A Trip Worth Forgeting

(Y/n)'s POV
I was waiting for the rest of the people to get onboard and find their seats. The two seats beside me were empty. They were my parents seats... tears began to fall from my face as I continued to remember the recent memories. Seeing them dead... on the ground, with their blood staining the ground. These memories... I hate them. I don't wanna remember the bad times!

I wiped my tears and tried to close my eyes on much needed sleep. I was so tired, this entire day was exhausting physically and emotionally. Slowly I drifted into slumber just as the plane was taking off. My eyelids grew heavy and I closed them and began to sleep.

I woke up in my home with the sun shining on my window. "Ah... thank goodness it was just a nightmare." I got up from bed and went to the living room and saw my mom and dad there. "Good morning sweetie. How did you sleep?" My mom asked. I yawned "I slept good mom. Although I had such a crazy nightmare." My mom looked upset. "Really I hope it didn't shake you  up (Y/n)." I smiled but my dad wasn't looking at me. I went to my dad to see if he was okay. "Dad? Are you okay?" No response. I walked in front of him. And... I saw him with a bullet hole to his head. I gasped when I saw which caused my mom to come to me. "Dad... No. NO! THIS CAN'T BE TRUE! DAD!  WAKE UP! GET UP!" I kept yelling hoping he would get up. "DAD COME ON! WAKE UP! PLEASE YOU CAN'T LEAVE ME!" Mom then grabbed me a turned me to her. And when she did blood was coming out of her eyes and mouth. I was horrified. "(Y/N) DON'T WORRY ABOUT US! JUST RUN!" Then I found myself in then woods where me and Kitsue split up, then all of a sudden Kitsue was attacked by the terrorists and they began firing on him. He tried to fight back and when he saw me he stopped and was grabbed and held to the ground. I was scared out of my mind. He looked at me with pain and fear in his eyes. "(Y/N)! COME ON! WAKE UP! WAKE UP (Y/N)!"

I jerked awake and found a sky waitress looking at me with concern. "Are you alright sir?" I shook my head. "No I'm not." She gave me a soft look. "Well I figured that. You seemed to be in a really bad nightmare. So I got you this to help." I looked at what see got in her hands and it looked like a cute little wolf plush.

"This will help you not have nightmares. It helped me when I was a little girl." I smiled. "Thanks, but why would you help me?" She lost her smile. "You lost someone special haven't you?" My eyes widened. How does she know? She then gave me a comforting smile. "When I lost someone special I felt the same way you are feeling. I just want to help those who feel that way." I smiled even bigger knowing that someone feels the way that I feel.

I looked out the window and found out we landed. "Hey were are we? Are we in Paris?" She shook her head. "No but this was our last stop before Paris. We'll be there in 12 hours." I looked to her and then my stomach growled. "You're hungry? Well lucky you I just got out the cart." She grabbed some dish that looked familiar. It was Salisbury Steak. I smiled at the waitress. "Thank you!" She smiled back and continued throughout the plane. I then grabbed a fork and knife and began to cut the steak. Once it was cut I began to eat. It didn't taste as good as my mom's but it was good either way. After I finished eating I held onto the plush and slowly I drifted to sleep once again.

-Timeskip to end of plane trip-

I woke up as the plane was descending into the airport. I was both excited and scared, and Shiro doesn't know. Once the plane landed and stopped then blinker came on and we were able to grab our stuff. I grabbed my suitcase and went to exit the plane. As I was going out I saw the same sky waitress who gave me the plush. I held onto the plush and tried to give it back to her. "Here. Thank you for letting me use it." She smiled and grabbed my hand and I slightly blushed. She put the plush back to my chest. "Keep it." She said simply. "A-Are you sure? This belongs to you." She shook her head. "No. My friend gave it to me when I was going through some tough times. Now I giving it to you to help you through your tough times." I smiled with a light blush on my face. "Thank you ma'am! You really are super kind. I won't forget this!" Then I left the gate and went to go find Shiro.

