Just as the Class A thought everything was fine as they're spending times with the heroes, another danger is always coming as there are villains invading everything and they were called for some backup as they went their separate ways.

Superman is fighting Ares in Metropolis. Ares manages to summon his sword to attack the Man of Steel but Superman manages to destroy it using his heat vision and later beats him down. On another area, Green Lantern is battling his former mentor, Sinestro with the help of Mezo and Fumikage and later gives him the chase but he manages to escape when Hal stops in his tracks from falling into Sinestro's trap that he create. Another battle shows Black Adam fighting against Shazam but he manages to gain an upper hand and zaps him into Hawkgirl who hits Adam into the air. Superman finally defeats Ares and knocks him down to a building rooftop where Aquaman, Ochaco, Tsu, Hanta, Toru, and Wonder Woman rush towards Ares to tie him up.

"Wonder Woman. Aquaman. Uravity. Froppy. Invisible Girl. Let's wrap this up. I've gotta get to the Watchtower. Before Luthor throws something else at us..."

Superman speaks too soon as they turn around to see Doomsday landing near them.

"Doomsday..."

Superman tries to attack Doomsday but he gets knock away by him as Doomsday chase after him.

"Should have been a combined assault." Wonder Woman said.

"Clark sometimes forgets he can't do everything himself." Aquaman said, making the trio U.A. girls giggle.

While Wonder Woman and Aquaman aid Superman to battle Doomsday while Ochaco, Tsu, and Toru deal with tying up Ares, at the Watchtower, Lex Luthor, Catwoman, Solomon Grundy and Bane are battling three of the Teen Titans, Nightwing, Cyborg and Raven. Along with the five U.A. students, Denki, Eijiro, Katsuki, Izuku, and Shoto. While Cyborg and Eijiro tries to hold Grundy down Lex shoots them with his missiles but Raven intervene and absorb his missiles using her portal. Once Grundy pushes Cyborg and Eijiro aside, she opens her portal again to shoot Lex's missiles at him. Nightwing stands at her side after being toss by Bane. Denki tried to electrify Bane when he easily grabbed him by the face and throw him towards Katsuki who quickly catch him by the collar.

"You interrupting tonight's entertainment, Raven." Lex said.

"I detest violence, Luthor. But I'm even less fond of you." Raven said.

Shoto and Izuku stand in front of Lex.

"You think a bunch of kids can stop me?"

"Not until we show you." Izuku said before he and Shoto charged him.

Just then Catwoman uses her whip to tie Nightwing's neck as he manages to break free from it. Katsuki charges at her with small sparks coming from his palms as he tried to explode her when she backflipped away from him.

"Get back and face me, you pussycat bitch!"

Cyborg on the other hand gets thrown away by Grundy but manages to land safely near Nightwing. Eijiro and Grundy started to have a punching duo fight as they tried to push each other down like wrestlers. But Grundy was too strong and managed to push Eijiro down real good and made him fly towards Cyborg and Nightwing. They quickly help him up as he nodded at them in thank you.

"Thought you'd have this mess cleaned up by now." Nightwing joked.

"Name's Cyborg, not Miracle Worker."

Nightwing presses the communicator from his ear and started calling.

Y/N, Momo, Mina, and Kyoka came after Batman as they're in the Batmobile heading to the Arkham Asylum. Suddenly, they got a call from Nightwing.

"Nightwing to Batman, you there? We could use your help along with your students."

"After I check out Arkham. Have to make sure Luthor didn't bust him out." Batman replied.

"He'll keep. We're getting out butts handed to us."

"Be there soon, Dick."

Y/N, Momo, Mina, and Kyoka look at each other with nervousness of what's going to happen. At Arkham Asylum, Batman and three U.A. Girls follows a security guard leading him towards the cell Batman asks.

"We've been keepin' a close eye on him, Batman, just like you said. He hasn't moved in hours." Guard said.

As soon they reach Cell 44, Batman stop him as he points at the tripwire below.

"What in the hell? What is that?!" Guard exclaimed.

"Some sort of death trap. That would have killed us." Y/N said, looking down at it while sniffing.

"Yikes." Mina cringed.

Batman uses a freeze spray onto the tripwire and breaks it. Upon opening the cell door it turns out that this room belongs to the Joker... or was the Joker's as inside the room is a Joker doll with some explosives that's connected to the tripwire.

"What the?!" Mina exclaimed in shock.

