NO ONE'S POV:

(Y/N & the other work study students finally finish their extra lessons & return to the dorms.)

Kirishima: Hey, guys.

Midoriya: Sorry we're showing up so late.

Uraraka: We finally made up the classes we missed during our work studies. Now we can help for real.

(Y/N): Just tell me what you need me to do!

Tsu: Ribbit.

(Their classmates fill them in on what they're doing & now they're wondering who's gonna sing.)

(Aoyama, Mineta & Kirishima "sing" but it's a no-go for all three of them.)

Hagakure: It's gotta be you, Jiro!

(Hagakure puts a mic in front of Jiro.)

Mineta: We just laid our souls bare for them and they're just ignoring us?! Can Jiro really be that good? Ugh! I mean come on!

Kirishima: We wanna hear you play something!

(Y/N): Show us what you got, Jiro!

(Jiro sings beautifully.)

Uraraka: My ears are so happy!

(Y/N): That was so beautiful!

Iida: I call this a unanimous decision!

Jiro: Well, let's set that aside then.

(It's decided that Kaminari & Tokoyami will play the guitar.)

(Y/N): They sound so good!

Mineta: Do whatever you want, Damnit! This is so stupid! Let's get this Festival over with!

Mina: Mineta, will you be part of the dance team if I can get a harem together?

Mineta: The School Festival can't come soon enough.

(At 1 am in the morning it's decided who will be doing what.)

The Band: Bakugo, Yaoyorozu, Kaminari, Tokoyami, & Jiro

Effects Team: Kyoda, Kirishima, Sero, Aoyama, & Todoroki

And The Dance Team:

(Imagine Y/N is striking a pose next to Ojiro.)

(Y/N): Do you guys mind if I were to leave early during our performance?

Mina: No! We need the entire class!

Kaminari: What's more important than our performance that would cause you to leave, (Y/N)?

(Y/N): Nothing! It's just that...

Shoji: Well?

Jiro: What, (Y/N)?

Bakugo: Spit it out, Loverboy!

(Y/N): Class 1B is doing a play and Itsuka was wondering if I could go and watch it!

(Y/N's thoughts): They're probably gonna say-

Students: Why didn't you say that to begin with?!

(Y/N): So you guys are cool with me leaving our performance early?

Yaoyorozu: If it's for your girlfriend then we understand.

Iida: Yes, it's always good to support your significant other!

(The rest of Class 1A nod in agreement.)

(Y/N): (teary eyed) You guys...

Saturday

(Y/N & the rest of the dance team are practicing for their performance.)

Mina: Loosen up, Midoriya! You've got to be precise but flexible! Just because it's called a lock doesn't mean you have to be so rigid. Keep that body moving. And (Y/N)! Yaoyorozu told me you're a pretty good dancer from what she saw at Uwabami's party, so step it up!

(Y/N's thoughts): I'm surprised she still remembers that.

(Y/N): Huh, what we're doing is completely different from slow dancing.

(Mina shows the dance team what to do.)

Mina: And then end with a pop!

Dance Team: Pop!

(Midoriya notices Mirio in the bushes.)

Uraraka & Tsu: Eri!

Mirio: Hey, guys! I brought a peach for ya!

(Y/N): [laughs]

Midoriya: Eri!

Eri: Hey, Deku.

(Aizawa explains why she's here.)

Iida: You must be Eri from the work study. I'm Iida.

Mineta: Mineta. Hey, there. Man, you're gonna be a looker, aren't ya?

(Y/N): Why would you say that to a child?

(Eri hides behind Mirio.)

Mirio: She's kinda shy.

(Y/N's thoughts): Too cute!

(Y/N): Hey, Eri!

Eri: Mt. Man!

(Y/N picks Eri up by her sides.)

Uraraka: Aww! (Y/N)! You look like her dad!

Tsu: I didn't know you were so good with kids.

(Y/N): *blush* I don't know what to say...

Aizawa: Put her down, (Y/N).

(Y/N): Okay, sir!

(Mirio wants to take Eri on a tour so Mina announces T-time.)

(Cut to Midoriya & Mirio showing Eri the Equipment Room & discuss the beauty pageant with Nejire & Amajiki.)

Amajiki: This year's pageant is stacked. Kendo gained some underground fans due to that commercial. Plus, apparently her boyfriend, (Y/N), has been hyping her up. So she's a real contender.

Eri: (Y/N)?

Midoriya: That's Mt. Man.

Eri: Mt. Man has a girlfriend?

(Y/N calls Itsuka.)

(Y/N): So you're not in 1B's play?

Itsuka: Unfortunately no. But you can still go if you want.

(Y/N): With all due respect to your class but if you're not in the play, I'm not gonna go see it.

Itsuka: That's sweet.

(Y/N): Don't worry though, I'll be watching the beauty pageant!

Itsuka: *blush* Really?

(Y/N): Hell yeah! I gotta support my girl!

Itsuka: *blush* I have to win now.

(Y/N): You better! My break is about end so I'll text you later, love you!

Itsuka: Love you too.

(Y/N ends the call.)

(Y/N): Change of plans, guys! Itsuka's not in 1B's play so I can stay for our entire performance.

Mina: Perfect! I've got something in mind for you!

(Y/N): What?

A Week Later

(Mina is firing Midoriya from the Dance Team.)

Midoriya: [gasps]

(But Mina reveals that he's been scouted by the Effects Team.)

Midoriya: It has to be me? I already told Eri that I'd be dancing.

Mina: They want someone with a power Quirk to swing Aoyama around.

Midoriya: Why can't (Y/N) do it?

Mina: Because I've got something planned for him!

(Y/N): Sorry, Midoriya.

Kirishima: Could you help us out? I don't want people to lose interest!

Midoriya: It's my duty to help how I can. I'll do it!

(Cut to 1A's dorm late at night.)

(Y/N): Mina. I don't think I can do it...

Mina: Of course you can't with that attitude!

(Y/N): [whimpers]

Mina: You just need the right kind of motivation.

(Y/N): Motivation?

Mina: I got it! Why not invite Kendo to our performance?!

(Y/N): I've thought about that but she's in the beauty pageant and I want her to focus on that-

Mina: Phooey! You just don't want to miss up in front of her!

(Y/N): [gasps] I've been found out!

Mina: It's okay, (Y/N). I'll go ask her for you!

(Mina takes Y/N's phone you call Itsuka.)

(Y/N): Mina! Wait!

(Y/N tries to get up but falls over because of all the dance practice.)

(Y/N): Ow!

(Mina returns with Y/N's phone.)

Mina: Here's your phone back.

(Mina tosses Y/N's phone to him.)

(Y/N): What'd she say?!

Mina: I don't know. You're just gonna have to wait and see if she's in the audience!

(Mina runs off to her room.)

(Y/N): Is it too late for me to quit?

Mina: [yelling] Don't even think about it!
