The scene picks up with Katsuki and Wanda declaring to want to fight the boys.

Katsuki: (narrowed his eyes) You and I both wanted to be just like All Might when we were growing up. But I was the one who had the potential. Then somehow, a little nobody like you was singled out by the person I admired most, and I didn't even realize it. That's why we're here. You and I are settling this. Right here. Right now.

Wanda: As long as you don't kill him, go for it. For me, it's time my "brother" and I have a conversation of our own. 

Izuku: Wait, what? How is that the best way for us to work things out? No. This is bad. We're not even supposed to be at Ground Beta by ourselves.

Arcturus: Why don't we just do this during a free period? We can get a training room reserved for just us. It'll be better than doing this where no one can find us until morning.

Katsuki: If we fight for real at school, we'll be stopped.

I wanna know what made All Might give his power to a loser like you. And how a prick like you knew before anyone else. Let me see for myself. Is it because you looked up to him more than I did? And if that's the case, does it mean everything I've done to be like him is wrong?

Arcturus: Do you want the truth or a soft lie?

Wanda: Knew you would say that.

The next thing Arc knew, he got blasted by Wanda and was sent flying into a building.

Izuku: Arc! Wanda, stop!

She ignores him and blasts up to chase Arc.

Katsuki: Focus on your opponent. Whatever those jackasses have to deal with isn't your problem.

Izuku: Kacchan, just hold on for a moment!

Katsuki: If you don't wanna get hurt, punch back. Oh, yeah, you switched to using kicks more these days, didn't you?

Izuku: Come on, stop! This isn't smart.

Katsuki ignores him and blasts straight towards Izuku. He hits him with an attack that Izuku barely escapes from.

Katsuki: You know what your problem is? You overthink everything. Just fight me!

Izuku: You're serious? You wanna spar?

(with Arc) 

With Arc, he gets up from the building and sees Wanda readying her quirk again.

Arcturus: Wanda, let's just talk about this for a second—

He's cut off by her blasting at him. Arc then runs out with Wanda chasing him and blasting at him.

Wanda: Always running, always chasing your dream to be faster and leave everyone else behind! You never changed one bit!

Arcturus: What?! Wanda, whaddaya mean?!

More explosions and blasts go off, damaging the training area. This causes one of the security bots to go off and informed Aizawa about the four breaking curfew and fighting.

Izuku keeps himself up above ground, but Katsuki propelled higher to be right infront of Izuku. Still in midair, Katsuki throws a punch but misses, he then released explosion after explosion blasting the city as the windows started to shatter.

Izuku: You have to stop this. Why hurt each other when we can just talk things out?

Katsuki: ...

Katsuki says nothing as his hand starts to spark with little explosions.

Izuku: You were right to look up to All Might like you did. I know just how much he meant to you when we were growing—

Katsuki fires another blast and launches in the air, making Izuku dodge again.

Katsuki: Stop running! Stand up and fight! 

Izuku: I told you to wait!

The two then see Arc jumping in the air with Wanda firing more blasts at him. As Arc keeps moving, Wanda was frustrated as she recalls memories from her childhood.

(flashback) 

Young Izuku: Wait for us, please! Kacchan! Arc!

Young Wanda: You're running too fast!

Young Y/N: (panting) I can't take it anymore... 

A younger Katsuki was running ahead of them while he was running after Arc who was further. 

Young Katsuki: You can't out run me forever, Speedy! I'll beat you!

Wanda: You were always running further and further ahead of us. Our whole lives!

Another memory the showed Arc getting in a fight to protect his friends.

Young Arcturus: Don't hurt my best friend and my siblings!

Wanda: And you kept running into threats bigger than you. No matter what the situation was, you always ran forward into danger.

(flashback ended) 

Arcturus: (lands) Just stop and listen!

Wanda: I'll stop when you stop running and fight me!

With Katsuki, he was reflecting back on the advice All Might gave him, when he said how pride is a great thing for a pro, and how he was angry that Izuku was getting stronger. 

Katsuki: We both admired him. So why?

Katsuki rushed in closer, reeling back his arm but Izuku grabbed him by the shoulder only for Izuku to high kick Izuku in the chin.

Katsuki: Why?! Tell me!

