The scene shows some time has passed since what is known as the Kamino Ward Incident. The Nomu they had captured were unresponsive like the first one, and the police were still looking for the League. Even though they captured All For One, All Might's powers were lost and would have no choice but to go into retirement.

Currently, him, Cynthia, Gran Torino, Shadow, his fiancé Maria, and Tsukauchi were in All Might's hospital room and discussing what happened.

All Might: The embers inside of me have been snuffed out. The mighty Symbol of Peace is no more. However... I won't just sit here. There's still something I must do.

Gran Torino: Tomura Shigaraki. Shimura's grandson. Yes?

Cynthia: You truly believe he's her grandson?

Tsukauchi: The only proof we have of that is what All For One said. It's not much to go on. None of you had any interactions with Shimura's family, even though you were close to her?

Gran Torino: No.

Tsukauchi: But why not?

Gran Torino: It happened soon after Shimura's husband was killed. Concerned, she put her child in foster care to shield the youngster from the hero world. She told Toshinori and me that she didn't want us to have any contact with the kid, even if something terrible were to happen to her.

Adrian: (scoffs) And now that backfired on us and created a monster.

All Might: My master gave up her heart so that her family might know a life full of peace. I must track Shigaraki down as soon as possible. I'll find him, and then—

Cynthia: And then what? Give him a hug? A heart-to-heart? You're not thinking of him like a villain anymore. It's dangerous, and it'll get you killed.

Gran Torino: Remember that, no matter his linage, he's still a criminal.

All Might: (looks away)

Gran Torino: Ichikawa, Tsukauchi, and I will investigate Shigaraki and the League without you and Cynthia for now. You stay at UA. You still have many responsibilities there. Even if you cannot be the Symbol of Peace that you once were, don't forget that All Might is still alive.

Adrian: I'll also do some digging on Nana's kid, see if I can find out what happened. And G.U.N.'s put out a search for Magneto since he got away. Speaking of which... what do we do about Farron and Maximoff? 

Maria: I'm much more concerned about Y/N. I never thought one of the two sons of Richard would join the League of Villains.

All Might: It's a lot to take in, especially the part when he said how corrupted the hero society is. It makes me wonder what we're doing as heroes was either right, or wrong.

Adrian: Regardless, he'll most like go after either Bakugo, Midoriya, Farron, Maximoff, and Kanetsukabe for either revenge, a fight, or to steal their quirks.

Cynthia: ...

Tsukauchi: Speaking of L/N, we've just learned about his so-called "death". Apparently, when we checked the body it wasn't belong to him. It was a person who had his middle school details.

Gran Torino: I guess All For One must've planted it to make people believe Young L/N was actually dead and they've stopped searching for him.

Maria: So, what do we do?

Adrian: Well, we can't exactly find him. He's hiding somewhere around Japan, maybe even around the world.

Cynthia then starts reflecting on Y/N's words.

Y/N: This society is corrupted and rotten to the core. People can't even use their powers for self defense in case of a mugging or someone trying to cause harm to another. Instead, they sit back and do nothing when a crime is happening. Like what happened with Stain for example. That damn mutt of police said to Shoto and the others should received harsh punishments for, and I quote, gross abuse of their powers. It's ok to break the law so long as it goes their way. For starters, Arc said it's supposed to be a hero's job to save people. How it can it be a crime and be considered breaking the law for doing the right thing and saving lives? It's those types of actions are what I saw as corrupted.

His words were making her confused. Then she remembered what Y/N said to Hitomi about for breaking his heart and sending a video of her and Bakugo sleeping together.

Cynthia: (thoughts) That girl, Hitomi.... I can't believe that she's the girl Y/N had romantic feelings for and.... I can't believe she did that to him....and despite the fact of everything that she did to him.... he still loves her with all his heart. (changes to a bit of an impressed tone) That really is some dedication towards the girl you love, Y/N. I really hope you both will get the chance to make things right with each other, confess your love with each other, and be a happy couple.

All Might: Cynthia, are you alright?

Cynthia: (after a moment) I know a way to lure him out.

All Might: You do?

Cynthia: (nods) But first, I need to speak with Aizawa and Principal Nezu about that.

Y/N's POV

A void... that's where I was. I don't know how and I don't know why, but that's where I am. It was empty and lifeless. The only thing I could do was move my eyes and head... I couldn't even speak. My entire body was covered or enveloped in some kind of shadow with only to top of my head and my right arm uncovered.

It was weird, like I could still feel the part of me missing but they weren't there.

But that when I saw a person standing a ways in front of me. I couldn't move so I squinted my eyes to try and get a better look.

???: He chose you.... Someone with such a broken soul...

What? The hell does that mean? And just who is this guy?

???: There's still time...

