Eunji's Pov

"How I wish I could turn back time..." I mumbled as I stared at the photo that Taehyung oppa and Jimin had placed in the photo album. The photo was me, Jimin and Taehyung oppa, all holding a ice cream cone on our hand while smiling happily towards the camera. Soon, flood of memories immediately came rushing into my head as I scanned at every photos in the photo album.

Our lifes were great until Yena came in...

*Ring! Ring!*

My phone suddenly rang, snapping my thoughts away, I quickly took my phone to check the caller ID and my eyebrows immediately furrowed.

Jungkook? Why is he calling me?

I asked myself as I decline the call since he was the one who told me to leave him alone. However, just when I was about to look through the photo album again, my phone suddenly rang again but this time it was not a call but a flood of messages. Getting annoyed with the message spam I received, I decided to check the messages.

Jerk: Ya! Why did you reject my call?!

Jerk: Hello?!

Jerk: Reply my message!

Jerk: Stop ignoring me!

Jerk: Hello????

Jerk: E

Jerk: U

Jerk: N

Jerk: J

Jerk: I

Jerk: ????

Jerk: Fine. Just get ready in 10 minutes time and I will meet you outside of your house.

"Wait what?!" I said in surprised after reading the last message that Jungkook had sent to me. Immediately, I started to type something on the keyboard.

*Ding Dong*

Just as I was about to send my reply, the door bell rang. He's here?! I thought as I rushed towards the door before peeping through the pin hole and it was really Jungkook standing right infront of my door. Yugyeom and Bambam were there too. Calming my heart down, I decided to open the door with a poker face on.

"What are you guys doing here?" I coldy say as I fold my arms against my chest.

"We decided to skip school today so that we can celebrate your birthday with you." Jungkook said as he flashed a smile which caught me off my guard since it had been such a long time to see Jungkook genuinely smiling after what his father did to him.

"H-How did you guys know it was my birthday?" I stuttered as my eyes was slightly widened in surprise. I don't remember telling them when was my birthday. "Taehyung told us." Yugyeom answered. "So let's go." Jungkook smiled as he raised his hand to hold my hand.

"N-No..." I rejected as I quickly take a few steps back before Jungkook could hold my hand. Jungkook's smile immediately fade away as he out his hand down, looking at me in confusion. "Didn't you say leave you alone? You guys don't have to waste your effort celebrating my birthday, you can leave... Sorry for wasting your time..." I apologize before closing the door.

"Wait!" Bambam suddenly shout as he quickly place his feet at the gap, preventing me from closing the door.

"We are really sorry for what we said to you. We didn't mean it. Just come along with us." Bambam begged.

"Sorr-"

"Please.... Give us a chance..."

Bambam pout as he looked at me with his puppy eyes. Letting out a sighed, I hesistantly nod my head.

"Yay! Let's go now!" Bambam's face immediately lit up as he cheered happily like a kid which earned a chuckle from me. "Eunji, pali pali... You are taking such a long time." Bambam whine as I locked the door.

Geez... What is wrong with him? All I did was to wear my converse shoe and lock the door since I was already wearing a black crop top and denim shorts. I don't think I took that long.

"Okay okay. I'm done." I smiled as I kept the key in my bag. "Yay so let's get going now." Bambam say as he excitedly intertwine his hand with me before pulling me to somewhere. However, as I was pulled my Bambam, I quickly took a short glance at Jungkook. He did not look so happy in fact he look like he was...

Jealous?

Nah, it can't be.

*Beep Beep*

I immediately snapped away from my thoughts due to the sudden honking. I quickly looked up and was surprised to see Bambam was already in a car, seating on the driver seat while honking the car.

When did this car get here and when did Bambam know how to drive? Will my life be in danger if I ride his car?

"Here, let me help you." A voice suddenly spoke, causing me to snapped my thoughts again. I quickly move my attention to where the voice was coming from and realize that it was Jungkook. He was opening the car door for me. "T-Thanks." I awkwardly thanked him as I enter the car.

"Everyone is here? Okay let's go!" Bambam happily cheered before starting the engine to drive somewhere. "Bambam, why didn't you told me you can drive." I said, feeling amazed to see Bambam driving well. "Well, why didn't you told me today was your birthday." Bambam retorted back, while pouting. "Sorry?" I sheepishly chuckled.

"Okay we are here!" Bambam cheered as he park the car. I quickly take a look at my surrounding after getting out from the car and I finally realized that we are at a shopping mall. "Let's go." Jungkook said as he suddenly hold my hand. Surprised as his action, I looked at him, feeling confused. Why are we holding hands when Yena and Jimin is not here? Beside, he have been acting strangely since just now... However, all Jungkook did is smiled at me, showing me his bunny tooth smiled, which surprisingly caused my heart to skip a beat. Awkwardly, I slowly intertwine my hand with his back, with a smile on my face.