"He's... gone." Momo gasped.

"How'd Joker do this?" Kyoka questioned.

"He didn't. The real trap..."

Batman quickly uses his cape to shield the guard, the girls, and himself by a sudden shrunken attack.

"...is behind us."

Deathstroke emerges behind them.

"You're so clever!" He said in sarcasm.

As the guard runs to safety, Deathstroke attacks Batman with his sword but Batman manages to catches it and toss it away, disarming him. Then both go into hand to hand combat and moves aside after a few rounds. Y/N, Momo, Mina, and Kyoka were about to help when Batman held a hand out to stay back and let him handle this.

"You're Luthor's pet now, Deathstroke?"

"His money's green. And as a bonus...I get to kill Batman."

Their eyes widen as they watch Batman and Deathstroke started to fight. Deathstroke tries to use variety of weapons to take down the Dark Knight. But he was no match against his wits and hand to hand combat as Batman knows most of his moves and pattern from their previous battles and as the result he gets knockout.

"Amazing..." Y/N muttered out.

"Woah."

"Sorry Deathstroke...No bonus for you." Batman said.

As they decide to leave Arkham Asylum, Batman opens up his communicator.

"Batman to Watchtower. Come in."

No answer.

"Nightwing."

Still no answer. Y/N decide to call her friend Eijiro.

"Indomitable Thief to Watchtower. Can you read me, Red Riot?"

No answer.

"Red Riot?"

Y/N turned to them and they knew they're in trouble and they head to the Watchtower.

Back at Metropolis, Doomsday manages to leap into the air and grabs Hawkgirl's mace. But Green Lantern manages to form a collar around his neck and send him straight towards Wonder Woman and Fumikage as they together with the help of Dark Shadow knock Doomsday down to the ground. Both Shazam and Black Adam see it as Shazam knocks a few punches and holds him.

"SHAZAM!!"

Shazam moves aside while Black Adam's confuse until a bolt of lightning struck onto him as he reverts back to his Egyptian form while Doomsday fall on top of him causing both to fall down together. Meanwhile, Green Arrow manages to shoot an arrow which opens up a large airbag for Adam to land softly but as for Doomsday he lands very hard. Mineta starts throwing balls at Doomsday to make sure he doesn't move a muscle. Flash and Tenya then came to the scene beside Green Arrow.

"Good job, Class A!" Tenya praised his classmates that are on the ground or in the air.

"Green Arrow! What was that?" Flash asked.

"Thunder of the gods, Flash! Thunder of the gods."

"What does that make us?"

Doomsday was angry as he tries to get up on his feet when the purple balls held him down like a glue.

"Ha! You can't escape from the power of Grape Juice!"

But Doomsday with a lot of strength as he can and managed to get up, surprising them.

"Impossible!" Mineta gasped.

"Shit!" Mashirao cursed and got into his martial art stance.

Aoyama gulped and brought out his belt about to shoot out laser. Rikido chewed out sugar cubes and started to grow out muscles while Toru shakily stand her ground with a fighting pose. Koda calls out his pigeons to get ready for the fight.

Just as the heroes were about to attack him, Superman manages to arrive in time and tackles Doomsday, moving him to another location.

"The poor slobs who clean up the mess." Green Arrow commented.

They shrug as they went back to work. Back at the Watchtower, Cyborg and Eijiro are still dealing with Grundy, Catwoman is dodging Raven's and Katsuki's attacks and Nightwing and Denki tries to take out Bane but they get knock down. Oh how Denki wished to go home. Only Luthor stands there doing nothing while watching their battle in amusement. Izuku and Shoto are chained by some tech from Luthor's armor he blasted out. 

"Now, if there are no further interruptions..."

Unfortunately, he was interrupted by Batman's, Y/N's, Momo's, Mina's, and Kyoka's arrival by the Watchtower teleporter.

"Took me almost two minutes to break your encryption. Nice work." Batman said in sarcasm.

"Bane!" Luthor called.

Bane walks forward.

"He esperado mucho tiempo para esto. (I've been waiting a long time for this.) Now I break your back!"

Batman turned to the girls.

"You four. You know what to do."

They nodded and went around them as they fight off the villains. Y/N started with Catwoman and tackled her to the ground. Catwoman stand up and faced her.

"Well, lookie here. You must be Y/N. The Indoraptor."

"You must be Selina. The Catwoman. The Jewel Thief."

"I always take what's mine."

