Your p.o.v

You walk around the forest, crying quietly, as you look around looking for Camp-Half blood. They said you'd be safe there and after what you saw, you just really wanted to be safe. Tears blinded your vision and you tripped over your own feet. You lay there on the ground not even caring if you got dirty, remembering what you just saw...

"(Y/n)!! Come on we have to go!" Your friend Mike yelled at you. Your house was on fire and your mother had just gotten crushed. You look at her as she fades away from the world, tears running down your face. You never liked your mother, she'd be rude and harsh to you. But now that she was dying you felt sadness inside of you. Mike grabbed your wrist and pulled you away. "(Y/n), im sorry but... we have to go." You just fall and he has to carry you. "(Y/n) please!" he begged. You just look up at the sky lifeless. The monsters finally located you and were about to attack.

"what are those?" You ask softly. Mike was still carring you and running away from whatever they were.

"Empousai! Now please run! I don't think I can-" He suddenly fell and you hit the floor. The creatures came closer to you and mike got up quickly, pulling out his sword. "(Y/N)! Run to Camp-Half blood! Here!" he tossed you a small map. You grabbed it and looked back at Mike again.

"Im sorry" you whisper as you run away.

And now you are lost in the middle of the woods or wherever you where. You sit up and cry for a while, until you hear crunching noises from behind you. You quickly got up. "W-who's there?" You say with fear. A boy came out from behind the tree. He had black fluffy hair that almost reached his shoulders and his bangs covered his forehead. He was skinny and had olive skin. He wore a black hoodie and black jeans. On his finger he had a little skull ring.

"Woah there, calm down." he said. He looked at you closely. "Are you (y/n)?" He asked.

"Yeah and who are you?"

"Nico di Angelo, im taking you to camp half-blood." You nodded and move closer to him. You heard birds screeching and flying in the distance. "Shit. We better get going." He started walking and you followed. You heard trees fall and loud foot steps.

"What is that thing?" You shouted. Both you and Nico were now running.

"I have no idea! But i think its the minotaur!" Just as he finished a tree was about to fall on you. "(Y/N)!" Nico yelled and ran towards you, pushing you out of the way.  The tree fell and Nico nearly escaped. Nico was right, the minotaur stood were the tree used to be. He looked down at you and Nico and roared. He swung his axe taking down many trees. He swung it over his head and over his head landing in between you and Nico. You looked as the Minotaur lifted the axe off the ground, and then you saw Nico. His face showed fear but also courage. He took out his sword ready to fight. "(Y/n) i need you to do me a favor!" he yelled not taking his eyes off the monster. The Minotaur began to attack again. This time he picked a tree up and threw it at Nico. Nico rolled out of the way and looked at you. "Run to the camp! You'll be safe there!"

"What?! What about you!" You yelled. You didnt want anymore people dying, you wanted to help.

"Forget about me! I've faced worse then this little shit." The minotaur roared again and tried to grab you. Luckily Nico moved fast and stood in front of you slashing the Minotaur's hand off. The monster roared and was furious at Nico. Nico grabbed you wrist and took you to hide behind a huge rock. He let go and looked you in the eye. "Just leave me and run, please." He looked at you with pleading eyes. You hesitated and then just nodded. You turn around and start running. The monster noticed you trying to escape and tried to catch you, but Nico also attacked causing the monster to focus on him instead.

You found the camp and ran in yelling "Help me please" Your legs finally gave in and you fell onto the floor. "ow". People started to crowd around you and started asking questions. "The kid. He's fighting a monster." Some people left to help Nico and you were taken to an  infirmary.

1 MONTH LATER

After that day, you and Nico started to become close. And now he was one of your best friends. Today he asked you to meet him at the beach, he said he had a surprise for you. You walk calmly towards the beach. You then felt to hands cover your eyes. "Guess who" they said. You already knew who it was of course.

"Mr.Sassy pants" you say laughing a little. Nico took his hands off your face and looked at you, raising an eyebrow. "I mean Nico!" Nico shook his head and smiled a little.

"Well, anyways. I need to talk to you."he said getting serious. You looked at him with worried eyes.

"What is it Nico?" you asked.

"I-" He began."I li-" He blushed a deep red and said quickly "IreallylikeyoubutimscaredyoudontfeelthesameandIprobablyruinedourfriendship!" You looked at him trying to process what he just said.

"Oh." You blinked. It was silent for a while until you finally spoke up. "I like you too."

"Y-you do?"

"Yeah." You smiled. Nico hugged you and you hugged back. "I like you Nico di Angelo."

"And i like you (y/n) (l/n)."

TADA! SORRY THAT I CANT WRITE! i was listening to the tokyo goul opening and then haikyuu opening when i was writing and so it affected how i wrote i guess. But anyways.

I'M going to be on a little trip with my family for 8 days so i might not be updating all that much or commenting but ill try to write as much as i can.