Jungkook, Yugyeom, Bambam and I were now taking a stroll in the shopping mall since the three of them did not plan anything but I do not mind though, at least I am spending some quality time with my friends.

"Oh my god! Look they are having a 20 percent sales!" Jungkook exclaimed as he point to a shop, causing Yugyeom, Bambam and I to halt our steps. The shop was selling all kinds of white shirts and there is a corner that sells Timberland shoes. Jungkook excitely let go of my hands as he rushed into the shop, like a little child. I chuckle at his sudden cute behavior as I watched Jungkook looking every white shirts they sold.

"Jungkook love buying white shirts and Timberland shoes even though he have tons of them at home. Even half of his closet is full of white shirts." Yugyeom suddenly said as he and Bambam stood right beside me.

"Oh really? That's cute." I chuckled before moving my gaze back to Jungkook.

"Sorry."

"Huh?" I blurted as my head turned back to see Yugyeom and Bambam looking at me with a unreadable expression on.

"We are really sorry for blaming you that day... We thought that you are just making the issue worst but we didn't expect you actually helped Jungkook and his father. It was such a long time to see Jungkook having fun time shopping and hanging out. We are sorry... " Yugyeom apologized.

"It's okay. I know all of us want to help Jungkook but just do not know how. At least Jungkook is happy now." I said while giving them my reassuring smile.

"Yay! Eunji finally forgive us! To make it up to you. Yugyeom and I will treat you lunch." Bambam cheered as he placed both of his arms around me and Yugyeom's shoulder. "Okay." I flashed a smile.

"What are you guys talking about?" Jungkook suddenly say as he walked towards us with a few shopping bags. "Just telling her that Yugyeom and I will be treating her lunch." Bambam smiled.

"How about let's go now? I am starving." I ask excitedly while looking at the boys. "Sure let's go, you hungry pig." Jungkook teasingly said. "Ya! I am not a pig!"

After a long tiring day in the shopping mall, it was getting late. Bambam decided to drive Yugyeom back home while Jungkook accompany me back home since it was Bambam's idea that me and Jungkook should spent some time alone, to work things out.

"Oh almost forgot! Here you go." Jungkook say as he passed me one of the shopping bag he was holding on earlier. "Huh? What's this for?" I asked as I opened the bag, to see some white colour t-shirts inside. "Your birthday present. You look nice wearing white colour t-shirt." Jungkook said. "Thank you." I smiled as I gladly accept the present. Soon awkward silence once again surround us as we head back home.

"Oh, there's my house. Once again thank you for the gift and for celebrating my birthday. Byebye." I smiled as we stand right in front of my door. "Wait! Before you go, I want to tell you something..." Jungkook nervously say as he play his finger. "What is it?" I asked.

"Er... I want to tell you that me and my father now are getting along quite well, thanks to you. I'm sorry for yelling and saying hurtful things to you especially about your family. I didn't know that you do not have a perfect family. I must really hurt you really badly right?" Jungkook said as he lowered his head in guilt.

"That's okay. I mean I didn't told you about my family but the good thing is at least you and your father are now getting along. Don't blame yourself, I'm fine." I said as I give him my reassuring smile. Jungkook face immediately brigthen as he smile ear to ear. "Thanks Eunji! Oh and my father want to thank you too so he was wondering whether are you free tomorrow to have a dinner together at my house?" Jungkook asked as he nervously looked straight right into my eyes, waiting for my answer.

"Sure, I will go since I got nothing on tomorrow." I smiled. "That's great! I will fetch you at 5pm tomorrow." Jungkook said, excitement was all over his face. "Okay. Now hurried get back home. It's getting late." I said as gently turned Jungkook's body so that he can start walking back home. "Wait! I almost forgot one more thing." Jungkook suddenly said as he turned his body towards me again.

"Wh-"

My sentence was immediately cut off when Jungkook suddenly lean towards me as he give a quick peck on my lips. My eyes immediately widen in surprised as my heart start to beat rapidly.

"Goodnight, Eunji." Jungkook smiled before quickly turning his back to head back home since his cheeks were slowly turning red, leaving me dumbfounded. "G-Goodnight..." I whispered as I slowly raised my hand to touch my lips. Blood were rushing towards my cheek, making my cheek red as a tomato as I continue to stare at Jungkook's figure before it slowly disappear out from my sight.

Why is my heart beating so fast?
