Today is my birthday! So I thinking of doing some specials in my book. I hope you enjoy!

(Y/n)'s POV

Today is my birthday! Today I turn 15 and it's my first birthday in Paris! I'm so excited! I got up from my bed and began to get dressed. I wore a (S/f/c) hoodie, blue jeans, and my (F/c) shoes and went downstairs. Once I got down I couldn't see Shiro. "Hmm... I wonder where he went?" I tried to call him on my phone, but it went straight to voicemail. "That's weird...".

Despite that I continued the day as normal. I made myself some toast and eggs for breakfast with some orange juice. I checked my phone for messages from Shiro or my friends. Nothing showed up. I kept constantly checking my phone to see if there was anything they sent to me... still nothing. I finished eating my breakfast and I tried calling him again.

Ring...

Ring...

Ring...

Nothing.

I sighed. There's no reason to keep going. So I grabbed my backpack and went to school. I walked to school and saw Marinette and Alya. "Hey Mari, hey Alya!" They looked to me and I waved at them. They smiled and waved back, but didn't say anything. "Strange, they always say hello. Why are they acting weird?" I shrugged it off and went inside the school. On the way inside I see Adrien and Nino standing next to the stairs near the entrance. I walk over to them and said "Hi". They smiled at me and also said "Hi" and then left. "Again? What is going on? At least they should say happy birthday." I then went into class and sat in my seat.

-Timeskip to the final class-

During class I noticed Nat wasn't paying attention. Normally he draws while listening, but he's not even doing that. "Hey Nat are you okay?" He got startled and jumped a bit, but he regained his composure. "Y-Yeah I'm fine..." I gave him eyes of disbelief. He started to sweat. I decided to get a little devious. I started to act sad and gave him the puppy dog eyes, for no one can resist the puppy dog eyes. I could see him struggling to tell me something. I kicked the cuteness up a notch and I could see he was about to break. I was getting closer and closer to hearing what he had to say. In 3...2...1... RING!

DAMMIT! The bell rang and Nat immediately left room. I quickly grabbed my stuff and went outside the classroom to follow him. Once I got out I couldn't see Nat because of all the students leaving the school. I looked left and right and all around and I couldn't find him. I sighed. "Really? Why is everyone acting so weird today? Did they forget?" I shook my head at the thought. They didn't forget...did they? I tried calling Shiro again... Ring... Ring... Ring... Ring... Ring...

Nothing...

I felt something on my face. I touched it and I felt something wet. Tears? W-Why am I crying? I then realized something. My friends treated me differently than before this. Is it because I'm getting older that things are changing? I felt lost.

I then felt something vibrate. It was my phone. I it picked up and heard a familiar voice. "Hey (Y/n)..." it was Shiro. "Shiro why didn't you answer me when I called you this morning?!" "I'm sorry little bro... I had something important to do." I got upset. "Really and what is more important that your younger brothers birthday?!" He went silent. "Really what is more important?" Tears began to flow from my eyes. Then I heard something. "(Y/n)... can you come to the park near the school?" I was confused. "Huh? Why?" "Just do it okay..." he hung up.

A part of me doesn't want to go because Shiro didn't give me a good reason why, but the other part was curious. Eventually my curiosity got the best of me and I decided to go to the park. I went outside the school and began to walk to the park. I passed the bakery and I wanted to get a croissant to eat away my feelings, but it was closed so I continued walking. After a bit I managed to get to the park, but before I could walk in... I couldn't see anything.

"W-What's going on?!" I struggled to try to reach my eyes. I then heard a voice. "Hey stop moving!" I know that voice it was Nino's. "Nino? What are you doing?" He didn't answer, but he started to lead me somewhere. I was getting nervous what was he doing? After a bit he stopped and told me to take off what was covering my eyes. And as soon as I took them off I saw...
"SURPRISE! HAPPPY BIRTHDAY!"

I saw my friends and Shiro all together with presents and sweets. "SURPRISE! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" They all said. I was shocked, I thought they forgot. As I got closer I noticed they had my favorite sweets. "H-How did you..." before I could finish Adrien spoke. "Shiro told us what you liked and helped us plan this surprise party for you." I was lost for words. I then felt something on my cheeks. I knew they were tears, but they were tears of happiness. "T-Thank you... I-I thought you forgot..." they all shook their heads. Marinette spoke "Why would we forget you're our friend. And friends make their birthdays special."

I was so happy. I saw Shiro and he walked up to me and gave me a hug. "Happy Brithday (Y/n)." I hugged him back. "Thank you and I'm sorry. For yelling at you over the phone." He petted my head. "No it's not your fault I should have said happy birthday in the morning." I smiled at him. "It's okay Shiro. Now let's stop looking at the past and enjoy this party." He nods and we enjoy the party.
