P.S. In this chapter, Mark's brother will appear. I searched on the internet and I saw that his hyung's name is rumored to be Lee Jinhyung. It's just a rumor because Mark didn't really confirm it. Haejin and Mark's gonna call them Jinhyung-oppa/hyung okay?

Chapter 27

"Haejin-ah, call Mark and Jinhyung upstairs. Tell them it's time for dinner." Haejin's mom ordered her.

She stood up and put her phone inside her pocket, "Okay."

She ran upstairs and went to his eldest brother's room. She knocked once and said, "Jinhyung-oppa, it's lunch time. Come downstairs already."

From inside, she could hear her brother say, "Alright. I'll be downstairs."

Next, she went to Mark's room. Unlike Jinhyung's room in which he knocked, in Mark's room, she didn't.

She opened the door and saw Mark sleeping.

She stood on his bed and started jumping up and down, "Wake up! Wake up, Mark! It's lunch time! It's noon, wake up sleepy head!"

Mark slowly opens his eyes as he feels that an earthquake is happening. His eyes adjusted to the light and he saw Haejin jumping on his bed.

"Haejin, what the heck are you doing?" He asked, slowly getting up.

Haejin sat down beside Mark, "I'm waking you up!"

"But why jump on my bed? You could have just told me to wake up. Dang, I didn't even notice that I slept." Mark said.

"Well back in your dorm, Jisung always do that to me so that I would wake up. Be thankful I didn't hit you pillows. Jisung jumps on my bed, throws pillows at me and he even lets Chenle scream at my ear." She laughed.

Although Mark wasn't the one in Haejin's story, he flinched. A way to wake up like that is horrible.

"Oh god, a way to wake up like that is so horrible. Chenle's scream? I think I'd be deaf." Mark said, standing up.

They decided to go downstairs. Mark leads the way, and Haejin was trailing behind.

"You know, Mark-oppa... Honestly, it's been several months already but I am still not used to ve an idol. Everytime I wake up, I look for Renjun, Jeno and Jaemin's voices, I look for your nagging voice, and most importantly, I look for my alarms, Chenle and Jisung." Haejin said.

Mark looked at her, "Really?"

Haejin nodded, "Mhm.. I got to room at the dorm to myself. It's quite big.. Honestly, I'm not yet used to it.

"You know, you can come back at our dorm anytime." Mark said.

"I know.." She smiled.

Once they finished talking, they arrived at the dining room.

"What were you two talking about?" Their dad asked.

"About dorms." Mark chuckled.

"What about dorms?" Jinhyung asked.

"Haejin said she's still not used to their dorm." Mark chuckled.

"Why? Where did she stay during her training?" Their mom asked.

"At NCT Dream's dorm." Haejin answered.

"NCT? You lived with your idols, Haejin-ah?" Jinhyung asked, shocked.

Haejin nodded, "Yep, I did! Mark-oppa and Haechan-oppa was supposed to stay at NCT 127's dorm, but because of me, he also stayed at Dream's dorm."

Haejin looked down and chuckled silently. She silently chanted, "Markhyuck! Markhyuck!'

Mark stepped on her foot under the table, she winced in pain, "MARK!!"

"Your fault." Mark shrugged.

"What happened?" Their dad asked.

"She was teasing me with Donghyuck." / "He stepped on my foot." Both said in chorus.

"What? She was teasing you with who?" Jinhyung asked.

"With Haechan. A co-member." Mark rolled his eyes.

"I have pictures of them together wanna see?" Haejin said.

Not getting any response, sge got her phone and showed them a picture of Mark and Haechan. (pic on the multimedia ^^)

"Oh, I see... you look cute, though." Jinhyung said.

"I agree. You look good." Their dad laughed.

"Your smile looks good, Mark. Is it because of Haechan?" Their mom teased.

"What theㅡ Mom, dad, hyung! He's my closest member. I literally know him since forever." He whined.

"We were just messing with you, Mark."

Silence. They continued eating.

"Haejin-ah," their mom started.

Haejin looked at her.

"You told us earlier that you stayed at NCT's dorm, right?" Their mom asked. She nodded. "Which member is the closest to you then? Aside from Mark."

"Hm... basically all of 18 them. But the closest would be Jisung and Chenle." She answered.

"Why?" Jinhyung asked.

"They're the maknaes. Chenle was born November 2001 and Jisung was born February 2002. Our ages aren't really apart. It's good because I could be informal with them." She said.

"Are you sure that it's just them?" Mark teased.

She glared at him, "Jaemin-oppa too. He's the third youngest."

Mark laughed, "They aren't friends, though."

"Whatㅡ" Jinhyung was about to ask but Mark answered immediately.

"Because they're more than that." He sarted running, and Haejin was chasing her.

Their parents laughed, they're always like this ever since they were little.

"Don't believe him!! He's lying!!" Haejin shouted.

"Oh, Jaemin... the one who got linked with you last August?" Jinhyung asked.

"Yes, it's him!!" Mark answered.

"Wait, are you two really dating?" Their dad asked.

"Jaemin? Wait... isn't he your bias, Haejin-ah?" Their mom asked.

"Yes he is!! Haejin also got his photocard on our album!!" Mark answered.

"Album?"

"Yes I bought her one!" Mark said.

"Haejin-ah, don't run.." Jinhyung said.

Haejin nodded. She was tired of running. Then, she sat down.

"You know, if it's really true, it's fine with us, Haejin-ah." Their dad said.

Their mom nodded.

"It's not true, I swear." Haejin said.

Meanwhile at NCT Dream's dorm...

"Haechan-hyung what are you doing here?" Jisung asked when Haechan entered their dorm.

"I'm a dream member? Plus, I need to tell you some things. But before that, where is Jaemin?" Haechan asked.

"In his room. He's still sleeping." Jeno answered.

"Okay good."

"What is it Haechan?" Renjun asked.

"Mark-hyung messaged me. He said that he heard Haejin talking alone in her room. But she was talking to someone on her phone. Guess who?" Haechan said.

"Jaemin-hyung?" Jisung said.

"Bingo." Haechan said.

"Really? Jaemin called him? For real? Wow, I can't believe this." Renjun said.

"I know, I can't believe it too." Haechan said.

"Your dare did great, Jeno-yah."

"It looks like it did. I have to dare him more." Jeno laughed.
