The scene starts at a hospital where the boys were recovering from each of the injuries they sustained. The most they had were a lot of bandages and Iida's arms in slings. Robbie was the only one who didn't get badly injured, but thankfully, none of them had broken bones. 

Shoto: Did you sleep, Midoriya?

Izuku: No, not really. 

Shoto: I figured. Me neither.

Arcturus: Same. Did you, Robbie?

Robbie: No, my quirk was in a frenzy for not fully taking down Stain myself that I felt like my head was gonna explode.

Iida: ...

Izuku: Thinking about that fight now, we did something pretty amazing. 

Shoto: Yeah, I agree.

Arcturus: After everything that happened back there, it's a miracle we survived not just fighting Stain, but an actual Sentinel.

Izuku: With my leg messed up, I was an easy target. He probably could've killed me if he really wanted to.

Arcturus: And he had me in his grasp, but chose to wait on killing me. 

Shoto: Seems to me he let us live on purpose. I'm impressed by you though, Iida. He was actually trying to murder you, but you stood tall.

Iida: That's not true. I was—

Before he could speak more, the door opens and they see Gran Torino, Manual, and Shadow entering.

Gran Torino: Oh, so the injured youngins are awake.

Izuku: Gran Torino!

Arcturus: Shadow.

Iida: And Manual, too.

Gran Torino: (to Arc and Izuku) Idiots. I could yell at you both for hours right now. Izuku: Yeah, I'm sorry.

Arcturus: We both are.

Gran Torino: But before I do, you've got a visitor.

Someone else then enters the room and they see it was a man with a dog's head.

Gran Torino: This is Hosu's chief of police. Kenji Tsuragamae.

Izuku: Tsuragamae? The- The Chief?

The boys begin to stand up but the Chief stops them.

Kenji: No, please, stay seated, woof.

Arc and Izuku: (thoughts) "Woof"?

Kenji: So, you're the UA students who brought down the Hero Killer and defeated a Sentinel, huh?

Robbie: Yeah. What happened to that guy, anyway?

Kenji: Stain has some serious injuries. Severe burns and several broken bones. Right now he's in the hospital under strict guard, woof. Here's a lesson you should have already learned. When quirks became the norm, the police force sought to maintain the status quo. They decided we wouldn't use quirks as weapons. That's when heroes came in. They could do what we couldn't, if they were licensed, of course, woof. It would be impossible for the police to condone the use of deadly quirks. After all, we're here to stop such harm from being done. The only reason pros can use their powers now is because of the strict code of ethics that the early heroes chose to abide by. That's why it's against the law for uncertified people to use their quirks to cause injury. Whether you wear up against the Hero Killer or not, none of you had the authority to harm the villain. That means the five of you, and your supervisors—Shadow, Endeavor, Manual, Blaze, and Gran Torino—should receive harsh punishments for this gross abuse of your powers.

Shoto: (mad) Now wait a minute. If Iida had not stepped in, Native would've been murdered. And if not for Farron and Midoriya, both of them would be dead. No one else even realized that the Hero Killer was in Hosu. Are you saying we should've just stood by and watch people die?

He starts marching towards him when Arc stands up and puts an arm out in front of him.

Izuku: Calm down.

Kenji: So it's okay to break the law so long as it goes your way?

Arcturus: With all due respect, sir, isn't it a hero's job to save lives?

Kenji: This is why none of you are full-fledged pros yet. It's obvious UA and Endeavor haven't been teaching you enough. What a shame. 

Shoto was now more angered as he was about to move more until Shadow holds a hand out to him.

Shadow: That's enough, Shoto. Farron, let him go. None of you do anything until you hear the rest of what he has to say.

They relax and the chief keeps speaking.

Kenji: What I've said is the official stance of the police department. But any punishment would only be necessary if this went public. If it did, you'd probably be applauded by citizens everywhere. But there's no way you could escape from being reprimanded. On the other hand, we could say Endeavor saved the day. Stain's burns would support this story completely, and we could pretend you weren't involved, woof. Thankfully, there were very few witnesses. This could be the last you heard of any punishments. It would mean no one would know about you, though. You'd receive no acclaim at all. The choice is yours. 

Personally, I know where I stand. I don't wanna damage any promising young careers. Not for a mistake like this.

Manual: Either way, we'll need to take responsibility for being negligent as supervisors.

Iida: (walks up to him and bows) I'm sorry. I should've listened.

Manual: (lightly chops him on the head) Yeah! You caused us a lot of trouble. Remember that, and don't do it again.

Iida: Sir!

Izuku: I apologize as well.

Arcturus: So do I.

Robbie: Same goes for me. 

Shoto: Me, too. We'll leave it to you.

Kenji: I know it's not fair. You won't enjoy any of the fame and praise you probably would've received otherwise. But at least... (bows in respect) 

all me, as the chief of police, to thank you.

Shoto: You know. You could've started with that.

Izuku: (uneasy smile) Todoroki.

Arcturus: I can't speak for the others, but I didn't care for fame and praise. I just wanted to help however I could.