Time? Time for what? Just what the hell is this guy trynna say! And why the hell is he being so fucking cryptic?!

???: We'll meet again, you and I.... Until then, Y/N L/N.

Third Person POV: 

Y/N snapped his eyes open and jolted upwards but as he does, he flinches and groans in pain. As he takes a moment to realize where he is, he hears slurping and slowly turns his head to see Toga... sitting in a chair beside him... drinking a cup of some red liquid... through a straw...

Y/N: ......... Toga: (slurrrrrrrrp)

Y/N: ......What's that?

Toga: (slurrrp) Juice....

Y/N: What kind?

Toga: The human kind.....

Y/N: Oh.....

As the two just stare at each other, Twice barges in and he runs towards Y/N.

Twice: Y/N you're alive! We thought you were dead! (thumbs up) I knew you'd pull through!

Twice smacks Y/N in the right shoulder, causing him even more pain and discomfort than he was already feeling.

Y/N: Gah! God damn it, Twice!! That fucking hurt!!

Twice: Oops! Sorry 'bout that, didn't mean to! Totally intentional!

Y/N grips his right side and saw it covered in bandages. As he touched his bandaged up arm, he remembered his fight with Izuku, Arc, Wanda, and Hitomi and how his and Izuku's powers collided. He gripped his right fist as he sat up right on the edge of the bed he was on.

Y/N: Where are the others?

Toga: Shigaraki is trying to come up with our next move, Spinner is out with Dabi getting us food and stuff, Big Sis Magne is with Mr. Compress, and I don't know where Kurogiri is.

Y/n: Hmm... and what about Shin?

Twice: You mean the adorable little puppy! That thing's a monster!

Toga: He went with Kurogiri, I don't know why, but all he said was that he needed him for something important.

Y/N: Right..., well at least I know he's safe.

Toga: Oh! Kurogiri also patched you up, and I helped too!

Y/N: Thanks... I appreciate it.

Y/N then slides off the bed and grabs his coat that was hanging on the chair that Toga was sitting on. When he lifts it up, he sees that it torn up, not much as a surprise there am I right?

Twice: Hey, where are you going? Shigaraki's not gonna like this. He'll be super pissed!

Y/N: Don't care... besides I've got some important stuff to take care of, and I don't particularly trust Tomura's plans...

Y/N throws his torn jacket onto the bed he was laying on as he walks out of the room. Making it out of the league's new temporary hideout, which is an abandoned warehouse building almost in the middle of nowhere. 

It was gonna take a while for Y/N to make it to the city, if he wasn't as injured as he was, Y/N would've used Dragon Wings to make his trip easier. But unfortunately he couldn't, so he had to improvise by using Dark Emergence and dash all the way back to the city.

After doing a lot of sneaking around and avoiding Pro Heroes and police, Y/N reached where he was going. Arriving at his destination, he went to his own hidden warehouse that served as a hide out for him and Stain. As he entered, he was met with Stain sitting on top of some creates looking down at a newspaper.

Stain: It seems you've become the talk of the town.

Y/N: What?

Stain: Here, take a look.

Stain tosses him the newpaper and as Y/N looks at it, his eyes slightly widened when he sees what the news article was about. It was about the details of what happened at Kamino and the battle between All For One and All Might. The article mentioned how brutal the clash between the two titians were and how three boys and two girls seemingly joined the fight, battling on the other's behalf, questioning if two of them are representing All For One and All Might.

Stain: You're staring to gain attention...

Y/N: (tosses the newspaper to the side) Like I care.

Stain: What do you plan on doing now? With your master behind bars?

Y/N stays silent for a bit before looking back at Stain. He had already had something planned and thanks to the help from Stain, he could go through with it.

Y/N: The old man said that he's leaving it up to me to forge the way for the league... but....

Stain: But?

Y/N: The league is Shigaraki's bunch. Sure we have a common goal, but their views don't really align with mine.... So I'll be doing things on my own.

Stain: Your abandoning your comrades? How cowardly...

Y/N: Watch it! I ain't abandoning nobody, just doing what I think should be done.

Stain: And so my question remains, what will you do now?

Y/N: ...I'm going after the Trigger drug... Thanks to you and your success collecting info, I was able to find a supplier.

Stain: I see, then if that's the case I'll accompany you.

Y/N: You sure? It's not gonna be a walk in the park.

Stain: We're allies remember? And besides, I've faced worse than you think boy. Don't underestimate me...

Y/N: (smirks) Whatever...

Stain: But first, you need some new clothes. I doubt you want to be seen in torn and tattered clothing.

