Rhythm: Part 14 (Sero)
"We've been told that apparently there was a problem between you two." One of the judges said and pointed to Sero and Tony.
"Care to explain what happened?" Another judge asked, and I looked up at Sero. He took a deep breath, but before he could say anything Tony started yelling.
"It's his fault!" Tony blurted out. "They threatened me to do badly in the competition. And then he attacked me."
"That's not true!" I blurted out.
"Y/n." Sero said trying to calm me down.
"No, he's lying!" I told the judges, and stepped in front of Sero. "Over the weekend Tony approached me and told me to stay away from Sero, to not even speak to him. He wanted to throw Sero off for the competition. He threatened Sero's home and family, if I didn't do as he said."
"Is there any witnesses to this threat?" One of the judges asked.
"Just our words." I said shaking my head, and they nodded.
"And what about Sero attacking Tony?" They asked and I shook my head again.
"Sero did tackle Tony, but Sero never hit him." I said. "And Tony attacked me first, and there is proof of that."
"What?" Sero asked and placed his hands on my hips.
"Yesterday, before Sero tackled Tony. Sero was trying to speak to me when Tony came up to us." I told the judges. "Tony held my face so tight that he bruised my jaw."
"That's a lie, there's nothing on her face." Tony said pointing at me, and I smirked.
I put my finger up, telling them all to wait a moment and I jogged back behind the curtain. I grabbed my water bottle and Gabby threw me a towel from Hanta's gym bag. I know she had seen it when she did my makeup in the room backstage, she had to recover it.
I walked back onto the stage, and poured some of the water onto the towel before carefully wiping the makeup off my face.
I lifted my head and exposed my neck, and I already knew that there was a large handprint around my neck and jaw. I had to cover it up this morning.
Sero looked more carefully at the large bruise, and I could see that he was absolutely pissed.
"I should have hit you." Sero said, as he whipped his head around at Tony. I grabbed ahold of Sero, just to make sure he didn't do anything now.
"There should also be video footage of it, as this happened in the hallway at our school." I told the judges.
"I see." A judge said. "Tony, do you have anything to say for yourself?" Tony went to say something, but his dance partner slapped her hand over his mouth and shut him up.
"No he does not." She told the judges.
"Smart choice." A judge said. "In that case, Tony you and your partner have been disqualified." His dance partner nodded and dragged Tony off the stage by the back of his hair.
"Congratulations Sero and y/n, you have won first place in the dance competition." A judge said, and Sero scooped me up in his arms spinning us around. I hugged onto his neck.
"I'm so proud of you." I told him and Sero buried his face in my neck. "You won."
"No no amor. We won."

Sero had his arm around my waist as we all walked out of the dance studio. His family left to head for the train station, and Gabby headed for her car. She was going to give me and Hanta a ride back to the school before she went home.
"What ever happened to Maria?" I asked. "Why'd she ditch?"
"Oh yeah." Gabby said and she popped her trunk. A very pissed off Maria came crawling out of the back of the car.
She started screaming at Gabby in Spanish, and I tried not to laugh.
"So you kidnapped her so that I would rush all the way over here?" I asked Gabby as Maria kind of just went on a blind rant as she paced around the parking lot.
"Yeah." Gabby said smiling at me. "I told you we were going to figure it out."
"So you had me almost die trying to get here, to make everything better?" I asked her, and Hanta was laughing beside me.
"Yep." Gabby said and we all got into the car. Maria muttering to herself the entire ride back to the school.
"Alright, I'll see you two tomorrow!" Gabby said. Me and Hanta was going to be going to visit the Sero family home again tomorrow, to celebrate first place in the competition. But tonight we were going to get to rest, and really fix everything between the two of us.
Me and Sero walked into the dorms building, to see the whole Bakusquad watching a movie in the commons room.
"Where the hell have you two been?" Bakugo asked when he saw us.
"Ooh shiny!" Denki said as he grabbed the trophy from Sero's hand. "First place for a dance competition?"
"You dance?" Kirishima asked as he looked at Sero.
"No, we dance." Sero said and pulled me closer to him.
"Yes!" Mina screamed as she lifted her arms up in the air. I couldn't help but snort at her. "About time you two got together."
"Wait is this why you ran out of class?" Jirou asked.
"Yeah. His dance partner got kidnapped, so I left to fill in." I said.
"Kidnapped?" Kirishima asked and looked at us.
"Anyway, we're beat." Sero said and grabbed the trophy from Denki and pulled me behind him. "We're going to bed now! Night!" Sero yelled at them before pulling me all the way to his dorm room.
Sero immediately dropped his stuff, and plopped down on his bed. I laid next to him for a while, and we didn't say anything to each other. I looked over at Sero and his eyes were closed, but I knew he wasn't asleep yet.
I rolled over and partly on to him, hugging him as much as I could and I even wrapped my leg around his legs. His hand rubbed up and down my back, and I closed my eyes.
"Sero-." I started to say something, but I got interrupted.
"Don't call me that." He told me. I looked up at him, this time his eyes were open and he looked down at me. "I liked it when you called me by my given name."
"Are you sure?" I asked him. "We might be dating, but I didn't think we were that close yet."
"I mean, we can get closer." He growled and he rolled over on top of me. I laughed as he started crushing me, and he wrapped his arms around me. "Close enough for you?" He asked in my ear.
"That's not what I meant." I laughed, and hugged his neck. "Hanta?"
"Si, mi amor?" He hummed into my chest. I took a couple of moments before answering, to run my fingers through his hair.
"Can we dance together forever?" I asked him. He moved his head to the side slightly so he could look at me, and smiled.
"I mean forever is a long time." He said. "Are you sure your feet can handle that?"
"I don't know." I told him, and started thinking about it. "Okay, maybe not everyday." He started laughing at me, and I couldn't help but laugh too. "But I never want to stop dancing with you."
Hanta didn't say anything as he just stared at me. A smile never left his face as we both laid in silence. He pulled himself up to kiss me on the lips, and held my face in his hands as we kissed passionately. His tongue lightly licking my lips asking for them to open.
I did as he requested, and our body's aren't the only ones that danced today. He pulled away from me, only for a moment to look me in the eyes.
"Then we'll never stop dancing."