Robbie: One thing I'm curious, though. What happened to the Sentinel?

Shadow: My workplace took care of retrieving the remains. I legally can't reveal where it is or what's gonna happen with it, but rest assured, we'll get answers on it one way or another. 

Unknown to them, they were being watched from outside by Y/N who was on another building. He overheard everything, especially the part where the chief of police's plan of giving the credit to Endeavor. 

Arcturus: (narrator) None of us knew we would end up fighting in that back alley. And in the end, no one else would find out. But the implications of that battle would continue to eat at us. Even after our wounds had healed.

Y/N: .....

(time-skip) 

After a few days of recovery, the heroes in training were finally able to run back to UA. Surprisingly, they got back to UA in no time at all and headed to class. There, the rest of their classmates were there and Kirishima and Sero were laughing at Katsuki.

Kirishima and Sero: (laughing) Holy crap! What the heck, Bakugo?!

Katsuki was shaking and looking irritated as his hair was smoothed down compared to his usual spikes.

Katsuki: Stop laughing. My hair's gotten used to this and I can't get it back the right way. Did you not hear me? I'll kill you both.

Sero: I'd lie, to see ya try, pretty boy.

Katsuki: (so angry his hair poofed back to normal) WHAT'D YOU CALL ME?!?!

Kirishima and Sero: (laughing) Hey, there it goes!

Mina: Awesome! You got to face actual villains? I'm super jealous! 

Kyoka: Well, I didn't fight. All I did was help people evacuate and provide logistical support.

Mina: But it still sounds like so much fun.

Tsuyu: I spent basically the whole time training and cleaning the ship deck. Though, there was this one day we caught a bunch of drug smugglers.

Mina and Kyoka: (shocked) Okay, that's cool!

Tsuyu: What about you, Ochaco? How was your week?

Looking over, they see her with a powerful aura radiating off of her.

Ochaco: I'd say it was very enlightening.

Tsuyu: I think she found her fighting spirit. 

Kyoka: Yeah, that battle hero must've been something else.

Wanda: Nice. I might ask you for tips later on.

Mina: How was yours, Wanda?

Wanda: Good. Although, let's just say it a bit of a Strange experience.

Kaminari: After one week she's like a totally different person.

Mineta: Different? Don't be fooled, Kaminari. (terrified) All women are demons at heart. They just hide their true personalities behind pretty faces.

Kaminari: What the heck did Mt. Lady do to you? Everyone t my internship loved me—it was actually kinda great. now, if you wanna talk about the ones who really changed, it was those five. 

 The five, of course, were the Hosu group as they were back. True to the police chief's word, they weren't publicly known at the event, but just bystanders. As far as the class knew, they were just there at the wrong place and time.

Sero: Oh, yeah. The Hero Killer.

Kirishima: Glad you guys made it back alive. Seriously.

Momo: I worried about you, too.

Sato: You were lucky Endeavor showed up and saved you guys. 

Toru: So cool. Just what I'd expect from the number two hero! 

Shoto: Yeah, that's right. He saved us.

Shuri: Man, I go away for the whole week, and you guys get involved in the crazy stuff.

Arcturus: Don't know if you'd want to be a part of that.

Ojiro: Did you guys hear the news about the Hero Killer? Everyone's been saying that he was somehow connected to the League of Villains. Can you imagine how frightening it would've been if that creep had been there when they attacked the USJ?

Kaminari: He's scary, yeah. But did you see him in that weird video?

Robbie: The one that keeps getting taken down but uploaded again?

Kaminari: Yeah, it's been all over the internet.

Ojiro: I didn't even know there was a video of him.

Kaminari: Yeah. Stain's a pretty evil villain, but, like, super tenacious. He's almost kinda cool, don'tcha guys think?

Izuku: Kaminari!

Arcturus: Dude, time and place.

Kaminari realizes his mistake and was worried.

Kaminari: Crap! Iida, I didn't—

Iida: No, it's okay. You're fine. It is true that he's quite a tenacious villain. I understand why people might think he was cool. But instead of helping the world, his beliefs led him to cold-blooded murder. No matter his motives, killing cannot be condoned. To keep anyone else from suffering like me, well, (gets into rep mode) I promise: I will strive to be the perfect hero!

Izuku: Yeah, let's do it.

Arcturus: You said it, bud. Iida: It's time for class to begin!

Everyone, please take your seats. He gets back into his old self as some of the others were a bit annoyed by that. However, Arc and Izuku smile at seeing him like this again.

Although, Izuku's mind wondered to that night. He saw someone or a least something watching them and he couldn't shake the feeling about them. 

Hitomi: Izuku?

Izuku: Oh, hey Hitomi. Did you need something? 

Hitomi: No just wanted to check up on you was all.

Izuku: Oh. Well I'm good.

Hitomi: Are you sure? Ever since those villains attacked, you've been pushing yourself a lot more than you used to.

Izuku: Really, I'm fine. You don't have to worry so much.

Izuku gives her a comforting smile, but before things could continue, Aizawa comes into the classroom but he looked more annoyed than he usually is. The students quickly find their seats as he walks up to the front.