(with Izuku) 

Izuku felt groggy as he awoke in the hospital once more. After his clash with Y/N, he was overwhelmed and overpowered by Y/N's power and was rendered unconscious. He was brought to the hospital, by the paramedics after they came to the scene to give All Might medicine aid. As he adjusts himself on the hospital bed, the door opens and he sees Hitomi.

Hitomi: Izuku... you're awake.

She runs up to him and hugs him tightly. 

Hitomi: You idiot....

Izuku: How did I end up in the hospital? 

Hitomi: After All Might beat that villain, the medics found you and took you with them to the hospital. Luckily your arm wasn't too badly hurt like last time.

Izuku: And what about Y/N? 

Hitomi: ....The pros couldn't find him. He disappeared after the battle.

Izuku lows his head, he failed again to save someone close to him. He gripped his fist in frustration knowing that he wasn't strong enough. Hitomi saw the expression on her friend's face and felt a wave of guilt wash over her.

Hitomi: Izuku... there's something I need to tell you...

Izuku: Huh? What is it Hitomi? 

Hitomi: I-

Kirishima: (slams the door open) MIDORYA!!! YOU'RE ALIVE!!

Kirishima along with the other members of the class rush into the hospital room as they go to Izuku's side. They've all seen his fight on the news and had come to see if he was doing alright.

Sero: Dude are you okay?! 

Mina: Yeah! We saw what happened on the news!

Mineta: It was super crazy man!

Tsuyu: Are you okay, ribbet?

Ochako: Deku, are you okay?

Iida: Midoryia! Are you feeling any discomfort? 

Hitomi: Come on guys, give me some space would ya?

Kaminari: Sorry Kanetsukabe, but we just super concerned! I mean he, you, Arc, and Wanda faced off against the big bad's sidekick!

Hitomi: I get it, but he's still recovering. He doesn't need to be smothered by you guys.

Iida: Kanetsukabe is correct, we need to give him time to properly rest! Now, let us leave these two to their business!

Iida ushers everyone out of the hospital room and leaves Hitomi and Izuku to themselves. Before they could take again, Inko bursts through the door.

Inko: MY BABY!!!

Izuku: M-Mom!

Inko rushes over to Izuku and crushes him in a hug as she burst into tears.

Inko: Oh I was so worried for you Izuku! When I saw you on the news I thought the worse!

Izuku: M-Mom... I'm fine, really just a bit banged up is all.

Inko let's go of her hug and her expression saddens more.

Inko: I saw him on the news as well... I thought he...

Izuku: (squeezes his mother's hand) We all thought he was gone mom...

Inko: (getting emotional) What am I going to tell his mother if she wakes up?

Izuku didn't have an answer for that. He wanted to tell his mom that everything was going to be okay, that things were going to be fine, but he knew they weren't. But he had hope that they will be.

Inko: Well I shouldn't take too much of your time Izuku, you still need to rest after everything that's happened. (kisses his forehead) Go well soon honey.

Inko gives Hitomi a hug before she left, leaving the them alone again. There's a moment of quiet before Hitomi speaks up.

Hitomi: Izuku... do you really think Y/N can change?

Izuku kept quiet upon hearing her question. He thought back to what Y/N said during their fight.

Y/N: This is exactly what I want! I finally have control, I have the power to change things! And that's exactly what I plan on doing!

Izuku then looks up at Hitomi, and gives her a look of determination.

Izuku: I don't know. Things are different now, between all of us. But I do know this. I'll get stronger and when I face Y/N, I will bring him back home.

All Hitomi could do was give her brother a smile at his promise. She knew that when his mind was set on something, that he was going to see through to it until he's achieved it.

Hitomi: I'll let you rest up. Apparently UA's gonna give an announcement soon about what they're gonna do next after everything's that happened.

As Hitomi left the room, Izuku turned his head and look out the window as a gentle breeze blew through his hospital room.

Izuku: I'll bring you back him Y/N... I promise...

(with Y/N)

It was nighttime, as Y/N was on a building looking at the moon with Shin. After All For One warped him away, he was recovering in the tubes Dr. Kyudai had for him.

When he was recovered, the doctor requested for Y/N to rest for the moment until his strength returns. He looked at his hand and remembers the woman he saw while he was in the vestige.

Y/N: (thoughts) Who was that woman? Was she part of One For All? If that's true, then why did she hugged me? No matter. (speaking) What matters is I need to get stronger, and when I'm strong enough, I'll crush those who stand in my way. Even if it's Arc, Wanda and Izuku. And I'll be saving you two for last, Katsuki and Hitomi.

But when he said her name, he felt a heartbeat and felt a bit pain from it when whines like he's hurt. Shin walks to Y/N before he rubs his head on his master's hand.

Y/N: I'm okay. Just a little sore from the battle, that's all. (looks at his hand) All For One and One For All, the quirks that Izuku and I possess. I wonder, what exactly do they mean?

