I'll be completely honest here. This is my way of attempting to make up for the Creepypasta ships thing before this. Please accept this apology.😅

Essentially, Hajime hates hospitals because of the Kamakura Project.

He mostly keeps it to himself because he doesn't want pity or anything along those lines, but he still gets uncomfortable in hospital like settings and tries to leave them as quickly as possible.

Izuru Kamakura feels similarly, but since he's Izuru, he just acts indifferent despite his nerves.

On a side note, I think that after the killing game, Hajime and Izuru shared a body as alternate personalities. They have a pretty brotherly relationship.
