It was cold. That's all I felt inside the portal. Oh did I also mention that it was pitch black?

Something about this place seems so familiar... But what?

Suddenly I felt the portal trigger my memories...

"Why can't I go back, mother??"

She turned to me, terror filled her eyes. "You must not! I cannot lose you, my dear..."

"But I have friends there!" I cried.

My mother wrapped her arms around me. I sobbed in her arms.

"Listen to me Elsa." She said sternly. "Your only eight and you don't understand... There is a great evil in that world. You must stay here where you are safe."

"What evil?"

She shooked her head and sighed. "Come on, time to sleep now." She kissed my forehead and walked towards the door out my bedroom.

"Mother?"  I called.

She turned around. "Yes dear?"

"Will I be able to go back again?" I asked hopefully.

She hesitated then smiled. "Soon my little Elsa, when the time comes... You will be the only one who can save them."

"Me?"

"Don't worry dear, you will have help. Even if..." She took a deep breath. "Even if I won't be able to be there for you, remember that your guardian will watch over you." And with that she walked out my room and closed the door.

Guardian?

I had so many unanswered questions...

A great evil??

And only I can save them...

Elsa...

Huh? I heard someone call my name..

Elsa..

They sounded distant, who could it be?

Elsa

It was getting louder.. Wait I know that voice.

Elsa!

Jack!

"Elsa!"

I opened my eyes to see Jack Frost leaning over me, his eyes full of concern.

"J-Jack?" I slowly sat up. "Where are we?"

He shooked his head. "I don't know."

Trees. So many tall trees of different colors. That's the first thing I saw after I woke up. I looked around to see that we've somehow teleported in a forest in the early dawn. I wonder where...

"The portal!" I jumped to my feet, then stumbled backward.

"Whoa!" Jack caught me in his arms before I could hit the ground. "Easy there snowflake, you need to rest a bit."

"But the portal-"

"I don't know." He cut me off.

But how are we gonna get back to Arrendelle now?

"Did you hear that?" Jack asked alarmed.

I froze.

Crack

Jack got up from beside me and stood in front protecting me from what's out there. "Show yourself!" He demanded.

The noise was getting closer and I could of sworn I saw a tail.

"Jack." I whispered.

"What?"

"Look." I gulped and stared out in the trees in terror. A few feet in front of us were glowing green eyes.

"Come out!" Jack shouted as he slowly pulled put his staff which was strapped by his side.

The creatures eyes blinked and came out from behind the trees.

I held in a gasped. "Its.. Its a..."

The creature was black with scales and two enormous wings. Its tail flickered behind its body, and its eyes were filled with hostility.

"Its a-"

The creature roared.

"Dragon!!!" I yelled.

The dragon started charging towards me and Jack, he firmly stood his ground, protecting me from the beast.

It was inches away until we became dragon food. It opened his huge mouth ready to chomp on us until-

"Stop! Toothless!"

The dragon paused and backed away slowly, still staring at us with its emerald eyes.

Toothless? Dragon? I thought they were extinct!

I turned to my right to see a tall guy with brown wavy hair. Strands of the hair were braided in the back. He was wearing half an armor suit with boots... Or boot. His left leg was replaced with a metal one.

"Calm down boy." The guy said walking up to the dragon. He patted him softly and turned to us. He looked slightly familiar...

"Who are you?" Jack demanded.

"Who are you?" The guy countered back.

I finally builded up my courage and stood up from the ground. "My name is Elsa Arrendelle and this is Jack Frost."

He tipped his head sideways and shrugged. "Well at least your not any harm. Sorry that my dragon was about to attack you."

"Yeah well you better keep that beast under control." Jack muttered.

Toothless growled and looked away.

"Sorry, I forgot to introduce ourselves correctly." He cleared his throat. "This here is my night fury, Toothless. And my name is Hiccup Haddock."

Hiccup? Why does that name sound familiar...?