Little did he know, he was being watched by Magneto who was floating with his arms crossed.

Magneto: Hmmm. It seems you're trying to comfort his heart, isn't it....Nana.

(with Hitomi)

Hitomi was in her room as she was reflecting on Y/N's words.

Y/N: CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW I FELT WHEN THE GIRL I FELL IN LOVE WITH DECIDE TO REJECT ME BECAUSE I MADE THE SHITTY MISTAKE OF SAYING SOMETHING I WANTED TO HAPPEN?!?!?!?! BECAUSE I LOVED HER WITH ALL MY HEART AND WANTED TO BE WITH HER ONLY FOR HER TO SEND ME A VIDEO OF HER FUCKING SOMEONE WHO'S MADE MY LIFE A LIVING HELL!!!! AND TO MAKE IT EVEN MORE WORSE, SHE CALLS ME FUCKING VILLAIN JUST FOR FIGHTING BACK AGAINST MY TORMENTOR CAUSE AFTER AL ONLY A TRUE VILLAIN WOULD THINK THAT!!!! AM I RIGHT HITOMI?!?!?!?! YOU REALLY WANT KNOW WHAT HURTS EVEN MORE EVEN?!?!? AFTER WHAT YOU BOTH DID TO ME?!?!?!?! ITS THE FACT THAT I STILL LOVE YOU AND WANT TO BE WITH YOU DESPITE EVERYTHING THAT YOU BOTH DID TO ME!!!!!

She began crying while tears were flowing from her eyes.

Hitomi: (thoughts, crying) Y/N.... I'm so sorry.... its all my fault you're like this in the first place.... if I had just told you what happened between me and Bakugo, things would've been different between us.... and I would have been your girlfriend right now, and being loved while being in your strong arms right now and then....I could have give you my virginity to you as someone I love more than anything in the world and someday.... I could've been your wife and have a family with you....

She cries harder as she began imagining her life with Y/N as her husband.

Hitomi: (thoughts, crying) I've always imagined what our life would be like together.... having a baby girl with my hair and your eyes.... being a mother and cradling her in my arms while being hugged in your arms and kissed on the lips by you. You could have been a wonderful father to our baby girl.

The image shatters in her head.

Hitomi: (thoughts, crying) But now that will probably never happen because of me. Well, you've successfully pushed me as someone who loved you with all my heart away.... I hope you're happy.

She remembered her sticking her hand out and running towards Y/N before he warps away in front of her.

Hitomi: (thoughts, crying) I swear to you, Y/N. One day.... I will set this right.

She lifts head and gains a determined look while wiping her tears.

Hitomi: (thoughts) I'll tell you how sorry I am for everything, and tell you how much I love you.

(time-skip)

Arcturus: (narrator) After the fight with Y/N and All For One, we met up with Todoroki and Momo. The six of us took Wanda and Katsuki to meet the police. The whole way there, they were silent. And then, after our worlds had been turned upside down, we finally went home. Some time passed since the entire incident went down. When we got home, Wanda revealed that Magneto told her that he was her birth father. At first, she didn't believe it, but when Ma and Mama told her the truth, she was in shock. As for me, I would get reminded once again about the rules our society has for those without an official quirk license. And the consequences that come with breaking those rules.

Later on, the entirety of Class A were gathered outside a building where they would be living for the rest of the school year. As a way to try and ease the public on UA's situation on the students, Nezu decided to have the students, especially the ones of the hero course, move on the school grounds for extra security. Just about all the parents agreed to this. However...

Aizawa: Given everything that has happened, I'm glad we were able to bring Class A back together.

Toru: (sighs) It took a lot of convincing for my parents.

Kyoka: I was pretty concerned about mine.

Shuri: I had to convince my mama not to send some Dora Milaje to come get after what happened.

Ojiro: It makes sense. You three got the worst of the gas attack.

Tsuyu: We're glad to see the teachers got to come back, too. (to Aizawa) I was afraid you wouldn't be allowed. The people at the press conference seemed pretty upset with you guys.

Ochaco: Yeah.

Aizawa: I was surprised, as well. But circumstances have changed. (thoughts) I suspect it was easier for administration to have the teachers return instead of changing the entire faculty. (speaks) Now, then. I'll explain how your dorm assignments will work shortly. First, however... We haven't forgotten about the provisional hero licenses you were supposed to get during the training camp.

Sato: Oh, yeah! That's what we were there for.

Mina: So much has happened, it totally slipped my mind.

Aizawa: This is important. Listen well. Kirishima. Kanetsukabe. Yaoyorozu. Todoroki. Midoriya. Iida. Farron. 

You seven are the ones who broke the rules and went to rescue Maximoff and Bakugo that night.