"Even Batman?"

"Even him."

Y/N and Catwoman got into their fighting stance as Catwoman goes to claw her when Y/N jumped over her. Y/N turned and brought out her big claws and scratched Catwoman off, sending her flying against the machines. Mina and Eijiro oohed at that part where it's going to hurt. Catwoman growls and managed to claw Y/N and made her go to the ground. Y/N grunted from the impact from her back as she was in the air for a sec until Catwoman kicked her hard as she could hear her bones crack and fell to the ground. Y/N got up and quickly dodged the whip and grabbed it. Catwoman tried to pull it away when Y/N with a strong grip pulled it back and made her fly towards her. Y/N took a deep breath and gave her a hard kick to the stomach. Catwoman was send flying towards Katsuki who grins maniacally as he brings out his sparked palms.

"Die!!"

He exploded her as Catwoman collapsed on the floor unmoving. Y/N and Katsuki gave each other a high-five. They turned to see Batman dealing with Luthor.

"Bane, Catwoman and Grundy... You're all alone, Luthor."

"Geniuses often are."

"Psychopaths like you---"

"You hero types are all alike even less imposing close up."

Batman gets ready his Batarang.

"You're testing my patience."

As Lex walks towards Batman to make his attack, Batman tosses a Batarang at him, which explodes on impact thus knocking him back.

"Resign on throwing toys."

Lex continues to attack Batman by going near him but Batman keeps tossing multiple Batarang as Lex was pushed behind due to the explosions.

"DAMN YOU!"

Pissed, he runs towards him trying to attack the Dark Knight but fails as Batman keeps pushing him back with his Batarang. Soon Batman decides to get serious.

"Time to teach you humility."

What Lex doesn't know is that the reason why Batman throws his 'toys' at him is to find his armor's weak spot. Not realizing about this Lex keeps charging at him even manages to land a couple of punches at the Dark Knight. But Batman manages to hit all of his armor's weak spots, temporarily shutting his armor down. Momo after untying Izuku and Shoto was in awe along with the other U.A. Students.

"Try this on, Genius."

Batman places an EMP device which immobilize Lex's armor suit and then calls Superman.

"Superman, report."

"It's done. The others are mopping up. I'm taking Doomsday into deep space."

"Make sure it's very deep space."

Just as the other villains were sending into the portal, cuffed, the alarm rang.

"What's that?" Catwoman asked.

"It's the None of Your Damn Business Alarm." Cyborg glared.

"Oh, burn!" Mina smirked and waved bye-bye to the villains.

Cyborg turns on the screen for Batman to view.

"Radiological. Metropolis."

Both check the screen as it later shown a picture of Joker and Harley Quinn and their location in Metropolis. Luthor laughed.

"I could see the headlines: 'Justice League Fails; Clown Kills Millions!'"

"You gave him a nuke?!" Batman demanded.

"Most of the League dies... And Superman's beloved city is vaporized... I console the masses by offering to rebuild it. In my own image of cou..."

Had enough, Nightwing goes behind him and knocks Lex's head with his stick to knock him out cold.

"He was done."

"We have to stop him fast!" Izuku urged. "The people are in grave danger!"

Batman wasted no time.

"This is Batman. Code Red! Everyone to this coordinates! NOW!"

At the center of Metropolis lies a Statue of Superman where Joker and Harley are setting up the bomb by Lex's instructions.

"Baldy said remember to... (As the detonate says 'READY' after pressing some numbers in the keypad) There we are." Joker said.

"Mr. J! It works!"

Harley starts humming until both hear the teleportation sound knowing Batman's coming.

"Uh-oh..."

"Back to the van, Harley. Bats and I have a little talk." Joker said.

"But Puddin'..."

Unfortunately, this causes him to slap her and points away.

"Go! No one likes a third wheel."

As Harley reluctantly leaves, Batman arrives along with Y/N, Momo, Mina, Kyoka, Denki, Eijiro, Katsuki, Izuku, and Shoto as Joker greets the Dark Knight.

"Batman! My coeur des coeurs! My pomme de frites! I knew that ape Deathstroke couldn't kill you!"

"Too bad for you."

Joker turned to the U.A. Students.

"And I've seen you have brought some children with you."

"Who're you calling children, you psycho clown?!" Katsuki growled in anger, making Joker laugh.

Batman takes a couple of steps forward until he sees Joker trying to press the button and stop in his tracks especially seeing the bomb showing the word 'Armed'. This cause the U.A. Students stop as well.

