Tuesday 20th January 2015 (15 weeks, 6 days)

*Shannon's POV*

"Morning handsome" I whispered to the guy sleeping peacefully beside me.

"Alexie?" He replied with his eyes still clamped shut. His morning voice was husky and sexy.

"Alexie? You just fucking called me Alexie!" I roared loudly.

The body beside me bolted upright immediately.

"Sorry baby" he whispered. Placing a strand of loose hair behind my ear.

"Why do you keep calling out for her? She's pregnant with some other guys baby, you don't need her you've got me" I winked playfully.

"Force of habit I suppose and I know I have got you gorgeous girl" he smiled widely before placing another kiss on my lips.

"What's the plan for today?" I asked, batting my eyelids at him.

"I thought we were spending time with Blake" he questioned, rubbing his eyes.

"Oh yes, of course" I smiled "Jamesy, I want you right now" I whispered into his ear. My fingers stroked his stomach.

I watched his smile grow wider and he was quickly lying ontop of me. He loved morning sex and so did I.

He was kissing and sucking at my neck as I reached into my top draw. I made sure I pulled out one of my condoms.

I knew they were my ones because James' ones were still in a box, mine were scattered about in the draw.

I pulled the wrapper to my mouth, tearing off a corner before reaching down and putting it on James.

"Shan- your hands are cold" he squirmed as my hot hands made contact with his cold body.

"Need to be safe don't we baby" I winked then smiled into his chest.

"Yeah now hurry up, I can't wait any longer" he laughed before attaching his lips on mine. I smiled broadly across his lips.

What he didn't know wasn't going to kill him right? I knew he still loved Alexie and I needed to ensure he loved me. I am 100% sure he will in a few weeks time.

After all, I know all about Alexie. She's choosing adoption and James has told me the dates add up. She's playing the innocent little victim. I'm not telling James about the adoption, not just yet. I'll let her ruin it herself and then he will run back to me. She's a bitch and she deserves everything that's coming to her.

*James' POV*

"That was amazing" Shannon complimented as I flipped down beside her.

"I know" I smiled, slightly out of breath.

"I'm hungry, want some toast?" She smiled, her blonde locks all over the place.

I nodded.

She reached over my body and grabbed my Tshirt. She slung it over her body. It was baggy on her and showed off the bottom of her arse. I slapped bum hard as she left the room, she closed the door behind her.

I bent down and found my jeans and stuck my hand in the pocket, pulling out my wallet. I pulled out the picture of Alexie. I smiled.

I wish I was with Alexie. She was the one I want to be with but now it's too late. She has Jason and the baby. But I don't even know Jason and I'm still convinced the baby was mine. I mean the dates added up and that was enough proof for me.

I didn't go to her 12 week scan as she didn't tell me. Jess text me afterwards though, she let me know that everything was fine and that there was only one baby.

I still couldn't shake the picture of Alexie and a baby out my head. That could be my son or daughter and she wants to shut me out as if it's normal. I am just going to have to go with the flow, whether that baby was mine or not.

"Jamesy" I heard Shannon squeal.

"Yes baby?" I replied.

"I called today off with Blake, I wanna stay here with you"

"Okay, sounds perfect, where's my toast?" I asked politely.

"I didn't fancy toast in the end, I fancy round two" she winked. My eyes widened as she took my Tshirt off, her naked body exposed. She kicked the door closed and straddled my body. Then began sucked at my collarbone. I groaned in pleasure.

God, she was hot and the sex was mindblowing. But she isn't Alexie. My beautiful Lexi.

*Alexie's POV*

"Plans for today?" Jess asked me as she sat down on the sofa beside Barclay. His arm instantly wrapped around her shoulders.

"I'm meeting Blake" I replied.

"Lex, is that a good idea?" Barc questioned.

I nodded "He seems nice, Shannon is a control freak"

"Lexi, remember your pregnant" Jess stated.

"Yes Jess, I'm pregnant not an invalid, I can do as I fucking please" I snapped as I threw the remote down beside me.

"Alexie, you don't speak to Jess like that" Barclay shot back, anger was evident in his tone.

"Babe, leave it, hormones" she laughed.

"Just fuck off" I replied, slamming the door loudly behind me.

I grabbed my bag and keys and headed out the flat I shared with Jess and now Barclay.

The cold air hit my cheeks, it was refreshing. My coat would just about wrap about my bump that was starting to form.

In a strange way, I was excited to seem Blake, after the whole party incident, I'm more than certain Shannon was behind it. She's such a snake and I hope James learns the hard way.

I wanted to be with him, but he had Shannon now & Blake seemed nice, I wanted someone to go on dates with and be all cute because Jess is engaged and seeing her and Barclay makes me jealous and I wish I had what they had.

I walked to the local park. Blake stood up and waved me over to a bench. I felt my smile broaden. I barely spoke to this guy and he was giving me butterflies already.