Shiro would be easy to find. He was strong, had dark brown hair, and had brown eyes. Wait... then again this might be harder than I thought, cause that's common. I looked around the food court. "No not there." I looked to the luggage pick up. "No not there either." Then I went to the entrance and saw Shiro holding a card that said "(L/N)". But as soon as I saw him my memories came back. Much worse than the last time, I remembered the nightmare and I was beginning to break down in tears.

Shiro's POV

I saw (Y/n) coming to the entrance and I was waving at him to gain his attention. He saw me and I smiled at him, but he began to cry. "SHIRO!" He ran to me crying, and then he ran into me and gave me a hug, clinging for his life. I was so shook that I dropped the card. "SHIRO! I WAS SO SCARED! THEY'RE GONE! I WAS ALONE! WAAAAAAAH!" He kept crying, what in the world happens back at home? I tried to make him feel better. I petted his hair and he looked up at me with tears still in his eyes. I hugged him tight. "It's okay. It'll be fine we'll wait for them. That seemed to make him worse. "NO! NO THEY WON'T COME!" Tears kept flowing out of his eyes. "What can I do? I've never seen him like this..." after a bit he calmed down. "(Y/n) what's wrong?" I asked. (Y/n) still crying looked up at me. "Mom... and dad... are... are...". "Are what?" He took in a deep breath. "Mom and dad are... dead." My eyes widened. "Dead?! How?!" He hugged me a bit tighter than before. "Shiro... can we talk about this.... when we're home?" The look on his face says he just wants this day to be over. I sighed "Alright come on." I picked him up and brought him to my car. I put him in the front and he put on his seat belt. I went around and entered and started driving home.

(Y/n)'s POV

We started going to Shiro's home which will be soon be the place I live in. As we were driving I saw so many things. A Bakery, a school, the Eiffel Tower, and the some big manor. So many things. I'm getting so much inspiration on what to sing! But before I could we reached home and it was near a school too. I got out of the car and grabbed my suitcase. I walked inside and I saw the kitchen, living room and dinning room on the first floor. The bathrooms, and bedrooms were on the second floor. I opened a door that had the note "(Y/n)'s room" on it. I went in and saw a TV attached to the wall, a dresser, a nightstand, a king sized bed, and a closet with some clothes. I place my suitcase near my bed and went downstairs where Shiro was waiting.

"So are you going to tell me what happened?" I nodded and took a deep breath. "It was during the middle of the night when it happened. Terrorists were attacking and Mom wanted me to leave. She gave me a ticket that was meant for our trip. When she left I got ready to leave and brought Kitsue with me." Shiro interrupted. "Speaking of which where is Kitsue?" I motioned my hand to him telling him to keep listening. "I was about to leave when I heard grunting outside. I decided to check it out despite Kitsue warning me. I looked outside through our window and I saw mom and dad pinned down. Then one person had a gun and... killed them... right in front of me." Shiro looked really shocked knowing that not only our parents died, but I witnessed it. "After that we left through the back door, but Kitsue felt someone following us, so he stayed behind to keep them away. He said he'll come back. I have faith in him." Shiro was speechless after hearing this but her gave me a hug. "I'm so sorry you had to go through all that." I hugged him back and smiled "It's okay, and thank you. I needed to tell someone this." He let go of me and smiled. "You feel better?" He asked. I nodded "Yeah much better!"

Shiro then got out his phone. "(Y/n) do you know what day it is today?" I pondered. "Um... I think Thursday?" He nodded. "Yup and now that you're living here you need to go to school." I was getting nervous. I started school early so others would tease me about it. At my last school I made friends with four fourth years who made me feel special. But they graduated and I never saw them again and I was alone. "Shiro are you sure, although I know some French I'm a bit rusty." He smiled at me "Don't worry little bro. All the students were taught English as a second language, so you'll be fine." My face grew red "T-That doesn't help me Shiro! I'm basically gonna be a target by other kids." He patted my head. "Don't worry. I promise this will help you a lot." I looked down and went to my room. This day was crazy. I flopped on my bed and went to sleep.