"Why so jumpy? I merely took it off standby. It's this button you gotta worry about."

Just then Wonder Woman, Mezo, Fumikage, and Hawkgirl arrived while trying to reach them.

"There they are! Keep him talking, Bruce." Wonder Woman said.

In the other area, while the Flash and Tenya runs, they tried to keep up with Green Lantern who's carrying Aquaman and Green Arrow while Ochaco, Tsu, Hanta, Mashirao, Toru, Aoyama, Mineta, and Koda ran as fast as they can.

"Don't wait for us, Barry! Ingenium! Go!" Green Lantern said.

They nod as they run faster.

"You push that button and eight million die." Batman warned.

"Let's talk about this." Y/N suggested.

"Please don't do this." Izuku begged.

"This is bad..." Kyoka whispered out.

"Eight million and TWO die. I was going to enjoy the fireworks from a safe distance, but now that you're here...what say we have one last dance."

In slow motion, Joker was going to press the button as Batman and the U.A. Students rushes to stop him. Most of the Justice League and U.A. Students arrives to stop him until sparks covers around Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Aquaman, Green Arrow, Y/N, Kyoka, Shoto, Izuku, Katsuki, Ochaco, Tsu, Eijiro, Denki, and Fumikage as Hawkgirl looks at Diana in confuse.

Soon, as Batman and Y/N was near Joker, three jolts of lightning bolts seemingly shock them; sending them to a different location as Batman successfully tackles Joker, unknowing if Joker did push the button on time. Y/N fell to the ground along with Kyoka who was right next to her. Batman, Y/N, and Kyoka looks around as the location there in looks different. Batman recognizes the location by Superman news statue despite the odd logo on the screen and the new futuristic building. Joker on the other hand gets up and checks on the switch but he realizes it didn't turn on.

"What the hell's the matter with this thing?!"

Joker keeps smacking the remote controller as it seems it didn't activate nor have any signal to detonate. Gives up he sternly look at Batman.

"This is somehow your fault!"

Angrily, Joker tosses the switch and decides to punch Batman.

"Metropolis... And yet..."

As Joker was about to punch him, Y/N holds Joker's fist without looking behind predicting his attempt. She then turns his arm behind but lets him go while pushing him aside, impressing Batman and Kyoka. Y/N backs away to let Batman do the job.

"Maybe I was too sentimental before. I'll be fine without you."

As Joker takes out his knife and attacks him, Batman has no trouble taking his arch-nemesis even without using his gadgets. But their battle was so loud that this catches the Injustice Metropolis residents' attention. Soon, Batman manages to defeat Joker.

"Now stay down..."

The Joker makes one final attempt by attacking him but he got kneed into the stomach by Batman as he gets pinned down on the ground. Batman then holds his head to restrain him as Batman hears some sirens.

"And keep quiet."

"Um, Batman?" Kyoka asked, holding Y/N's arm.

Batman soon realizes they're in trouble as hordes of Regime soldiers, officers and vehicles surround Batman, Y/N, Kyoka, and Joker. A voice telling them to hands in the air as the helicopter is flying around above them.

"I said hands ups, Freaks! Do it or you're dead!"

"Now that's funny." Joker grinned.

Y/N immediately kicked him in the chin behind her without looking again, making him groan.

Batman, Y/N, and Kyoka does as they told...but Batman pulls out a switch from his hand and presses it, emitting supersonic sound, which irritates everyone and stop them in their tracks. Y/N and Kyoka quickly covered their ears. This causes Batman to use the smokescreen bomb and escapes but at the same time this cause Joker to escape. Once the smokescreen and the sound are gone, the soldiers realize that they have escaped.

At night, Batman, Y/N, and Kyoka are watching from above the building while seeing a bunch of people getting arrested into the Regime vehicle. They even eavesdrop the Regime soldiers from their comm.

"Amateurs... Next time wipe your drive."

"They're not Insurgents?"

"Just some punks. Like that Joker Clan idiot we almost had. Still can't believe we friggin' lost Batman... and the other two girls..."

"Yeah... Let's hope the Big Boss doesn't find out..."

"I'm in a nightmare." Batman said.

"Who's this Big Boss? What happened here?" Y/N asked in confusion.

"Not sure. But it sure doesn't sound good." Kyoka said.

"Whatever happened, we'll find out why." Batman said before they take off.
