Backstory : Elements belonging to SCP-9784 which has been dubbed SCP-9784-A were first officially reported during WW1 was spotted in 1918 in the north sea . A German crew spotted a large black silhouette with red neon lines abd markins . Op on further expectations it resembled the HMS Queen Mary which had been sunk 2 years prior. During the end of the war report's and eyewitness described seeing black ships with colorful highlights at sea which closely resembles sunken ships . Some reports of survivors of shipwrecks abd sailor's claimed they were saved by these vessels and met female humanoid figure. It wasn't until incident 9784 -1-A the foundation acted.  During the Second sino Japanese War . A squadron of Japanese bombers lost its course And went down route . Coming in direct contact with a group of  SCP-9784-A.  Squadron commander [ Redacted] ordered an attack . The entire squadron was destroyed as SCP -9874-A displayed unknown technology. It wasn't until WW2  that SCP -9784-A has been more numerous spotted. The unknown vessels continue saving lives of survivors and when it was fired upon it would destroy it's attacker. It wasn't until the end of ww2 when an unknown caller directly contacted a couple of foundation personal for a meeting. A group of foundation personal and MTF were sent to [ Redacted] where a black vessel similar to the Yamato where they met a female entity dubbed SC  Information of the meeting has been classified under a proper clearance .
Location: Due to SCP-9784 Nature it cannot be contained but it does allow SCP personal to be in its vicinity and occasionally stops by at foundation bases .
Facts : SCP-9784-A resembles warships and armed vessels which are mostly black with neon markins which colors various of each vessels. All of these vessels resembles warships from the late 19th century to the modern age

SCP -9784-B are carrier aircraft which had been sent to the bottom along with the carriers.  They also resembles a black color with neon markins. Any warship that sinks in the sea will be claimed by SCP-9784 which will receive an upgrade turning it to SCP -9784-A . SCP -9784 it's actually very caring and cooperative unlike most SCPs .Going as to for help the foundation and capture or recapture SPCs. One of its notable one is SCP-953. It unknown how many vessels and aircraft's SCP -9784 posses but it's estimated to be more then all the combined vessels of all the world's navy .
Appearance: SCP-9784 appears as a fairly young adult catgirl  with a slim build. Her eyes are a golden-amber with visible bags under them. She has pink hair which she keeps tied in a specialized style consisting of a long ponytail backing up longer tufts resembling large cat ears, which tend to overshadow her actual animal-like ears, which fade into white at the tip, these ears are bent forward slightly.. Her attire consist of white scientist jacket which is mostly unbuttoned with over size sleeves and black lines . hole at the lower base provides room for her twin, cat-like tails. She also wears a pair of small spectacles. She wears a pair of red capri pants lowered enough to reveal black underwear, with a black belt adorned by a large cat bell. She wears no kind of footwear meaning she's is barefoot.
