*Just a disclaimer, I am by no means a gamer and know relatively little about video games. Sorry in advance.

Since he was stuck inside of Majora's Mask for so long and now looks pretty much the same as Link, he actually kept aging inside of the game. He stopped in his late teens, when his features closely resembled Link's.

Unfortunately, this aging process did nothing for his height, so he's quite short.
