Kim Eunji's Pov

While I was waiting for someone to find me, my ankle got worsen after all the failure attempts to climb back up the slope.

"Ah..." I whined in pain as I gently touched my badly swollen ankle which caused me to flinch in pain.

"Ugh! I give up. This is why teachers shouldn't confiscate our phone. Ah... My stomach..." I sighed as I rest my back against the slope while my stomach growl in hunger. It was already lunch time.

"Anyone up there?!" I yelled once again as I closed my eyes, feeling tired from all the attempts. Despite knowing that everyone should have already arrived at the campsite and I probably will stuck here for a long time, there were still some hope deep down in my heart.

"Who's there?!" A faint voice suddenly spoke, surprising me. My eyes quickly shot wide open as I turn my body around, facing the slope upwards.

"Over here!! The slope!! Help me!" I desperately yelled for help.

This is it! I'm finally will be out from here! I thought in my mind while I look up.

Suddenly Jimin's head pop up in my sight as he continue to walk nearer towards the slope. His gaze move from left to right, finding where the owner of the voice.

Jimin?

"JIMIN! Down here!" I called as I waved my hands up to catch his attention.

Jimin heard me and looked down. His eyes met mine as his jaw slightly drop and his eyes widen in shock to see me at the bottom of the slope full of injuries.

"Eunji!" Jimin blurted in shock as he slowly and carefully make his way down to me.

My gaze were glued onto Jimin's figure the whole time as I watch him hold on to the tree trunk for support before carefully taking a few steps forward.

When Jimin finally make his way to the ground, he quickly rush towards me before squatting down to my eye level and placing both of his arms on my shoulder. His gaze trailed from my eyes, to the scratches on my arms, to my swollen ankle and back to my eyes again. His gaze was full of concern and shock.

"Jimin..." I hugged Jimin tight as I let out a sigh of relief. I'm finally safe. Jimin was surprised at my sudden action but he returned the hug as well before gently pat my back to calm me down and it works.

"Its okay... I'm here now..." He whispered to my ear.

"But why are you still here in the forest?" I asked in confusion while I looked straight into Jimin's eyes after pulling away from the hug.

Its not that I am disappointed that it is Jimin who found me but I am wondering why is he still here. Shouldn't he be at the campsite by now?

"Yah! I should be asking you that. Why are you at the bottom of the slope alone? What happen to you?" Jimin asked me as he looked at me in disbelief, without answering my question.

"I lost my bracelet so I told my group members to leave first. I found it here but I accidentally tripped and fall. But the good news is, at least I found my bracelet." I show Jimin my bracelet on my wrist while I shake it with a smile plastered on my face which earned a chuckle from him.

"Well lets hurry get out from here. Can you stand up?" Jimin asked concernly as he stood up and stretched his hand out for me to grab to it.

I hold his hand and try to stand up. However the pain from my ankle immediately shot up causing me to fall back to the ground while I turned my head to look at my swollen ankle in pain.

"Here get on."

I turned my head to the front to see Jimin squatting with his back faced against me, beckoning me to get on. I bite my lips while enduring the throbbing pain from my ankle as I climb on Jimin's back. Jimin firmly grabbed my thigh and stood up, lifting me up while I wrapped my arms around Jimin's neck.

Suddenly a couple of footsteps can be heard and a couple of voice spoke, nearby.

"Yah! Jimin where are you?!"

Both of our head turn towards the slope after hearing Jimin name been called.

"Taehyung over here!!" Jimin shout back.

Taehyung? Don't tell me Jimin's group haven't make it out of the forest and they are still hunting for cards? I thought in my mind.

Just after Jimin shout back, the sound of the footsteps approaching to us became louder. Soon Taehyung and his group member appeared in our sight as they looked at us with confusion and shock just like how Jimin react when he first saw me here.

"Cherry!" Taehyung exclaimed in shock once his gaze landed on me as the guys quickly moved in one straight line down the slope to help us. Taehyung stretched out his hands to grab onto Jimin's arms and pulled him up the slope with the help of his members.

"Thank you guys." Jimin mumbled in exhaustion once we finally make it up to the top of the slope.

Sweats were already rolling down his forehead as he breathe heavily yet his grip on my thigh were still tight so that I wont fall.

"Jimin, you looked exhausted. You can put me down, I will walk from here." I say as I looked at him guilty.

"바보 (babo)... Did you forgot you cant even stand? Its okay, I can still manage." Jimin assured me with a small smile .

"Cherry what happen to you? Why were you down there? And where's your group members?" Taehyung bombarded me with questions as he looked at me confused.

