It was another day in the barrio, and it was almost noon, where everyone came to the bodega for a coffee break before returning to work. Unfortunately, today, the machine was broken. Benny came in and said "Coffee break!", and Usnavi sadly replied "There's no coffee".

"No coffee?!" Vanessa shrieked. "No coffee?!" Benny asked. "NO COFFEE?!"

Everyone in the barrio was shrieking. "AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!"

"If I can't take my coffee break, my coffee break, my coffee break.. if I can't take my coffee break, something within me dies!" Benny sang. Everyone else than sang "Dies down and something within me dies!"

Vanessa than sang " If I can't make three daily trips where shining shrine benignly drips and taste cardboard between my lips, something within me dies!"

Everyone else than sang "Dies down and something within me dies!"

Daniela then shrieked "NO COFFEE!"

Then various people started shrieking "No coffee! No coffee! No coffee! No coffee! No coffee!
No coffee!"

Vanessa then sang "No coffee! That salon's light doesn't have to be florescent! I'll get no pains in my head! That salon chair doesn't have to be of leather, so if I spread, so I spread, but only one chemical substance gets out the lead!"

Then everyone sang "Like she said? If I can't take my coffee break, my coffee break, my coffee break...if I can't take my coffee break..."

Vanessa completed the thought, "Gone is the joy of my one vice..."

Then everyone continued, "All gone and something within me dies! No coffee! No coffee! No coffee! No coffee! No coffee! No coffee! AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH! If I can't take my coffee break, my coffee break, my coffee break...if I can't take my coffee break..."

"Somehow the soul never tries" Vanessa sang.

"Coffee.... coffee..." Everyone sang, like zombies.

"Somewhere I don't metabolize" Benny sang.

"Coffee.... coffee..." Everyone sang.

Vanessa and Benny sang "Something within me ..."

Then everyone joined in "Coffee or otherwise...coffee or otherwise... coffee or otherwise...
something inside of me... dies!"

Then Carla walked in with a pot full of coffee. "What is that?" Daniela asked. "A coffee pot!" Carla replied.

Then everyone began going after her like zombies.
