I'm not even gonna bother hiding it, just looking at my drafts would tell you, KiriBaku is one of my ultimate OTPs. I fucking live for their whole dynamic, everything about their relationship is so cute to me.

It feels like they were kinda moulded to be together, does that make sense? Like, their personalities, quirks, strengths, weaknesses, hobbies, all of it. Katsuki is an explosive, sarcastic little gremlin, and Eijirou is a big puppy in a human suit who just wants to have friends and be a hero. Katsuki's anger issues are easily balanced with Eijirou's clear distaste for arguing— he's calmed him down countless times.

Then their quirks. Katsuki said it himself, Eijirou is the only one whose quirk can withstand his own explosive power. It's cute, honestly. I really like that facet of their dynamic, for some reason or other. It makes me happy.

Then there's Eijirou's canonical insecurities making him feel less-than, which has to be helped by the fact he was deemed good enough by Katsuki Bakugou, who hates everyone and their mothers, to be his first friend (Yes, I know he had friends in middle school and that, but let's be honest here. We all know they were only there because of Katsuki's quirk, smarts, and popularity). Eijirou could probably help Katsuki with his feelings of worthlessness and self-blame due to All Might's retirement with his very manly constant excitement and positivity. And, on top of that, their shared stubbornness that would ensure they would never, ever, in a million years, stop trying to make each other feel better. It's so perfect.

All in all, one of my OTPs, I love it.