"I will explain to you on the way. Now lets hurry head back to the campsite." I say.

Taehyung nodded his head as we start to make our way to the camp while I explained everything to Taehyung which earned a flick on my forehead from him for being so clumsy. Soon, Jimin and Taehyung and I chat and laugh among each other to keep us being entertain.

However, it did not last long when one of his group member behind us called him and they soon start to chat among each other, leaving awkward silence to form between Jimin and I.

"A-Are you okay?" I awkwardly asked Jimin to get rid of the awkward silence.

"Yea." Jimin nodded his head before tightly securing his grip on my thigh.

"Erm Eunji?" Jimin suddenly asked.

"Hmm?" I hummed in response.

"I'm sorry for slapping you and accusing you for doing things that you wouldn't even do it... I guessed I was so blinded with love that I forgot you won't hurt someone without any reason ...." Jimin apologises as he lowered his head in guilt.

I remained silence as I processed what he just said.

"I don't need your forgiveness. I know I hurt you badly but I want you to know I'm sorry." Jimin continued after hearing no response from me.

Looking at how guilty he is and how he save me just now, I realized that there is no point continue hating him. Beside everyone make a mistake.

"It's okay Jimin, I forgive you and thanks for helping me." I let out a genuine smile.

"Really?! You forgive me?!" Jimin exclaimed in happiness as he slightly turned his head behind to look at me.

"Yes." I smiled before my gaze trailed at the sweats rolling on Jimin's forehead which I decided to wipe it off using my long sleeve.

"Thanks Eunji, you are the nicest girl I met." Jimin grinned.

"Oh I almost forgot! You still haven't answer my question. Why are you and your groupmembers still in the forest?" I asked in confusion as I lean my body closer to get a better view of Jimin's face.

"If it wasn't because of one member who is so engrossed with the scenary, we wouldn't be here right now."

"So you should be glad because of him, I managed to find you at the bottom of the slope." He added with a smile.

"Taehyung oppa right?" I chuckle.

"Yup!" He grinned.

"He's always engrossed with the scenary. I still remember one day I joined you guys at the park and you guys were taking a selfie of yourself for art lesson. In the end, Taehyung oppa forgotten to take a selfie of himself because he was busy taking photos of the scenary." I recalled before bursting into a fit of laughter followed by Jimin.

"Eunji!"

Somebody called me which caught me and Jimin's attention as we turn our head to the front to see we have already arrived the campsite. Mr Lay, Bambam, Yugyeom, Yeona and some instructors were running towards us with huge smile plastered on their face.

"Eunji! Are you okay?" Mr Lay asked me concernly when he finally reached in front of us, followed by the instructors and my group members as they looked at my stratches on my arm and leg before looking back to me.

"I'm fine, just a sprain ankle and a few scratches." I answer with a small smile.

"As long as you are here, that's great. Jimin can you bring Eunji to the infirmary? After sending her there, you can go and take a shower. As for the rest, you may go and take a shower and join your friends for lunch." Mr Lay instructed us.

We nodded our heads in unison before Jimin start to piggyback me to the infirmary. However, my eyebrows furrowed when I didn't see Jungkook. I looked around yet Jungkook is not at sight.

Did he worried about me? I thought.

"Eunji~ How are you feeling?" Yeona chirped as she open the door and enter the infirmary with Bambam and Yugyeom behind. They were all holding lunch boxes.

"Hi guys, I'm feeling much more better now." I grinned as I slowly sit up with my back resting against the bed frame. There were bandage around my leg, stomach and some plasters on my arms.

"Thats great! We brought you your clothes and lunchbox." Yugyeom smiled.

Yeona placed my clothes on the bed while Yugyeom passed me my lunch box before taking a seat in front of the bed and placing their food on the small table that they found and start eating.

"Thanks guys but you know, you don't have to squeeze together and to eat here. The cafeteria is much more bigger and sorry for delaying your lunch time." I apologize as I watched them eating together by sharing the small table. It might be uncomfortable.

"Yah! Didn't you learnt your lesson? We should stay together and not leave anyone behind! We are a group and especially your friends. So you don't have to apologize. In fact, we should be the one apologizing. We leave you behind and let you got hurt." Yugyeom say in a guilty tone.

"So don't mind us, let's eat!" Bambam added with a bright smile on his face as he start digging in.

My lips curled up at the sight of them eating. I must be lucky to have them as my friends.

After we have finished our lunch, Yeona left first to report Mr Lay on how am I doing while Bambam and Yugyeom stayed here to accompany me.