No one responds and the others were now worried.

Aizawa: Based on your reactions, I assume the rest of you were at least aware of their plan. I'm going to set aside a number of issues and just say this. If it weren't for All Might's retirement from the Hero scene, I would expel everyone here except Maximoff, Shuri, Bakugo, Jiro, and Hagakure. The six of you who went, of course. But also the remaining 13 who didn't stop them. You betrayed our trust. Even if it was to keep your friends from getting into trouble. In order to regain our confidence, you'll need to obey every rule to the letter, and live as model students.

Pretty much everyone wasn't feeling inspired from that. But, one thing did caught their attention.

Ochaco: Wait, the six who went?

Aizawa: Yes. The six except for one... Farron, step forward.

Everyone looks at Arc as he sets forward. His face was remaining neutral as he knows what this is about.

Aizawa: Unlike the others, you not only broke the rules to save your friends, but you went back and fought the villains, nearly resulting in losing your quirk and your life. In term, that inspired Maximoff, Midoirya, and Kanetsukabe to follow you as well. If that had happened, UA would've been held accountable for that. None of us need that, or to give the news to your family about what you did. And knowing you, you don't even regret what you did, do you?

Arcturus: ...

Aizawa: Your silence tells me you don't. Some people would think your actions were heroic, but the truth was it was irresponsible and reckless of you. Time and time again, you've proven that you live by the code to save lives with no regard for your own. Breaking yourself to the point where death would honestly be mercy compared to living your life broken with no way of moving. It's the very same code your parents lived by, and is what got both of them killed.

Arcturus: (quietly) I'm sorry.

Aizawa: Sorry doesn't excuse your actions. You need to understand that you aren't a pro, and you can't take actions like this without your official license. You're a high school student who needs to learn not to take this risks before you graduate. I've done my best, but since you refuse to learn from your teachers and your mistakes, then UA isn't the place for you. As your homeroom teacher, I hereby expel you from UA.

Everyone was shocked by that except for Arc and Wanda.

Kirishima: You're expelling him?!

Mina: Mr. Aizawa, please!

Robbie: Are you seriously gonna punish him for saving his sister and mom?

Hitomi: Don't forget about Y/N who happens to be his brother! He wanted to save him as well!

Arcturus: (without facing them) It's okay, everyone!

They all stop and hear the tone of his voice.

Arcturus: Mr. Aizawa's right. I broke the rules and broke his trust. For that, I apologize. And will take full responsibility for my actions. So, if I'm expelled here, then that's that. Besides, I was already planning on leaving UA anyway. 

Everyone was shocked to hear that from Arc.

Arcturus: My brother is still out there, waiting for the moment to have his revenge on Katsuki and probably Hitomi. I can't let that happen. So, I'm gonna find and stop him. And if possible, bring him back home. Even If I have to leave or get expelled from UA.

He bows to his teacher, turns away, and runs off. Izuku looks back at Aizawa.

Izuku: Sir, you can't be serious. You're expelling him before the year ends?

Aizawa: He expelled himself. Like I said; if he wants to throw his life away before he even gets his license, that is his choice.

Izuku: (sadden) But it's Arc...

Aizawa closes his eyes, and speaks almost as if he regrets his decision.

Aizawa: Yes... I know...

He turns around and begins walking to the dorm. As the others were walking, Ochaco asks Wanda about the whole thing.

Ochaco: Wanda, aren't you gonna say something? I mean, it's your brother they're talking about.

Wanda: Arc's accepted the punishment and that's that. It doesn't matter what I say or do about it. And besides, it's not like he's ever given a shit about the people he really affects.

That last part surprised them with how much venom she had when saying that. It was clear Wanda wasn't happy with what happened. However, it seems that she's suffering more about what happened during that night than her brother getting expelled.

Unknown to everyone, they were being watched Y/N who saw and listen the whole thing. Seeing his brother got expelled from UA enraged him, grit his teeth and clenched his fist in anger. There was only one word that came out of his mouth.

Y/N: Damn monkeys.

He walks away out of sight, hoping he would convince Arc to join his side instead. However, he was being watched Edgeshot.

Edgeshot: (taps his coms) Edgeshot to Wyvern, looks like your plan worked. He's going to be watching Farron.

(time-skip) 

A week passed since the students had moved into the dorms and were working on their new assignments for the Provisional Hero License Exam. Most of them were getting upgrades to their costumes like new looks or even having support items. But the main thing they were going for is to create ultimate moves, which would work to take down their enemies entirely.

Some were pretty flashy or unique. Example, Tokoyami was working on a way to have Dark Shadow appear on him like armor, or Mina creating a stream of acid from her hands. Robbie technically had an ultimate move with the penance stare, but that was more for killing that just defeating the villains.

