1. It wasn't uncommon for people to get hit with quirks when training or out on the field fighting villains. However, you did not expect for it to happen to you, especially one like this. All of the first year hero course students had to train together for one day and while you were training, someone's quirk got out of control and you got the blunt end of it, ending up getting hit by it and blacking out.
