Y'know it's fun to see that you're parents do not care about you're mental health

I felt down today so I decided to talk whit my parents on dinner about it so next it was dinner time we set everything on the table and started eating so they turned on the TV and I started talking how I wasn't feeling so good today because of a reason so I said "Mom can I tell you how I feel today?..." of course she aggred but after I spoke a little her favourit series was going so she said "shut up we wanna watch this right now tell is later about it" so I waited till the series was done as I wanted to speak again she said she wanted to talk to my step-dad about something she saw on Facebook and said that she will talk to me later I felt really hurt after that but I shrugged it off

So after she was done talking I waited in my room for her to come here so I waited and waited and waited and after an hour of waiting I gave up but just a few minutes after that I heard her say "OMG my baby has a Stomach ache that means nothing good by a dog next morning I'm gonna take you straight to the Vet my poor thing having to be under so much pain" I just felt my heart drop

It's just great to know that you're parents love you so much that they care more about a series something on Facebook and that goddamm dog but not about her own child wow

that's good to know that you're mother cares so much about you're mental health that she takes everything over my mental health well
