"Wooridul hospital please." I said as I enter the taxi. Since Eunsoo unnie is a nurse, I finally know that Jungkook's father was sent to the same hospital as Eunsoo unnie is working in and his ward is 3C. Yugyeom and Bambam probably didn't know the hospital that Jungkook's father was sent to since Jungkook did not told them. He might be afraid that I will ask them for the hospital. Hence, I decided not to ask them and ask Eunsoo unnie instead.

When I finally reached Wooridul hospital, I thanked and paid the driver before heading to ward 3C. As I was about the knock the door, a familiar voice stopped me and that when I realize is was Jungkook.

"Appa, I will leave now. See you tomorrow..."

A surge of panic suddenly hit me. I can't let Jungkook see me! I quickly remove my hand from the door and walk away. How I wish I had bought my cap and face mask. Just as I was about to walk away, the door suddenly opened, revealing Jungkook. I immediately lowered my head and walk even faster, away from him.

"Hey!" Jungkook suddenly called, causing me to stop my tracks. Shit... Did he realize it is me? I'm so dead! I could hear Jungkook running towards me while I nervously lower my head. "You dropped this." Jungkook say as he pat my shoulder. I nervously turned my body with my head still looking down and saw Jungkook holding my wallet. "Thanks." I quickly say as I snatched the wallet and run away without taking a glance at him.

Jungkook's Pov
"Thanks." The girl said as she quickly snatched the wallet away from me and ran off, without even taking a glance at me.

Weird girl... I thought as I silently watched the said girl run until she was out of my sight. For some reason I find her back familiar...

Taking a look at my watch to see it was getting late, I shrugged my thoughts away and decided to head back home.

Eunji's Pov
"That was close..." I pant as I hid behind a wall. If Jungkook saw me, I really do not know what will happen to me. After resting for a few minutes and making sure that Jungkook is not there anymore, I decided to head back to the ward.

*Knock knock

"Mr Jeon?" I nervously called as I slowly opened the door to see Jungkook's father watching the television and his head was bandaged.

"You! You are the one who hit me! What are you doing here?!" Jungkook's father shouted at me as I entered the room. "I-I came here to apologize. Look, I'm sorr-"

"Get out." Jungkook's father coldly say as he point towards the door. "I'm really sorry. Can you hear wh-"

"I SAID GET OUT!" Jungkook's father once again shouted, cutting me off. "Agh... My head." Jungkook's father groan as he held both side of his head. "Are you ok-" I stopped as I see Jungkook's father immediately point towards the door again. "Okay, I will leave... But tomorrow I will see you again. I will not stop until you finally hear what I want to say." I say as I leave the room. Sigh... This is going to be harder than I thought...

As days past, I have been visiting Jungkook's father, giving him small gifts such as a fruit basket and trying my best to explain to him but all he did was to kicked me out, without hearing what I want to say. But not today... Today I will make sure that he will listen to my explanation.

"Get out." Jungkook's father once again say. "Look, Mr Jeon. Not trying to be rude but can you hear me out?" I say as I start to feel frustrated.

"No."

"How about if I kneel down, will you listen?" I asked as I used my last move, hopping that this will work. "You won't dare." Jungkook's father snickered at me before continuing to read his newspaper. For Jungkook, Eunji... For Jungkook's sake... Letting out a big sigh, I immediately kneeled down on the floor, causing Jungkook's father to be surprised at my sudden action.

"Ya Ya Ya... What are you doing?! Stand up!" Flustered, Jungkook's father quickly tried to pull my arms up, to make me stand but I immediately yanked my arms away. "So can you listen to what I want to say now?" I asked. "Ok ok fine... What do you want to say?" Jungkook's father say, giving up after seeing how persistence I am. YES! I mentally screamed in joy as I stood up.

"So to start of first... I'm really really sorry for hitting your head with the glass bottle. I was trying to save Jungkook and my first instinct is to hit you. The reason why I came to your house is because I know your family background and I wa-"

"HOW DID YOU KNOW?! DID JUNGKOOK TOLD YOU?!" Jungkook's father suddenly shout in anger as he bawled his hand into a fist. Okay... This is a really sensitive topic for both Jungkook and his father....

