Personality: She's a smart and strong-willed woman who wants to watch the hero society burn.
Backstory: Her mother and father were in an arranged relationship as his parents wanted the family line to have people with strong quirks. As a result of this, she was born 7 years before her younger sister. Her family life was a treat, she wasn't pressured into being a hero by her parents, nor did she have to experience any kind of abuse in her home. However, when it came to her grandparents on her dad's side of the family, her life was full of torment and anger and recklessness. Every time she visited them, she hated it. Especially when her grandparents would take their ideas out onto her younger sister. Things weren't too great, but her grandparents happened to be living near the Todoroki family's home, where they shared the same choices of life and training children. Chimaki had decided that enough was enough and disappeared the same night as Touya. The two would end up going around and making names for themselves as villains.
Other: Her younger sister eventually attends UA with Shoto. The two sisters have a chance encounter with each other during the summer camp for Class 1-A and Class 1-B, but the two don't interact like they used to. The only time that Chimaki interacts with her sister is when they meet in a fight during the war while Dabi tells everyone the truth about their families and his identity as Endeavor's oldest son.
