Character's Backstory (Optional): Josh had always wanted to be a hero, it was his lifelong dream. After he had learned he was accepted into U.A., he figured he'd finally be able to fulfill that dream, however after being provoked and getting into a fight with a classmate, he was kicked out. The teachers acted as though he had stopped showing up until he was replaced. He was also told not to contact his fellow classmates. He stole his former Hero suit, and donned it. Even if it wasn't permitted, he wanted to do good and set an example, even if it had to start rough.

Character's Quirk(s): Chaos Spear (Small, Candle-sized lightning bolts summoned from the hands)/Chaos Blast (Explosion that surrounds him. Can't be fired like Bakugo's)
