak with one another. I purposely concealed their names and faces not to spoil right now. Richard's name was shown, but not his face. That'll come later, along with the others. 

What's on the other side of the door? You'll soon find out. 

As for Y/N's true power? Let's say it's similar to Order and Chaos, but different in many ways. It also has eight past wielders like One For All and Order and Chaos. 

It's true Y/N was quirkless, but only because his power was locked away. Cause this is way too destructive for anyone to control.