"Hi Alexie" he called out.

"Call me Lexi" I laughed.

"Okay, I'm sorry about your birthday, Shannon told me to do it and I had no idea you were pregnant" he began to explain.

"It's okay,you saved me a job really, I didn't have to tell anyone" I smiled.

"I am really sorry though" Blake apologised once more.

"It's fine, promise" I smiled, patting his arm.

"Sorry I asked you out at short notice, I was meant to be seeing Shannon and Blake today but she cancelled saying he was sick or something" Blake said.

"James isn't sick, he's perfectly fine, he text me earlier. I just chose to ignore him because he's being a dick" I explained, gaining a small chuckle from Blake.

"Oh" Blake muttered quietly.

"Oh what?" I asked, my head turning to face him.

"Shannon's being Shannon again" he whispered.

"What's Shannon doing Blake? He's my best friend, I need to protect him" I burst out. Simply forgetting the fact he's being a dickhead and the fact he's probably in bed with Shannon at this very moment.

"She has a tendency to lie and manipulate people" Blake shrugged.

"What's she capable of achieving Blake?" I asked again, more worry filled my tone.

"This last guy she was with, Jason, was really nice. But she trapped him and changed who he was. She ruined his life" he whispered, trying not to gain attention from the other people strolling past.

"She's a bitch"I angrily said.

"I know, she's my baby sister. But Lexi please be careful, she's a psychopath who gets what she wants, when she wants and isn't afraid to hurt people in the process" he began explaining.

"She was also involved in an incident, where my girlfriend died. She got jealous and I wouldn't break up with her" he said emotionless.

"What happened?" I croaked out, a hand rested on my stomach.

"My girlfriend Elsie was incredible, I really really loved her. She was my childhood sweetheart. I was going to propose that night but her car never turned up. I then got a phonecall from her mum saying she was involved in a horrible accident. I ran to the hospital. I saw her lying there barely alive, so I proposed, there on the spot. Before I got a response, her heart stopped. I still get nightmares where all I can hear is the machine" he said, tears falling from his eyes.

My mouth flew over my mouth, what a monster.

"I'm sorry Blake" I tried to comfort him, wrapping my arm around him. He turned around and just pulled me into an embrace.

"After she died, they told me she was pregnant" he whispered. "Shannon killed my girlfriend and unborn child"

"Oh Blake, I don't know what to say" I sobbed slightly too. This bloody hormones.

"Just be aware Alexie, because she could be after you or your baby" he frowned, placing a large hand on my bump.

I felt a weird reaction when he did that.

"Baby likes me" his facial expression improved almost instantly.

"I suppose baby does" I smiled, knowing Blake was happy made me forget everything I was going through.

"I looked up about everything after Elsie, I don't know if I'll ever get a second chance at becoming a father" his mood changed again.

"Don't worry, you will. Your incredible strong Blake" I smiled. "But why do you stay with Shannon?" I questioned.

"To save other people" he replied bluntly. "She doesn't know I'm with you and she never will, not that I want to keep you a secret, I want to keep you and the baby safe" he smiled sweetly.

"Right, I need to walk around now Blake, my legs have gone to jelly" I laughed as he got up and gave me a hand up.

As we walked side by side, I could feel his hand lace with mine. I accepted and clamped hold of it. He turned his face and smiled at me, the smile of which I returned.

Walking along the park felt amazing, Blake and I were having so many conversations and then we stopped which we reached a playground, full of kids.

"That could have been me" he pointed to a father which his daughter being pushed on a swing.

My free hand grabbed his arm.

"It still can be Blake, your 20, you still have time" I reassured him.

"That's going to be you soon Alexie" he pointed again, this time to a young mother pushing a blue pram.

"It could be" I replied bluntly. I'm not telling Blake about the adoption, not after what he told me earlier.

After walking around the rest of the park, the rain soon began to pelt down heavily. I was soaked and so was Blake. I dashed underneath the biggest tree.

Blake followed suit and then dragged me out into the middle of the path.

He pulled me close to him and planted a soft kiss on my lips. I smiled through the kiss.

"Alexie, I really like you" he smiled.

"I like you too" I smiled back.

"Well, this is something of the bucket list" we both chuckled at the same time before pulling one another back in for another kiss.

a/n - sorry it's lame, my sister wouldn't look after my brother so it's rushed. So, Shannon's still a bitch and killed someone before hand (more about that accident will crop up here and now) and James still loves Alexie! Shannon keeps using her condoms not James'? What has she done now? Blake's a sweetheart and warning Lexi about Shannon. And Shannon knows Jason, is that the Jason Alexie has been telling everyone about? Blake and Lexi had their first kiss. Is Lexi just using Blake because James is with Shannon? I can confirm that you will all find out what the baby is in 3 chapters, what do you think it is? Shannon's birthday is nearing so she's bound to make a scene in some way or anther.