As Izuku was falling backwards, Katsuki quickly tries to send out an explosion, but Izuku kicks his hands away sending the explosion upwards. Arc does the same and kicks Wanda away.

Arcturus: (gasps) Wanda, are you okay?

In frustration, Wanda smacks his hand away.

Wanda: Shut up! Just shut up and stop worrying about a potential villain like me!

Arcturus: (shocked)

Wanda: Fight back! Why won't you fight back on the child of a villain?! It's what you've always done, right?! Just when we fought Y/N together! You always go out of your way to save others, especially your family! That's just how your dad always was! 

Katsuki was in a similar position but for different reasons.

Katsuki: It was bad enough I was chasing after that speedy son of a bitch, but why did I end up having to chase after someone who was always so far behind me?! Why did a damn small fry like you get strong and become then number-one hero's sidekick? His favorite? You got so much better, and I destroyed All Might. I admired him so much.

He looks up and looked distraught with his voice struggling to not break.

Katsuki: But it's because of me that he ended up losing his power! If I had been stronger... If I hadn't been kidnapped by villains... Then it never would've happened. But that's not the worse of it. No... 

IT WAS MY FAULT Y/N BECAME A MONSTER!!! THERE!! I SAID IT! After fighting and being overpowered by him, I can't stop thinking about him! How he was stronger than me! How he lashed out everything I've did to him! I bullied him when he was quirkless! I blackmailed and threatened Moon Face I'd kill him if she doesn't do what I say! If I hadn't done any of that...! If I hadn't been such a jerk to him, then he wouldn't have join the League of Villains and become a real hero unlike me! 

With Arc, Wanda confessed a similar thing, but on a more personal level.

Wanda: (distraught) Your dad was such a great hero. But my dad turned out to be one of the biggest supervillains in the world! He hurt our classmates, destroyed Kamino, and because he took me, All Might lost all his power to save me and nearly had you and Ma killed! What if I ended up just like Y/N?! What if instead of becoming a hero, I would become a villain and joined his side?! 

Arc's eyes widen as he was beginning to realize what the problem was.

Wanda: All Might knows it's my fault, but doesn't say anything. Everyone knows it's my fault! Even if they don't say it out loud, I hear all of their thoughts! (grabs her face) They're so loud! I can't get them out of my head! It's like the whole thing's on repeat! (started tearing) All I wanted was for Y/N to come back so we can be together again! The three of us! I even had feelings for him ever since we were kids! I could've told him how I feel! But now I feel like it's too late for that! I couldn't do anything help him! 

Katsuki and Wanda: (tears fall down their faces) SO WHAT THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?!?!?!?!?!

Izuku: (thoughts) No... He's been carrying this guild with him the whole time? Even more than me.

Arcturus: (thoughts) She's been blaming herself over what happened that night. Obsessing over it. Why didn't I see it sooner? Was I just—

His eyes then widen as he thinks back to when he spoke with his Ma and Y/N.

Cynthia: I know being a hero means you're more than likely to lose your life, but you aren't a pro yet. You're still a kid who has so much to love for. Especially for the people in your life!

Y/N: If I were able to become a hero like you and Wanda are trying to be, this foolish ideal would become a lot more grounded and real, don't you think?

Arcturus: (narrator) It turned out our fights weren't what we thought they would be. It didn't really matter who wins or loses. That wasn't the point. Even so... Izuku and I felt like we had to go through with it. Because, in that moment, we were the only people in the world who understood how Katsuki and Wanda felt.

Katsuki and Wanda then charge forward, but now Izuku and Arc retaliated and kicked them back. They then charge up with green and blue lightning crackling off their bodies.

Izuku: If we're really gonna do this, I'm going all out. I refuse to be your punching bag, Kacchan. Let's go!

Arcturus: I don't wanna hurt you, but I can see you're not backing down. So get ready, Wanda. Our fight's just getting started!

This time, they were ready to fight.

Arcturus: (thoughts) Honestly, looking back on it, this was one of the best ways we knew on how to vent out on our emotions. We knew we couldn't ignore them or run off. Not after everything we've been through. I still wonder where we went wrong. How did our relationship become so screwed up at this point? Was during our younger years at kindergarten? When we went to elementary and middle schools? We've known each other practically our whole lives but until that point... we never talked about how we really felt.

