This is a story from a concept that @Alexlightbane gave us as a challenge and I promised her that I will make it a story

In an Elseworld, Batman is a criminal of Gotham. Not a protector. He is considered as the world's greatest criminal.
And of course is the worst enemy of the Justice League. You will see him team up with Joker, with Two-Face, with Star Sapphire and many more. But one day Lex Luthor will propose him to destroy together the Justice League...................
