Think of Himiko Toga, except Priscilla isn't interested in blood. She's crazy for others auras or inner strength. She begins to be very delulu and crazy when it comes to people whose quirk gives them a lot of inner strength (aura or energy). She idolized them as she steals their aura.

Quirk Description*
She steals others aura (inner strength.) as if she was stealing the quirk. She absorbs it and it energized herself, she can use the other person's quirk only 2% for five minutes.

Using one hand, she steals the aura; it doesn't absorb into her body, it automatically creates a crystal in her other hand. Once the crystal is full, meaning the victim is left with nothing (could lead to death or being quirk less), she basically breaks the crystal and injects it to her chest to absorb it. The crystal needs to be full for her to use, if its half way or even missing just a little it can cause aide effects like the aura fighting her inner body like a virus or basically acts like poison.

Once absorb, she can only use it for the five minutes, it wouldn't be strong as it would be if the quirk was with its original user. The aura won't vanish once her times up, the aura just basically feeds her and makes her body stronger to with old any quirk for the short time.

Is able to make an impact and make one dizzy. He lets out a pink gas from his chin, which he has four holes in his chin and usually uses a stick over to cover it but sometimes he leaves it as it looks like a beauty mark.

Anyways, he lets this pink gas out and anyone who's within the reach starts to feel dizzy and begin to hallucinate or get nauseous.

She has these two big black fangs that comes out from behind her, she uses that to bite her prey/victim to give them her venom. Which, would be the black widow venom of all spiders.
