Will's P.O.V.

I've been outside for a couple minutes and I'm painfully squinting at the sunlight since I haven't seen natural light in such a long time. Its as if this is the first time I've seen it... I've lost count of how long it's been but I'm aware it's definitely been years. I knew the world would be bad after the event but I thought I'd see at least one thing I like. The trees are dead, theres sand and dead grass everywhere, buildings have been destroyed, cars have stopped working and all the animals have turned into monstrosities. Nothing is like how it was, even if you tried really hard to imagine at least one good thing, you still won't be able to see it. I sigh in sadness and look at the axe in my left hand while the auto-axe is in my right. Oh, and another thing, people are also a danger to look out for. There could be cannibals out here! Someone may even be watching me right now! The thought of that makes me paranoid and I look around to make sure no one's around. So many people die nowadays. I mean sure, thousands of people did die before all this started but this is just such a shame.

I come across a Town which is ruined like all of the wastes besides the Vault which is high tech. We have elevators, large amounts of food, water and medicine. Compared to the people out here, I and the other Vault Dwellers have an easy life. The people on the wastelands have to work hard to survive. There's nobody in sight which soothes me but I still feel uneasy from being alone and nobody to watch my back. I suddenly hear footsteps in the distance and I hold my auto-axe and normal axe close for combat. Someone steps out from behind a building. An elderly woman. I don't feel threatened from her age to the point I go closer and I realize there's something unusual about her hair. She has hair loss as if she was guy. I say nothing about her hair and smile to make sure she knows I'm not threat. "Ah, a traveler! You must be a hungry fella! Come, come!" She says as she grabs my hand, I don't even think she cares about the fact I have weapons. I feel as if something's not right but how could there even be a problem? Its an old lady.

She leads me to one of the houses which somehow don't have giant holes in the walls and I'm greeted by a family. A daughter, a father and a mother. "Everyone! I've brought a guest~" The elderly woman who I now assume to be the grandmother pushes me to the dining room. She could be the grandmother but if that's the case, wheres the grandfather? Meh, he's probably just sleeping. She pushes me onto one of the three empty chairs. There are six chairs and these empty ones must be for the grandmother and grandfather. "I didn't think I'd be meeting a traveler today! Welcome! I'm glad I made more food than usual this time~" The mother said ecstatically. They seem to be having meat for dinner but I can't pin down what they're having. "Excuse me? Where'd you get this?" I ask in worry of it being from a creature which had radiation. "Of course not! We're eating it, aren't we?" The father said. "Why are you sharing this with me? Food can be hard to get when you're not in a town." I say. "Trust me. This is a meat which provides a lot to keep us full. You have no idea!" The father says happily. I don't know why I'd ask that. I should be greatful! What are the chances you leave the Vault and find strangers who are nice enough to give you food like this?! 

We eventually finish. "I should go-" I say but look out the window and realize how late it is. "No. Please, stay. We even have a spare room for you to stay in." The mother says as she puts an arm on my shoulder. "Is it really-" I try to ask but am interrupted by the father grabbing me by the arms and pulling me out of the dining room and into the hallway. He unlocks a door we come across and he pushes me in. I try to ask why he did this but he quickly closed the door and locked it. My eyes widened at what just happened and I bang on the door. "LET ME OUT!" I yell in fear of what could happen next. I look around the room and there's a double bed in the center and nothing else. I don't even see any windows. The bed at least looks comfortable. I sit on it in a paranoid mind from what could come next. They seemed so nice but maybe their intentions aren't so bad but still, why did they do this all if a sudden?! The ved us comfortable as it looks and I lay down. I go to the door and bang on it. "HELLO?" I yell in hopes someone would open the door but to my dismay it doesn't open (Can I get an amen in here~). I decide to go to sleep. How bad could things get anyway?

I doze off. I wake up and feel something made of fabric on my mouth. I feel to to try to find out what it is. There's a material around my mouth! Why?! I try to yank it off but it's tied too tight. This-this can't be! How could this happen?! I don't understand! I can't understand! I get up and bang on the door and try to scream but the noises I make are muffled. Nobody comes to the door yet again. What is this?! Someone's sick idea of a joke?! It can't be a joke! First, they lock me in here and I wake up with a gag in my mouth which I can't take off! I sit on the bed and try to get the gag off but I still can't. Suddenly, the door opens and a girl walks through. The girl has a dark tone of skin with long black hair which reaches to the lowest part of her back. She's wearing a large coat which reaches to her ankles and she's wearing pink short shorts with a pink bra. She's also wearing fur boots which I take as a weird type of outfit even if this is her home but she wasn't the girl I saw at the dinner table, this girl looks around my age. She walks to me without locking the door. I make an attempt to escape to freedom but she grabs me around the waist and pushes me on the bed.
