Backstory: She's Chimaki's younger sister by 7 years. Their grandparents weren't the best people as they only wanted grandchildren with strong electric quirks to continue their family line, which is why they arranged for their parents to have a quirk marriage. Shiori's parents had told her and Chimaki that they could do whatever they felt comfortable with doing, but that didn't excuse the trauma that their grandparents induced upon them. The day that Chimaki ran away, Shiori retreated into herself as well as the youngest child of Endeavor, Shoto, to try and relieve herself from the stress that she had endured. Years after Chimaki ran away, their grandparents had passed away from old age and Shiori felt free for the first time since she began training at their house. However, one thing was still missing in her life, Chimaki. When she was enrolled at UA, she tried her best to find her older sister.
Other: She doesn't blame Chimaki for running away from their grandparents. She has a chance encounter with Chimaki at the summer camp, but the two of them don't interact until the big fight between the hero society and the Paranormal Liberation Front.