They then break out into fights with Katsuki and Izuku dogging strikes and explosions and Arc was now running faster and struck Wanda in multiple places. Because of her quirk now able to read minds, she was barely able to block some of the incoming attacks but still got hit due to the speed.

Arcturus: That it?

Wanda: Not even!

As they duke it out, Katsuki was getting more and more agitated with Izuku. Katsuki jumps up in the air and lands quickly with an explosion as Izuku leaps away.

Katsuki: Can't let him think.

Izuku dodged barely as Katsuki continues his onslaught towards him. Propelling around the area to deal a heavy gut punch sending Izuku into the guardrails.

Katsuki rushed Izuku once more grabbing his arm and swinging him around with another blast. Both Izuku and Katsuki were sent to opposite directions from each other.

Izuku: I guess I shouldn't be surprised that we both been getter stronger.

Katsuki: What're you smiling about, huh?

Katsuki launched himself at Izuku again, hitting him with an explosion as Izuku rolls on the ground.

Katsuki: I thought you weren't gonna be my punching bag!

Izuku: I'm not!

Izuku quickly rushed towards Katsuki. He countered with a stun grenade that Izuku shielded but ends up getting a punch in the face.

Katsuki: I bet you've got some kind of plan up your sleeve. 

He makes another explosion, one that sends Izuku up high into the air.

Katsuki: That's one of the things I hate most about you! I can never tell what you're thinking. No matter how much I beat you up, you keep coming back! It's obvious you've always looked down on me. Even when we were kids. You're just like Speedy.

Izuku gasps at that as he knew that wasn't true.

Katsuki: You think you're better than me. But if you seriously believe you're gonna surpass me as a hero, even with your new power, you better think again, Deku!

Izuku: Wait. Is that what you really believed? All this time? Think about it, Kacchan. If I looked down on you, I wouldn't want anything to do with you anymore. The same goes with Arc, even when you were butting heads. But we're still here. I'm still here. I noticed things you couldn't all these years because I had nothing at first. There were things I hated about you, sure. But I could clearly see how amazing you were. You had so much going for you that I didn't have. (charges up, runs in) All Might was my hero, but you were the one actually in my life.

Katsuki was caught off by the speed. He had to block, and Izuku struck him with a kick that broke through the block. In the emotional state, Izuku pushed his limit to 8% of his quirk.

Izuku: You were amazing Kacchan! I wanted to see... what you'd become! That's the reason... I kept chasing after you!

With Arc and Wanda, she was still venting as he tries to reach out to her.

Arcturus: Is this why you're angry? Do you think I'm looking at you like a villain? That we're not really brother and sister? Do you want really want to end up like Y/N?!

Wanda: Stop talking!

She hits him with more blasts and Arc uses his chain whips to knock them aside.

Arcturus: If that's really true, you're even more dense than Katsuki. I always saw you as my sister, the same could be said of Y/N,  even if we're not connected by blood. Magneto may be your father, but my father was the one who became your dad! I stepped up to be your big brother, even when I knew I could never replace Pietro. Nor did I ever intended to. Like you, I also failed to save Y/N because I wasn't fast enough! That's why I kept running! I ran so that you and the others would be alright, but I never intended to hurt you. But that's why I want to be better!

Wanda avoids a strike from him and blasts forward with a lot of red energy with Arc doing the same. They collided and make an explosion that lightly bruised both. But, they get up and keep fighting with kicks and punches.

When it comes to these two, Wanda was stronger with her quirk with long range shooting and fighting, while Arcturus was better with close-quarters combat since he can run and strike as many times as he needs to.

As they all keep fighting, the four jump in the air were Wanda and Katsuki believed they would be hit with kicks, were met with punches instead. 

Katsuki: I won't lose to you!

However, they break free and Katsuki launches Izuku down and that ended their fight. 

With the siblings, they break off and go in for one more big attack. However, Arc then powers down on his energy and takes a full hit from Wanda, knocking him down and resulting in him crashing to the wall. Wanda grabs him and keeps punching him, even when Arc wasn't even fighting back.

