Hamilton- As of right now, there are NO licensing rights for amateur or school productions of Hamilton, but when it eventually happens, because Lin is open to the idea, I think it would be great, I mean, I'd love to see a school perform my favorite musical of all time, but since it's such a well-known show, there will be a lot of pressure to do it justice. Also, the skill level needed to do it justice is pretty hard. There is double casting, which means that the kids will have to be able to pull off two roles convincingly. Also, the guy playing Hamilton will have almost NO break. If they butcher it, it would be bad. Just bad.

Dear Evan Hansen- I think that school productions of this show would bring more awareness to mental health problems. But I think we can all agree that some of the language will need to be redacted. For example, Connor and Zoe in the first song exchange some f-bombs, and that definitely will need to be redacted.

Be More Chill- I think that if schools want a more action-packed musical, then this would be the one to use. I think that this would probably appeal more to teenagers than families, though.

Six- The casting would probably be VERY selective, of course, and the songs that the queens sing require a pretty high level of vocal skill. Also the girls will get no break. They are on stage without ANY rest, so they have to be able to get used to that. But overall, I'd like to see how it goes.

Mean Girls- If they want give people who grew up watching the movie some nostalgia, then this is the show for them! It would be a fun show to do, and I think that it will introduce people who don't know the movie to it, and they would want to watch the movie after!
