Name: Rowan Hironotashi
Age of storyline: 16 (1st year at UA)
Quirk: Probability Manipulation
⁃ she can manipulate the probability of any scenario, using symbols on a piece of paper drawn in her blood (The more drastic the change, the more blood she has to use)
Quirk side effects:
⁃ She needs her own blood to manipulate the probability and they can only last a certain amount of time
⁃ She cannot manipulate anything time related
⁃ She cannot manipulate anything to do with how people react or feel
⁃ She cannot manipulate life span or death
⁃ There are certain loopholes to  these side effects
⁃ The higher she moves the probability, the amount of blood needed also rises.

Backstory:
     Rowan grew up relatively well, in a family with two office working parents who were always there for her, especially when she did not receive her quirk at the same year as the rest of her class. Her parents were worried but did not act on the fears of her being quirk-less. Luckily, a year later her quirk manifested.
Sadly, this joy did not last long, as a few months after her quirk was manifested, an accident from a villain fight that broke out near her house left her as the only survivor. Needing to find a place for her, the heroes planed a meeting to find out where would be suitable. She ended up taking a liking to night-eye, and ended up living in a side room at his agency for the time being. He took her under his wing and helped her strengthen her quirk and limits, and symbols to connect to certain types of manipulation. When it was time to choose schools, she applied to the one with the best hero course, and made it in to UA on recommendations.
There she met a half and half duo, and began taking a liking to the boy with the scarred face. She weaseled her way into a friendship with them, and even somehow got the evil looking blonde to hang with her.
