Heeseung watched as Aera entered the café, her bangs sticking to her forehead and her hair in a messy ponytail. He smiled as she walked over to him. She didn't smile back. Everything about her demeanor said that she was annoyed. 

It was kind of cute. And kind of sexy. 

Something about the way she kept refusing him... made him want her more. 

"So," he said, leaning forward on the table and cupping his face in his hands, watching as she sat down in front of him. "Aren't you excited to be on our first date?" 

No smile, no blush, nothing. She just rolled her eyes. 

"This is not a date," she scolded. "I could lose my job for dating, remember? And besides," she said, giving him a stern look. "I'm just here so that you'll come to practice." 

"I will," he promised. "After you drink a cup of coffee with me. Nicely. As if we were on a real date." 

"Which we're not." 

"Why are you making this so difficult?" he complained. "Okay, we're not. Just pretend, okay? Pretend you like spending time with me." 

Aera finally cracked a smile, and she shook her head at him, laughing. "I do like spending time with you," she said, her eyes shinning. "I just don't like you claiming me as your girl." 

"But you will be, won't you? Someday?"

"Heeseung!" she snapped, kicking his leg under the table. 

"OW!" he complained, glaring at her and rubbing his leg. "That wasn't necessary." 

She grinned at him. "Order the coffee," she said, raising her eyebrows. "You're paying." 

"Why should I pay?" 

It was her turn to lean on the table, cupping her face with her hands, mirroring the form he'd been in two seconds ago. "Because we're on a date, remember? And your girlfriend is asking you to pay," she said cheekily. She jutted her chin to the counter. "Order." 

He smirked, getting up and going to order. 

He was going to get her. She clearly didn't think so, but he was determined. 

I'm going to make her mine.
