She was at the bleacher watching Jigs play the basketball. Isinama kasi siya nito that afternoon sa game daw ng mga ito dahil they have things to discuss after so he told her to wait for him and she decided to just watch him play.
She wasn't really a basketball fanatic and actually it was her first time to watch live.
Before they played nag warm up muna ang mga players including Jigs, he already wore his Jersey and he looks good on it. He haven't notice before that he was actually a Basketball player until now that she watched him played.

And as the game on his team and their opponent begun, she saw him how good player he was, and in fact he had a lot of fans in the audience cheering and shouting whenever he score. At nadadala na din siya kaya naman napapalakpak din siya. Jigs was a competitive player in court he was very determined na manalo sa laro at lagi pa itong nakaka three points shoot and she was amazed.

Hindi siya sporty na tao but that time she enjoyed watching him play at nanalo pa ang team ng mga ito kaya naman halos buhatin ng mga ka team mate nito si Jigs because he did the hard work.

Nang matapos ang laro agad siyang hinanap nito sa audience, and when he sees her sinenyasan siya to come over at medyo nahiya pa siya coz andun lahat ng team mate nito pero tumalima din naman siya at pinuntahan ito doon.

"Let's go Jen, You wait for me outside the locker room I will just have a quick shower. Yakag nito sa kanya at sinundan niya ito sa locker room ng mga ito.
Bahagya pa siyang nahihiya dahil panay ang tukso ng mga ka team ni Jigs dito.

"Wow pare, now I know why you played that good tonight, you have an inspiration.
Kantiyaw ng isang kasama nito kay Jigs at nag high five ang mga ito. Natatawa lang naman ito at hinila na siya nito paalis at nagtungo na sila sa parking lot after nitong mag shower.

Nakasakay na sila sa sasakyan nito ng panahong iyon  at wala silang imikan while he was driving at ng di na siya nakatiis she broke their silence.

"You can just drop me anywhere I will just commute. She told him at sinulyapan ito.

"We need to have dinner first before I bring you home. Ihahatid na kita. Sagot nito na halatang pagod sa paglalaro, at kanina habang nasa office niya siya ay masyado din itong busy sa dami ng pinipirmahan nito at dahil he told him to just stay there and wait for him kaya nakita niya how hard working he really was..

She just nodded para hindi na sila magtalo pa. They ended in one of the best restaurants in town. Fine dining ang setting kaya medyo nag alangan siyang pumasok dahil sa suot niya coz most of the people entering at that restaurant is obviously dressed up.
She looked at him trying to imply what's on her mind but he hold her hands instead at iginiya siya papasok sa restaurant.

Nag order ito ng pagkain nila at habang hinihintay iyon he began to discuss what they need to do sa deal nila kanina.

"So Jen, You need to stay on my house while we are preparing for the wedding. Simula nito at mataman siyang tinitignan.

"H-hindi ba pwedeng mag stay muna ako sa bahay ko? habang h-hindi pa tayo kasal. She asked him at nagbabakasakaling papayag ito.

"I don't think so, Im afraid that my parents found out that we're lying.
He told her.

"A-ang bilis lang kasi,. Tama ba itong ginagawa natin? we are fooling your parents. Saad niya dito na inaarok ang magiging reaction nito.

"No,What they are doing to me is not fair too. They want to take control on my life. Sa tingin mo ba tama ang ginagawa nilang pagpilit sa akin to marry a woman that I don't love? He asked her trying to explain his side of the story.

Napamaang siya dito. At tama nga din naman ito, kahit pa kasi mga magulang ang mga ito ay wala pa din silang karapatan na diktahan ang mga desisyon ng anak nila. And so she got his point, pero bakit siya papakasalan nito eh kakikilala lang naman nila.
She thought but she immediately erase it on her mind because Jigs told her that they would part ways 2 years after.

"Yeah, you are right Jigs. Pero paano kung malaman nila that we are lying? She asked again because she was really worried.

"They won't as long as it would only be between you and me.
Pagbibigay assurance nito sa kanya, at maya maya pay kumain na sila.

After that dinner ay inihatid na siya nito sa tinutuluyan niya at bago pa siya lumabas ng sasakyan pinigilan siya nito.