Aizawa: I hope you all had an interesting internship, some more interesting than the others. But that's not really important right now. I'm sure you're all aware of the hero killer's defeat.

The class of students nod as Aizawa continues.

Aizawa: Well, every hero is on high alert now. Because the convoy to Tartarus containing the Hero Killer, never made it to the prison.

This causes the class to be in shock, mostly the ones who caught Stain themselves.

Kaminari: What does that?! Does that mean he's gonna go out on a killing spree again!

Mina: Oh no! This is like so bad!

Mineta: We're all gonna die!

Aizawa: Quiet! Every hero is working their hardest to try and find the Hero Killer.

Momo: Sir, what happened to the convoy? Did the Hero Killer have an accomplice?

Aizawa: We don't know for you sure. When heroes arrived at the scene we found one of the guards who was able to answer questions.

Shoji: And what of the other guard?

Aizawa: The other guard was found dead and written above him were the words "I'm Coming For You" in blood.

This causes the class to be a bit scared and grossed out.

Hitomi: W-What does that mean?

Aizawa: We're still trying to figure that out.

Kirishima: Do you think whoever broke the Hero Killer out is related to the villain at USJ?

Aizawa: It's possible. We have both police and pro's working on the case.

Izuku was concerned about this news, he thought back to the figure he saw on the roof. Then his eyes widen a bit when he remembered that new villain, Legion. 

Izuku: (thoughts) Could it be that Legion guy? Did he helped Stain? 

Aizawa: Midoryia!

Izuku: H-Huh?

Aizawa: You were zoning out. Was what I said that boring to you?

Izuku: N-No sir! I was just thinking that's all.

Aizawa: About?

Izuku contemplates either or not to tell his teacher about what he saw that night and with a quick decision tells him the truth

 Izuku: The night Stain was defeated, I saw someone or at least I think I did.

Iida: You saw someone?

Izuku: Yeah. Looking back at the USJ incident, I think that person must've been Legion. 

Arcturus: Legion? You mean that new member of the League of Villains? 

Robbie: If that's true, then it's likely he must've been involved with freeing the Hero Killer. 

Wanda: Izuku, why didn't you say anything? 

Izuku: I didn't think it was a big deal until now.

Aizawa: So you saw someone. Do you remember what he looks like?

Izuku: I'm not sure. I didn't see his face due to his mask. But I also saw he had dragon like wings on his back.

This causes Katsuki's ear to perk up at the mention of dragon like wings. He knew someone with the exact same quirk, but it couldn't be them.

Aizawa: I understand your reasoning for not saying anything, but you still should have informed the authorities.

Izuku: Yes sir.

Aizawa: Now, all of you put your costumes on. We're going to the training grounds.

Students: Yes sir!

The student leave for the locker rooms, but as they do the message that was written was on repeat in Izuku's mind. What did it mean and who was being targeted?

(meanwhile) 

The sound of metal sliding on metal can be heard through the emptiness of a hidden warehouse. Sitting on top of some crates, Stain, now healed of his injuries, was sharpening his sword to keep its sharp edge. He stops when he looks forward and see Y/N entering.

Stain: And where were you?

Y/N: Out minding my business. I highly recommend it.

Stain: Funny. Have you any new missions for me to accomplish?

Y/N: Not at the moment, no.

Stain lets out an annoyed grunt.

Y/N: Hey, don't get an attitude with the guy who saved your ass. Every hero and cop is out there looking for you like you're the rarest Pokemon card. You wanna get caught again, be my guest.

Stain: It bores me to just sit here. I should be out, killing fraudulent heroes!

Y/N: And you will, but right now you need to keep a low profile.

In his anger, Stain stabs one of the crates with one of his knives, but Y/N is completely unfazed by this.

Y/N: I....may have something for you.

Stain: Oh?

Y/N: Yeah, I've taken some interest in this.

Y/N hands Stain a newspapers. Stain reads over the newspaper carefully. What he was reading was an old article about a drug by the name of Trigger.

Trigger was a type of drug that would boost an individual's quirk, but in response it would turn the user's tongue black as well as weakening their sense for reason. Stain narrows his eyes at the paper and looks up at Y/n.

Stain: Why take interest is this? It hasn't been seen or used in years.

Y/N: I need to be one step ahead of Shigaraki. If he found out about Trigger, he'd destroy any and everything to get his hands on it. Beros and Leviathan will be acompany you for this mission. 

Stain puts the newspaper down and grabs one of his mini knives he stabbed into the crate and puts in back in it's sheath. As he walks out, Y/N calls his name, causing him to turn around.

Y/N: There's something else. Rumors... kids being used as test subjects and such... if it's true, do what you have to...

Stain: ....I will.

Stain leaves Y/N with that and he sets off on his new mission. As Stain leaves, Y/N looks out the window with the sunlight descending towards his leg as the shadow of the clouds begins to cover it.

Y/N: The only way to save the people and this world, is to destroy this oppressed system.

Chapter 10 ended.
