The Elite glared at her for a little while before answering. He took a deep breath and spoke, "Fine, human. I-I will accept y-your deal..." He was still weak but wasn't tired since he was laying there for a few minutes.

She gave him a 'are you sure?' face and then asked, "Are you sure that you'll promise not to shoot me when I help you?"

He nodded slowly.

She nodded back, "Alright." She put her right hand in front of her and a small ball of light, that was the size of her hand, glowed bright but wasn't bright enough to blind someone.

It then had small bits of light circling around the Elite. Soon enough, the glow from the night stopped.

The Elite tried to sit up, and was able to. His eyes grew surprised as he was amazed at how much better he felt and how fast it he healed.

He was about to pull himself up when he saw a hand by him. He looked up and saw Jana, which he didn't know her name yet, offer her hand to him. He wasn't sure if he wanted to or not.

Before he could do anything, she smiled a calm, kind smile and asked him kindly, "Need help getting up?"

He thought for a second, didn't say or move his head as grabbed her hand and she helped him stand up.

She looked up at him and asked, "Can you walk?"

He nodded, still speechless at what just happened in just those few minutes of time. They walked in silence. The Elite was still confused of who she was and why she decided to help him, when he was the enemy.

Before he could think, he asked of what was in his mind as he looked down at her. "Who are you human and why did you want to aid to my wounds and help me?" He tilted his head like most Elites did when they were confused or trying to figure something out.

She smiled calmly and answered, "My name is Jana Alicia Harris. Jedi Knight. I wanted to help you cause I always try to for good in others. Everyone has their own choice and path to choose from. I believe that no one is a bad or evil. It's just the choices they make that may not seem right. Everyone has good in them. Though some people can't always see since they focus on the bad things too much."

He was surprised by her answer. 'No one has ever cared for me before. I was always treated as if I was like the Humans say, "being used", or "Trying to play with me like a toy".

Thel put away his Energy sword. He killed Jul once and for all. Tiredness started to take over him as he hasn't had sleep in weeks because was so stressed about the Covenant. He didn't need much sleep, but lasting for weeks can make anyone feel weary. He shook his tiredness away as he started to search for his new Human friend.