Some students were deciding to explore more in their quirks such as Izuku was trying to limit his arms from injuring them, and Wanda was beginning to see that her quirk was becoming more telepathic like so she was practicing on reading minds. She was also processing about Magneto being her father while worried about Y/N.

Regardless, each of the students were working to become heroes.

Well, except for one.

Out on the lake, Arc was running around to help strengthen his quirk and soon was phasing through multiple cement walls he had set up. Then, he was focusing on recreating the chains he had during his battle with All For One.

So far, he managed to make two from each hand and shot them out to knock some cans he had set up. Once he was done with everything, he was writing another letter to his brother, hoping Y/N would read it while having a phone call with Melissa.

Melissa: You seriously got yourself expelled?

Arcturus: Yeah, I kinda screwed up. Thankfully it was just me and not everyone else who was involved. Not sure if I should mention that in the letter.

Melissa: So, what will you do?

Arcturus: For now, I'm working more on my quirk and looking through different options to head to the hero course. How's your father?

Melissa: Good. The injuries he got from the abduction finally healed and he's moving around now. I still can't believe Y/N was alive and with the villains.

Arcturus: Yeah, it was pretty much shocking for me as well. But I'm gonna find him and bring him back home.

Melissa: I know you will. What about you and Deku?

Arcturus: We're alright. Thankfully, Izuku still has his arms, but according to the doctor, he'll need to limit himself when fighting. He'll figure it out, though. He's usually pretty smart when it comes to that kind of stuff.

Melissa: I guess all that training paid off. So, about the other project we talked about... the official version's not ready, but I do have a prototype version I'd like you to test out. It'll help gather data and allow me to finish the official one.

Arcturus: Will do. (beat) Well, I'll let you go for now. Talk to you later.

Melissa: You too. Take care.

He ends the call and leans back in his chair while looking at the ceiling.

Arcturus: (thoughts) She must be worried about All Might's situation as well as Y/N's current life. Can't say I blame her, though. (remembers All Might's fight) It's bad enough his true form was caught on live television, but now the world's lost their number-one hero. I wonder how Mr. Shield's reacting to this?

He then looks at his hand and creates a little bit of the chains from before.

Arcturus: I wish I could explain more about the chains to her, but since Mels doesn't know about One For All, I can't really dive deep into these. Not to mention, I don't even fully understand them myself. (thinks back to the vision) That place I was in felt also too real to be a dream. Was it similar to the one Izuku had? If so, then why did I see it?

Knocking was heard and he quickly checks and saw it was Izuku.

Arcturus: Hey.

Izuku: Hey, Arc. May I come in?

Arcturus: Sure.

They head inside and Izuku looks around a little.

Arcturus: What brings you here?

Izuku: You haven't been answering anyone's calls or texts, so I got worried. I know I shouldn't be, but with everything happening, I was kinda nervous that you had gotten jumped.

Arcturus: (sighs) I don't blame you too much. I think everyone's on edge with what happened. So, thanks for checking.

Izuku: (notices the computer) Are you looking at hero school applications?

Arcturus: Yeah. I gotta do the official stuff if I wanna be a hero.

Izuku: But didn't your parents go to UA?

Arcturus: Well, I can't exactly go there if I'm expelled.

Izuku: It doesn't feel right. Maybe we can talk to All Might and your mom and convince them to talk with Mr. Aizawa and the principal.

Arcturus: It won't work.

Izuku: Why do you say that?

Arcturus: Because Ma had me expelled to begin with.

Izuku: (shocked) What?

Arcturus: When they came by to talk about the students moving into dorms, only Wanda was offered the opportunity. When I asked about me, Ma stated I wasn't going and said I needed to face punishment. Then, once Mr. Aizawa said what it was, I knew what would happen.

Izuku then looks down in despair.

Izuku: I'm sorry. I thought we could fix this.

Arcturus: Hey, you had nothing to do with it. It was my own actions that got me in this position. All I'm grateful for is that you and the others didn't get the same treatment

Izuku: But still, it's not fair. You deserve to go to UA as much as me and the rest of our class.

The door suddenly opens and the boys looked to see Cynthia walking in.

Cynthia: Ah, there you two are.

Arcturus: Ma.

Izuku: Hi, Mrs. Tatsuma— (notices someone behind her) All Might?

Sure enough, the retired pro hero was here as well.

Arcturus: What's going on?

All Might: I wanted to speak with you, so your mom and I came here.

Izuku: Oh. Well, in that case, (begins to stand up) I should go—

All Might: Actually, this is something that concerns both of you. It's connected to All For One and One For All.

The boys looked a bit surprised.