(end music) 

Wanda just keeps hitting him with tears running down her face while Arc just lets her vent. Before hitting him again, her arm is grabbed by someone. They look, and to their surprised, saw Y/N with a concern expression. 

Y/N: That's enough, Wanda. 

Arcturus and Wanda: (surprised) Y/N?

Katsuki and Izuku then saw Y/N as well. They then saw Cynthia, All Might, and Sage approaching them. 

Izuku, Arcturus, and Wanda: Sage?!

Sage: Hello, it's good to see you again. 

All Might: Stop this right now. All of you. I'm sorry. But we've heard what you've said.

Katsuki: Y/N. All Might. Wyvern. 

Izuku: When'd you get here?

Y/N: I told them. 

The kids stand up, still bruised but no longer fighting.

Y/N: I had a feeling Wanda was having an identity crisis of being either Richard's or Magneto's daughter. So, I came to Cynthia and All Might and told them about it. 

Cynthia: We should've noticed this sooner. For both of you.

Katsuki: It's too late now.

Wanda: What even would've been the point?

Izuku: ...

Arcturus: ...

Katsuki: Why did you pick Deku? It started when the sludge villain came, didn't it? So why him?

All Might: He was powerless. But still more heroic than anyone else. I knew you were strong. That much was obvious. You were someone who could already fight. So, I decided that he should have the chance to stand in the ring.

Wanda: (to Arc) How did you know of this?

Arcturus: Honestly, I was just there at the right place at the right time.

Katsuki: But now you know I'm weak, too. I always wanted to be like you, which being as strong as possible. But look what I did to you. Because I'm not good enough.

Wanda: (looking down) And because you had to save us when we weren't strong enough.

All Might: Young Maximoff, Young Bakugo, this isn't either of your faults. I was always going to lose my power. No one could've done anything to change that. You are strong. But I focused too much on your physical strength and overlooked what was important. This isn't your burden.

He pulls them both in a hug.

All Might: I apologize. Sometimes I forget your children.

Katsuki pushes away while Wanda stays in the hug a little longer before letting go.

Wanda: Ma, why didn't you tell me about my father? And why do you still care?

Cynthia: Richard and Claire felt it was better that you didn't know. They wanted you to grow up believing you came from a birth family of good people. We were going to tell you, but we wanted to wait until you were older. I'm sorry. I should've done a better job at that. As both your teacher and a parent.

All Might: It's important to know your bloodline, yes. But you shouldn't forget who your family is. Magneto may be your father by blood, but Django Maximoff and Richard Farron stepped up to be your dads. It's thanks to them, you're the woman you are now.

Wanda: ...

All Might: After being a hero for so many years, you learn a few things. striving to be the best, like you, Young Bakugo. Wanting to be the fastest, like you, Young Farron. Desiring to protect family, like you, Young Maximoff. And caring deeply about people—about rescuing those in trouble, like you, Young Midoriya. All of those feelings are necessary in a hero. Otherwise, they'll never truly be able to represent justice. That's why you admire his strength so much, Young Midoriya. And I know that's why you've always feared his heart and spirit, Young Bakugo.

Cynthia: The same can be said for why you admire her power and heart, Arc. And why you get inspired but worried from his determination, Wanda. Now that you've laid your feelings out on the table, maybe you all can finally understand each other.

All Might: If you have mutual respect and focus on making each other stronger, I've no doubt you'll become the ultimate heroes, winning and saving people at the same time.

Cynthia: And I believe you'll be the ones to make the world a better place.

Katsuki: Damnit. That's not what I wanted to hear. (sits down, long pause, to Izuku) You. You had the strongest guy in the world lay the groundwork for you. Don't you dare lose again.

Izuku: I'll work harder so that I can beat you.

Wanda: (sighs) Who else knows about all of this?

All Might: Recovery Girl and Principal Nezu do. As far as students go... Only you two.

Katsuki: And you don't want this to get out. 'Cause that would be bad. Don't worry. Your secret's safe with me. I won't tell anyone. Unlike Deku, I can keep my mouth shut.

Wanda: I won't say anything either. This'll stay between us.

Izuku: Thanks, guys.