"Jen, wait. He said at may kinuha sa wallet pera iyon at iniabot sa kanya, tinitigan lang niya iyon pero di niya tinanggap.
"H-hindi ko matatanggap yan, y-you don't need to pay me now Jigs. Im okay. Tugon niya dito at saka lumabas mula sa sasakyan pero bumaba din ito at ipinilit nitong ibigay ang pera saka nagmamadaling umalis.

Lumipas ang dalawang araw at sinundo na siya nito sa bahay niya ang usapan nila ay lilipat na siya sa bahay nito at saka nila aasikasuhin ang kasal nila. Jigs told her that they have to sign an agreement regarding to their set up for their marriage. At sumang ayon siya doon because for her it would be the best thing to do for the both of them.

"Hi Jen. Jigs greeted her at inabot ang bag na hawak niya at isinakay sa likod ng sasakyan nito ang mga gamit niya.

"Hi. Ganting bati din naman niya dito at tipid na ngumiti.

"So? Are you ready,? He asked her at tumango naman siya then they left.

Malaki ang condo unit nito, it has three bedrooms at maluwag ang sala at kusina, puro bago ang mga kasangkapang naroon at very elegant halatang Bachelor ang nakatira base sa theme ng bahay.
Jigs tour her around his house and show her the room where she would be staying and it was beautiful.

Pagkatapos niyang magpasalamat dito ay iniwan na siya nito para daw makapagpahinga siya, he even told her to stay home because he needs to go practice. Tumango lang siya bilang pag sagot dito.

At naiwan nga siyang mag isa sa bahay nito. She fix her things first bago lumabas at tumingin kung anong pwedeng iluto dahil almost dinner na, hapon na kasi ng magkita sila nito kanina.

She opened the fridge and look for anything she could cook and there she saw a chicken at naghanap siya ng kung anong pwedeng gawin at dahil mukhang health buff ito ang karamihang laman ng ref nito ay mga organic at vegetarian foods. She decided to pan fry the chicken and when she saw avocado gumawa siya ng guacamole at bigla naisip niyang tawagan si Jigs at tanungin ito kung okay lang na nagluto siya at kung gusto ba nitong kumain. Pero magdidial pa lamang sana siya nang may pumihit na sa pinto and she saw Jigs enter the house. Napaaga ata ito ngayon sa isip isip niya.

"Buti dumating ka na, I was about to call you. She said at nilapitan ito at kinuha ang dala nitong bag and it was too late when she realize what she's doing.

Nasanay kasi siya kay Henry pag dumadating ito sa bahay niya ay agad niya itong sinasalubong at kukunin ang bag nito saka pauupuin at imamassage ang sentido nito.
That was odd because he was not him.

Napakunot noo si Jigs at bahagyang nabigla sa ginawa ni Jenny sa kanya, sinalubong kasi siya nito from the door at kinuha ang dala niyang bag at pinaupo sa sofa but she instantly froze maybe when she realize that he was not his boyfriend that has passed away.

"Opps sorry. Paghingi niya ng paumanhin dito ng mapansin niyang kumunot ang noo nito.

"It's okay. What are you doing? Tanong nito pagkakita sa kanya na naka apron pa.

"Ahhm.. I-I cooked, okay lang bang pinakialaman ko ang mga gamit mo sa kitchen?
Alanganin at nahihiyang tanong niya dito.

"Yeah it's okay. What have you cooked? He asked smiling at inusisa ang niluto nya.

"I can't find anything to cook except for this chicken, I just pan fried it and I made a guacamole salad. So let's eat? Alok niya dito at nag set na siya ng table for two.

"Okay, mukhang masarap ang niluto mo ah, You knew that Im a health buff. Saad nitong nakangiti pa din sa kanya.
"Because your an athlete I guess? Kaya puro healthy food ang laman ng fridge mo. At ease na tugon niya dito.
They barely known each other but she felt at ease with him, maybe because he was kind to her that's why.

Habang kumakain sila they were talking about basketball, she wasn't a fan of basketball but the way he talked about how to play the game arouse her interest on that sport. He was really passionate in that game and she could see that.

"How long have you been playing basketball? She asked him.

"Well I played during my elementary days until I became a varsity player in our school during high school. Sagot naman nito at nagpatuloy sa pagkain.

Tumango tango si Jenny sa kwento nito at nalaman niyang talagang he worked really hard para makapasok sa PBA and became one of the rookie at nag MVP pa. He had a contract in the team he was into at bukod sa basketball profession nito ay isa din pala itong business man because his family owned the D'Z Hotels.
