Tips to Calm Down From Fights or Getting Mad

I decided to give you tips on how to calm down after a fight with your parents or sister/brother or getting mad.

1. Meditate: Meditate is all about thinking about it and it helps you forget the bad time you just experienced. Try to meditate until your fully calm down.

2. Take a Nap: Taking a nap helps you think about the good things while you're dreaming. Plus it calms you down and full of energy.

3. Listen to Music: Music helps you feel relaxed and calm. Try to listen to a happy song to make you feel happy.

4. Watch your favorite TV Show/Movie: This works out for me when I watch TMNT 2012 or my other favorite things to watch. Try that. It'll make you feel like you are in your happy place.

5. Get Out of the House for a While: If nothing else works, get out the house for a while. Drive somewhere where you can be calm down by yourself. Or drive to a friend's house. A friend can comfort you and they understand.
