I laid down on my bed, staring at the hotel ceiling. The faint hum of the fan seemed to drift through my head, but the only thing on my mind was what happened earlier today. I couldn't tell if I was overthinking things, or if I had missed out on something big. Probably both.

A couple minutes later, I heard my phone buzz from across the room. I groaned, and slid off the mattress to get it.