That's when I suddenly recalled something. I quickly turned my head towards them.

"Oh Bambam Yugyeom, did you guys know where Jungkook is? I didn't see him when I arrive the campsite." I asked.

"Huh really? He was at the campsite just now... He was panicking and worried when he heard you are still in the forest." Bambam answered as he looked at me with a furrowed eyebrow.

Did he? But I'm sure I looked everywhere... I thought.

Setting my thoughts aside, my attention avert back to Bambam.

"Ahh... Maybe I didn't look probably." I smile sheepishly at him which earned a smile from him too.

"Okay, we will get going now. You should go and change now. We will come back again during dinner time. Maybe bringing Jungkook along." Yugyeom smile as he stood up.

"So fast? I enjoyed staying here... There's air conditioner here." Bambam whine like a child as he reluctantly stood.

I let out a chuckle, finding him cute.

"Okay, bye. Have fun!"

After bidding them goodbyes, I slowly get out from the bed and grabbed my clothes to change. My ankle got better after resting for awhile but I am reminded by the nurse that I am not allowed to move so much.

However, just as I was about to head to the washroom, a piece of white paper suddenly dropped to the ground. I looked down and slowly bend my back down to pick it up. Feeling curious why is there a paper at my clothes, I decided to open and read it.

My heart almost stop beating as I momentarily hold my breath once my gaze landed on the contents of the letter.

It is 6:00pm now which means it is dinner time and my attention were glued to the door the whole time. My heart was already beating rapidly as I waited nervously.

Soon the door open and I quickly sit up straight and looked who was it.

"Eunji!"

I was greeted with a smiling Bambam which I return a half hearted smile back before shifting my gaze back towards the door.

Yeona came in followed by Yugyeom who closed the door as he entered.

My heart dropped and a frown immediately makes it way to my face when I realize he didn't came.

Don't tell me what the paper say was true? I thought while my gaze slowly trailed towards the dustbin beside the door where the paper is, all teared up.

"Eunji? What's with the frown?" Yugyeom asked as he wave his hand infront of my face, breaking my train of thoughts.

I turned my head towards him to see him and the rest looking at me; concern was written all over their face.

"Huh? Oh, nothing! Just wondering why did you guys took so long. I'm starving." I lied as I looked at him with a pout, hopping that they will believe what I said.

They let out a sigh of relief while Yugyeom passed me my food with a smile.

Phew! They believe me...

"You scared me, I thought you were feeling sick. There's a long queue just now. Sorry for making you wait." Yugyeom say as he took a seat and open the lid.

"It's okay. Err Yugyeom, Jungkook didn't followed you guys here?" I asked as I looked at him.

"No he didnt, we couldn't find him." Yugyeom say before putting a spoonful of fried rice into his mouth.

"Ohh..." I trailed off in disappointment.

Soon we started to eat our food. Everyone was busy chatting but me. My mind was not with them but on the paper the whole time, wondering whether the content was true or fake.

When we finished our dinner, I told Yeona, Bambam and Yugyeom to head back first for some activities while I will head to my tent since I feeling much better now. At first they insisted to help me but I rejected since I told them I can walk by myself. Eventually they gave in.

However little do they know, I was not heading back to my tent but to the lake which is located near the campsite.

"Jungkook won't do that to me... No he won't..." I mumble to myself, hopping that what I read was all fake as I proceed to the venue that the letter written.

"Jungkook lik-"

I cut myself once my eyes landed on two familiar figure. I quickly hide my body behind a tree while I watched their movement, feeling shock.

Don't tell me it is true...

Jungkook and Yena was walking alone side by side in the lake. Yena's met mine momentarily before I knew it, Yena suddenly move in front of Jungkook and lean in, kissing his lips while she placed her arms around his neck.

My eyes widden in shock and disappointment and my jaw dropped at the sight in front of me. Jungkook didn't even push Yena away. Tears already start to form in my eyes as I could feel the world had just stopped and my heart have been stabbed numberously, just like the time when Jimin broke up with me.

So it is true...

Without wasting much more time, I quickly turned my body around and head back to my tent. Tears were already rolling down my cheeks.

I enter my tent and immediately plopped my body down on my mattress before covering myself with the blanket. Million of thoughts were rushing through my head as I recalled what the letter say...

Eunji-ah, Jungkook doesn't even love you but me. He have been using you all these times to get all my attention. Don't believe me? Check for yourself, go to the lake behind the campsite at 7:00pm to see whether I am lying or not.
