quirk description: Rio can make tac constructs with her mind , when she thinks of any object or appendage ( it's very rare she makes human appendages)  ,  her bracelets  make it appear , she's secondly connected to her bracelets andshe focuses her energy into these bracelets and makes pink tac constructs which she can mentally control like a mech or physically control like a bat

quirk draw back : if she uses her quirk to much she can get overheated and her head starts to hurt and it feels like a continuous brain freeze for her for about 2 hours after she uses her quirk to much.

personality: She's a natural-born leader.  She embodies the gifts of charisma and confidence, and projects authority in a way that draws crowds together behind a common goal. She is also characterized by an often ruthless level of rationality, using her drive, determination and sharp mind to achieve whatever end she set for herself. She's very motherly towards her young interns but very intolarant of her fellow heroes if she feels they don't do their job. history : Taishiro and Rio are best friends and have been since they met , at 19 when Rio was moving furniture into her new agency , with the help of her friend Hanna , but they almost hurt themselves moving a desk into the building but luckily Taishiro came to help before they broke toes. Him and Rio instantly clicked and it was almost 'Love at first sight' but that's a cringy term for it so let's just say they instantly clicked. '

backstory : Rio's mom was a party animal, who was never there  and her father was in the navy , and she was her father's pride and joy , and her grandmother was her everything , she taught her to make soba , cook for herself and care for herself , she always used to make soba for her when she was sick or upset. Her grandmother wanted her to be a lawyer and so Rio wanted to make that happen for her until she was 14 , when her grandmother died , and she lost that spark so she enrolled in U.A and decided to become a hero. She felt like it was her calling but after she graduated U.A she chose to persue her law degree again.