"Wait! Before you want to kill me, please listen what I have to say. Jungkook did not told me any of his family business to me and in fact he was the one who keep stopping me from finding out." I nervously say as I tried to calm Jungkook's father down. I do not want him to strangle me like how he did to Jungkook.

After seeing how Jungkook's father start to calm down, I continued what I want to say. "I know that you want the best for Jungkook and you are trying to fulfill Mrs Jeon's wish. I wont say that it is wrong but do you know, deep down in Jungkook's heart, he is hurting? I dont think Jungkook is happy at all. Imagine everyday after school, he always had to study and scored well. He do not have time for his friends. Even after he managed to do well for his paper, he will still be scolded, not even a compliment he ever received. If Mrs Jeon is still alive, I don't think she will be happy to see Jungkook suffering. All Jungkook want is to be loved by someone he cares about and that is you, his only family member left." I said before letting out a sigh of relief. I finally get to explain to Jungkook's father. I looked at Jungkook's father to see his eyes we're filled with mixed emotions.

"You are lying.... Jungkook won't love me, in fact he hates me after what I did to him..." Jungkook's father say as he lowered his head in regret. "Nope. Trust me. He still love you. When you were unconscious, Jungkook was way angry at me. He even kick me out of the house so trust me he still care for you. Try to build a healthy relationship with him. Academics is not always important." I said as I gave him a reassuring smile.

"So all the gifts it was from you." A familiar voice said. I immediately turned behind.

"J-Jungkook?" I stuttered. Jungkook was at the door with a dark expression on and his hand was bawled into a fist. "How many times must I say?! Leave my father alone! You are the most annoying girl I met in the world!" Jungkook shouted as he harshly grabbed my wrist and pulled me out of the ward. "Jungkook! I just want to help!" I shout as I struggle with his tight grip.

"There's nothing for you to help. You are just making it worse. Leave." Jungkook coldly said as he remove his grip before slamming the door right in front of my face. My eyes soon start to become teary.

It's okay Eunji... You did your best. At least you finally say what you want to say to Jungkook's father... I quickly wiped off the tears that were rolling down my cheeks before leaving the hospital with a sigh.

If Jungkook want me to leave, then I will leave and stay away from him.

Jungkook's Pov
After slamming the door right in front of Eunji's face, I start to feel bad as I watch Eunji through the window, wiping her tears away before leaving. Did I go too far? But I didn't mean to...

"Jungkook, you shouldn't have done that." Appa suddenly said, breaking my thoughts away. "Huh? But appa, she is the one who hit your head and caused you to be hospitalize." I said, feeling confused. When did appa start to care for Eunji?

"Ya I know but that was not her intention. She just want to improve out father and son relationship thats all. After hearing what she said to me, I realized that what I did was a mistake. Jungkook-ah, I'm really very sorry for what I did these past few months. It just that after your mother passed away, I was very depressed and I want to do my best to fulfill her dreams but looks like I have use the wrong way... Can you forgive me?" Appa said as tears were forming in eyes same goes with me.

I was speechless after hearing what he said. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Appa is apologizing to me. "Of course you won't forgive me after wha-"

"Of course I will forgive you. I know all the things you did for me is to fulfill eomma's dreams." I smiled as I cut appa's sentence. I think this is my first time smiling to him since eomma had passed away.

Soon both of us became close and were happily chatting until it was getting late. We bid our goodbyes and when I was about to leave, appa suddenly stopped me. "Don't forget to apologize and thank the girl. I like how persistence she is. No matter how coldly I rejected her, she still came and begged for forgiveness. I like her." I nodded my head and was about to leave when appa suddenly said something that makes me stopped my tracks.

*Time skip

"Ugh, what a day..." I said as I lay on my bed and stared at my white ceiling, recalling what appa had said to me this afternoon.

"She is a one unique girl and from her actions, she really cares for you. Jungkook-ah, I don't care who is she to you but make her yours. Don't let this precious chance escape."

I dont even know should I continue to be mad at you, Eunji for ignoring all my warnings or should I be happy that I finally have a healthy relationship with my father...

"But thank you Eunji..." I mumbled with a smiled plastered on my face before closing my eyes and fall asleep.