Arcturus: Uh, is this something to discuss now? Maybe Ma should—

Cynthia: ...-_-... Boys, I already know about the whole One For All quirk, and I know All Might gave it to Izuku. This is not a big reveal for me.

Both the boys were surprised before regaining their voices.

Arcturus and Izuku: Wait, what?! You knew?! Since when?!

Cynthia: I've known you two ever since you were children. So when I saw Izuku suddenly use a quirk to destroy a giant robot, especially with one extremely similar to All Might's, it didn't take rocket science to put two and two together.

Arcturus: I mean, it could've been just a coincidence.

Cythina: His legs and arm were demolished! I didn't say anything not only because of the importance of the secret, but I knew how much having a quirk was important to you, Izuku. I kept quiet, but I hoped you wouldn't wind up destroying your body just to try and be All Might. Unfortunately, that proved impossible.

All Might: Please, Mrs. Tatsuma, we need to speak with the boys. Not lecture them.

A little while later, they had set some tea and were in the living room. The adults on one side and the boys on the other.

All Might: First of all, I wish to thank you for your assistance, young Farron. But even so, what you did was beyond reckless and it would've resulted in your death.

Arcturus: I know...

All Might: Now, secondly, during the fight, I want to ask you about the chains you used. Due to the fight being on live television, the best we can suggest is that they were a result of you fighting All For One. But, tell us, was there anything strange during the fight?

Arcturus: (thinks back to the fight) I remember feeling scared... and angry... but determined to save Ma. When All For One tried to take my quirk, it felt like something triggered inside me. Then...there was a woman, I think... in some kind of...battlefield? It was hard to tell, but I also saw seven shadowy people with her. It was kinda like when Izuku had the vision at the festival. The strangest thing was one of those... looked like my dad. After that, everything nearly went black.

All Might: (sighs) Then it's as I feared. You do hold it.

Arcturus: Hold what?

All Might then explained into the origins of One For All and All For One, how the two quirk users were brothers and All For One wanting world domination. One For All was made to defeat All For One and had been passed down to nine people, marking Izuku as the ninth person to wield it. Originally, five years ago, All Might defeated All For One and Claire Farron had died in the fight, but it turned out All For One survived, and chose to use Y/N as his next replacement. He then revealed something else about the brothers.

All Might: There's more to it, though. Something that not even a few of the previous owners of One For All were aware of.

Izuku: What's that?

All Might: Before the brothers, there was an elder sister. (Arc and Izuku gasp) The only named member of their family was a woman named Najenda. Unlike the brothers, she didn't choose one side over the other. She believed in balance and saw the world in gray. Just like the younger brother, she too was given a stock pilling quirk and could pass it on. However... Najenda had a third quirk as well—the ability to destroy any quirk it can touch.

Arcturus and Izuku's eyes widen in shock by that claim while Cynthia's expression remained neutral.

All Might: This quirk is neither right nor wrong. Nor good or evil. Its sole purpose is to remain neutral, and achieve balance. Such as its name: Order And Chaos.

Izuku and Arcturus: Order... And... Chaos...

All Might: Yes. This quirk was passed down to eight others just like One For All, as it wants to retain the balance between light and dark. I believe, though, that this quirk's true mission is to destroy both of the brothers' quirks.

Arcturus: Destroy?

Izuku: But One For All's meant to bring people together. To be a symbol for people to believe in good.

Cynthia: That's not how Najenda views it. From what we've learned of her story, she had fought in wars and anarchy. Armies fighting for reasons they don't understand. And when quirks had become a thing, those battles became more chaotic. In her eyes, Najenda saw the world in disorder, and that the world wouldn't be at balance until the ultimate good and evil, One For All and All For One, were no more.

Arcturus: Why tell us this?

All Might: It's simple, Arc. YOU are the current/ninth holder of Order And Chaos, because your late father, Richard Farron, was the previous holder.

Arcturus: (eyes widen) Dad had this quirk? And he gave it to me? How?

All Might: I can't say for sure when, but I know it was before he died.

Arcturus: What happens then if All For One gets his hands on this quirk? Is it part of his endgame?

All Might: In terms of taking it, no. He wants the quirk destroyed as it's one of the very few things that can stop him. Once it's gone, he'll go after One For All then. Which is why UA will be helping you prepare for it.

That got the boys confused by that claim.

Arcturus: Wait, UA? But, aren't I expelled?

All Might: You are, but it wasn't permanent. We had two reasons for it. First, we talked with Principal Nedzu and Aizawa, and they agreed that you needed to be punished as a way to inform the other students not to pull a single stunt like that ever again.

Izuku: So, Arc can come back? That's great!

Arcturus: Does that mean I have to move to the dorms?

Cynthia then grits her teeth and actually punches the table in frustration.The action surprised everyone and even jump up in fear.

