Quirk: nature manipulation

Quirk description: she can manipulate the area around her at will(trees, plants, flowers, very small amounts of water)
User can also summon vines from the ground at free will.
Quirk includes enhances senses, such as hearing and sight, making it hard for an enemy to sneak attack them.
User is more mobile and faster.
User is very good with animals.
She also inherited a tiny amount of her father's quirk, like Todoroki's sister(ya know, the one with the random red splotches in her hair). She has slight control over water and can move it, though with much difficulty.

Drawbacks: when using her quirk too much can cause nausea and massive migraines.
If she pushes too fast past her limits, she'll bleed out and faint.
Too much summoning of vines causes pink marks to form around her wrists, hence why she wears her fingerless gloves.
Harm against nature when around her is harmful to her.
She's not very good at controlling water, since she's only got very little amount of her father's quirk passed down to her, so she can't really to use the small amount of water manipulation she inherited, despite really wanting to.

Personality: she's hyper sensitive and very shy. She won't try to start a conversation usually, though her cousin encourages her to be more social. She doesn't trust people easily, and prefers to be alone.
Though once you befriend her she can be much more social around that person and her true personality most don't see starts shining through. She's loyal and kindhearted, putting others before herself.
She's emotional, yet will sacrifice everything for her friends. She has extremely heroic instincts and if any civilian is in danger, she'll try to save them without hesitating, no matter who tries to stop her.
She's also incredibly stubborn -~-

Flaws: typically, she doesn't rush into things but can be quite reckless once someone is in great danger. She's very quiet and antisocial, she tends to over think things at times and has zero self esteem.
She prefers to do things alone, to avoid letting anyone down. She's really naive too and often doesn't notice when someone takes interest in her.
She's way too stubborn and persistent, especially when offered help -_-

Hero costume: a lavender colored top piece with flower-like sleeves, separated from the skirt by a thin strip. The top portion is separated into two colors, lavender with a white triangle in the middle. The top is decorated with light silver bows with are a tribute to her younger sister, who was her inspiration. The top also ombrès into a light green. She has dark purple fingerless gloves with bandages wrapped around her arms. A flower choker that was a gift from her mom on her 14th birthday. A darker purple skirt shaped similarly to a lily. The skirt goes from light green to purple, to a darker purple, and back to light green for the tips. Her boots have a slightly similar design to Ochako's, except in a light purple color, they also have color pads, another tribute to her sister. They allow her to jump higher with the jump boost pads on the bottom of them. Everything is fireproof and has thermal heating, to counteract BOTH fire and ice villains.

Looks: blonde to lavender ombrèd hair with a blue streak going through the front(because of her small amount of water manipulation) with a small portion of her hair in ponytail to the side, tied back by a Galaxy hairclip, crystal blue eyes, very pale almost white, naturally bright rosy red cheeks, a few freckles, very very short.

Everyday outfit(s): pretend the fingerless gloves are on every outfit.

Backstory: she grew up like an average girl, until the age of six. She was playing out in the garden, when a big villain attacked. A extremely large piece of rubble from the attack went flying towards her, unable to defend herself she tightly squeezed her eyes, though no pain came. When she opened her eyes she saw her father take the hit for her. The piece of rubble managed to severely injure her father, unfortunately, the other pro heroes could not get there fast enough and he passed away later that afternoon. Eevee blames herself completely for her father's death, had she'd been paying attention, he might not have died, though her mother tells her it isnt her fault in the slightest. Since that day she's vowed to do her best to protect anyone and everyone, especially her mother and younger sister, since she doesn't want any harm coming towards her family, hence why she even dedicated parts of her hero outfit to her family, like the bows and the choker.

Other: her cousin is Momo.
Instead if looking up to her brother, she actually dislikes him. A lot. Her brother blamed her for their father's death when it happened. He doesn't anymore, though he keeps his distance from Eevee, since she hates him.
Similarly to Todoroki, her parents were in a quirk marriage. Though unlike his parents, they learned to love and care for one another greatly.