All Might: I don't deserve this. I should be down on my hands and knees begging for you to keep this secret for me. Yet here you are being considerate and helping me out. Thank you.

Katsuki: (stands up) I'm not doing this for you. It would just be a real pain if this got out and messed stuff up. 

Y/N: That's so like you, Bakugo. 

Sage: Y/N... 

All Might: Now that it's come to this, I can explain what's come between me and Young Midoriya. And, I can even share for what's to come for Young Farron. That's only fair.

Arcturus: (narrator) And so, All Might and Ma told Y/N, Wanda and Katsuki the whole backstory. About One For All being passed down through generations in order to be used against great evil which Y/N already knew who it is. About how he used that power to become the Symbol of Peace. How he was gravely injured, which limited his strength. About the Order And Chaos quirk and how it's to ultimately end One For All and All For One. And finally... how he chose his successor.

After explaining, the teachers got the kids up and they walk back to the dorms.

Katsuki: If this got out, people would get curious and they'd start wondering where the power is. You idiot. What were you thinking when you first told me about it?

Wanda: You're the one who pestered him about it, remember?

All Might: It was my own choice to use up the last of my abilities. I said this earlier, but... That was in no way either of your faults.

Katsuki: Yeah. Sure. It doesn't change what I have to do.

(flashback) 

Katsuki: I'm gonna end up the number-one hero, no matter what!

(flashback ended) 

Cynthia: We wouldn't expect anything less from you.

Katsuki: Things aren't gonna be the same though, Deku. You got that? You've been watching me and everyone around you, absorbing what you see to get stronger. Well, I can do the exact same thing and keep getting better myself. I'll go higher than you and even Speedy, Chosen One.

Izuku: Right, then I guess I'll just have to be better than that.

Katsuki: You what?

Izuku: I have to go higher than you.

Katsuki: (annoyed) Damnit, nerd. I just said I was gonna be the one to surpass you.

Izuku: I know! And now I'm saying that I'm gonna go beyond that level.

Arcturus: At least you can both go past each other. It'll take another century to get to my level.  

Both: What?!

Wanda: It's not that hard. You're still too slow.

Arcturus: Excuse me?!

Their bantering may look as though nothing changed, but in reality, it was showing the four had now become proper rivals. In a way that was actually better than before. And hopefully, it would allow them to become the friends they were before their falling out.

Y/N couldn't help but smile as he and Sage began to walk or float in Sage's cause away, but not before notice by Arc. 

Arcturus: You're just gonna walk away again? 

Y/N: (stops) You know I'm still a villain, what I've can't changed. Besides, I still want to deliver some payback to Bakugo. 

Katsuki: ...

Izuku: But, will we still be friends again? 

Y/N: That depends on the outcome of our fight, Izuku. We will see. 

Arcturus: You know, dad never had a favourite between the two of us. 

Y/N: (turns his head to Arc) 

Arcturus: Sure I had a quirk like he does, but that doesn't mean he stopped loving you and your mother. I'm sure he had his reasons, but he never wanted you to have a shitty life when you were quirkless. Which is why as his and Claire's son, and as your brother, I'll do my best to stop you and bring you back home. I know he would do the same if he was here. 

Y/N: (pause for a moment) Then go ahead and try. Prove yourself, one day we will fight. And you better give it your all. 

Wanda: Um... Y/N. 

Wanda went up and gave him a kiss on his cheek which made everyone surprised while Y/N and Wanda were blushing. 

Wanda: (blush) T-This is my good luck to you. A-And just so you know, I'll bring you back home as well. Even if I have to fight you. 

Y/N: (blush) I... Y-Yeah, whatever... (mutters) Dummy... 

Wanda: Huh? 

Y/N: (blush) Nothing, I'm leaving now! 

He walks away while Sage waved them goodbye before she starts following him. 

Arcturus: Did Y/N just acted like a tsunade? 

Wanda: Yeah. (giggles) But it was very cute of him. 

Arcturus: (smirk) So, you DO like more than a sibling. 

Wanda: (blush) What? I-It's not like that!

Arcturus: Really? Then why are you blushing? 

Wanda: (blush) Quit teasing me! 

Cynthia: (giggles, thoughts) Looks like they're going back to normal, Y/N. Just like you wanted.