Arcturus: Ma?

Izuku: Mrs. Tatsuma?

All Might: Cynthia?

Cynthia: (without looking up) You're not going anywhere. Not until you acknowledge what you did.

Arcturus: I know I broke the rules and—

She then looks up and grabs Arc's shoulders.

Cynthia: That's not the reason you were expelled. It's because you're too much like Richard and Claire. They both did the same things—rushing in to battles where they risked their lives, having no regard for their own, and they never stopped until they were killed! That's exactly what's happening to you now! You almost injured yourself at the USJ, nearly lost your legs and one of your arms in the sports festival, battled a Sentinel and a serial killer, assaulted at the camp, faced off your brother with Wanda, Izuku and Hitomi, and worst of all, fought All For One and nearly lost your quirk and life!

Arcturus: Ma...

Cynthia: I know being a hero means you're more than likely to lose your life, but you aren't a pro yet. You're still a kid who has so much to love for. Especially for the people in your life!

Arcturus's eyes widen a bit and he recalled back to the hospital.

(flashback)

Iida: I'm frustrated, too! And concerned. Obviously! I'm the class rep, dammit. I'm worried about all my class,ages. Not just Bakugo and your sister. When I saw you and Midoriya injured, all I could think of was my brother in the hospital. What if your bodies end up irreparable, just like his, because I didn't step in. Have you not stopped to think about where I'm coming from? Or are you saying that you don't care how I feel?

(flashback ended)

Arcturus: (thoughts) She's right. This whole time, I thought I was doing the right thing thinking that as long as the others are alright, then it doesn't matter what happens to me. But, what about those I care for? Did I...really not value them at all?

He then rests his hand on Cynthia's arms and looks at her in the eye.

Arcturus: You're right. I've been wanting to go become faster and be a hero like them so much lately, I didn't realize how much I was hurting you and everyone important to me. I'm sorry. It's true that I wanna be as great as my parents were, but I also want to be my own hero. Which means I want to learn to not make the same mistakes as they did. So, if I really can go back to UA, then please help teach me to become better than how I am now.

For a short bit, no one speaks as they wait to hear what Cynthia will say. Finally, she asks one question.

Cynthia: Can you look me in the eye and tell me you won't be reckless again and that you promise to be better?

Arcturus: (looks at her in the eye) I won't be reckless again and that I promise to be better.

Cynthia: (small smile) That's all I ask for. (pulls him in a hug) I love you, Speedy.

Arcturus: (returns hug) I love you, too, Ma.

The others smile at their interaction. All Might then recalls when he was speaking with Claire about her son.

(flashback)

All Might: So, your kids wanna be heroes, too?

Claire: Yeah. Arcturus and Wanda have always wanted to be like Richard and I since we started saving lives, even Y/N. Both of them have strong quirks, so they have the capabilities. Y/N doesn't have a quirk, but he still wants to be a hero with skills and abilities like Captain America, Hawkeye, and Black Widow. They just need the right guidance. Which honestly, makes me worried for them in the long run.

All Might: Hm?

Claire: You see, Arc's already shown signs to be like Richard, which means he'll probably try to be like him. And honestly, that's what worries me. I want him, Y/N, and Wanda to live long and happy lives. We already have close family friends who'll take care of them if Richard and I are gone. But, if something does happen, will you please help them be great heroes and make sure they still live.

All Might: (thumbs up) You can count on me, old friend!

(flashback ended)

All Might: I swear I'll keep them safe, Claire and Richard.

Izuku: By the way, what was the second reason?

Before All Might could answer, Arc's phone was ringing which made him picked up. He looked and saw Kyoka calling him as he decided to answer.

Arcturus: Hey Kyoka, what's up? Yeah, why? (eyes widen) What?! Are you sure?! Where? Alright, I'm on my way. (ends call)

Izuku: What did Jiro say?

Arcturus: It's Y/N, she spotted him.

Chapter 20 ended. 

Okay, I'm sure you have a lot of questions regarding that chapter, so I'll explain as best as I could.

1. When Y/N said what do All For One and One For All mean, he wasn't thinking about the quits, just the meaning.

2. For the heart part, what Magneto meant his heart, he meant is his true heart.

3. Arc's got a powerful quirk related to One For All and All For One, it can even destroy quirks. And the brothers had an older sister.

4. Arc being expelled is something Cynthia planned to lure Y/N out.

Now for the next chapter, expect some references from Jujutsu Kaisen. 

Okay, I know you guys are wondering. Haven't I seen this before? Well, this one is a remake of Chapter 20. The reason is I didn't like the old one and it was missing some very important parts. 

For some time, I will do some remakes on some chapters to make them better and more interesting.
