Zach's POV 

Today is our first day of practice. We are in Jack's house for the song writing.

We were all supposed to go together but Jonah and Daniel had to leave so its just the 3 of us.

"Anywhere you go I'm taking you?" Jack suggested, and I just nodded.

For now, we are only writing some draft work. Later we will edit the entire thing and get a perfect script with Jonah and Daniel.

"Jackey!!" A cute little girl came cheering and hugged Jack from back, which is a very cute view if you ask me.

She looks around 7 and 8 years old.

"Isla!" Jack smiled and turned around so they are facing each other "How are you?" He asked.

"Fine!" She cheered.

"How was school?" He asked.

"Amazing! I made friends with the new students" She said then turned her gaze to Corbyn "Corby!" She cheered and hugged him too.

"Hey Isla" He pecked her check then she turned to me and I smiled while she looked down with a shy smile.

"Hi Isla, I'm Zach" I introduced myself and extended my hand which she shake with a smile.

"Hi Zach! You're the new friend Jack said he made!" She said then hugged me.

"Ok Isla, we have to work so... You can go change and eat" Jack interrupted the moment.

Isla let me go, then ran out of the and we went back to working, at least they did. My mind went to Liiza.

She is so beautiful and amazing. On to of that the best friend anyone would ever want and now that stupid Andree is in the picture again.

I lost Ariel because of him and now, I can't lose Liiza.

I liked Ariel, from the very first day she joined the school but I never told anyone, not even Liiza or Rilee.

I admired her but we were also really close. We were good friends and would talk sometimes but that all changed the day she started dating Andree.

Andree and I never cared about each other. We were not enemies, nor friends.

His best friends are my friends but him and I were just school mates.

Then some time later after he started dating Ariel, I just had this feeling of dislike for him but I just let it go.

Knowing that I could destroy their relationship or create problems for them, I stopped talking to both of them to avoid problems but that didn't work out the way I wanted it to because of Ariel.

Ding Ding

The bell rang for the end of the day. I have an extra class with another teacher to rise my math grades so I have to wait.

By the time I'm out of my class with the math teacher, the entire school is empty.

I take my bag pack then dropped the books I don't need then left the bag in there and shut the locker.

I stumbled back when I saw Ariel leaning on the locker beside mine.

"Hey Zach" She said.

"Hey" I replied "I got to go" I added then started walking.

"Wait! Zach why have you been ignoring me?" She asked.

"Im not ignoring you" I lied, still walking to go to the bathroom.

"Seriously... Isn't it obvious, you don't talk to me anymore" She said walking and rolling her eyes.

"Look Ariel, why do you wanna create problems between you and Andree? He already doesn't like me and if he see's you talking to me he will think something is going on so please" I explained and walked away from her.

I entered the bathroom, thinking I can get away from her there but she followed me in.

"Why are you following me?" I snapped at her.

"Zach you don't get it" She said in a sad tone "Andree is not nice to me at all and he even hits me sometimes. I'm forced to be with him Zach but I love you. Not him" She said.

Hit her?

He hits her?

Why would he hit her, I mean I know Andree, he's not that awful.

Why would he hit her though?

"Why would he do that?" I asked, and looked down at her sadly.

"Look Zach, I don't wanna talk about it ok. But what I do know is that I broke up with Andree this morning" She said and unexpectedly hugged me.

I try to push her off but stopped when K realized that she started crying. I pat her back then she released me let me go and wiped her tears then she looked up at me.

"Zach, I love you... Kiss me" She said.

I just stare at her like she's joking. Why would I just kiss her like that? It's not like I know if she really broke up with Andree.

Even if she did, I can't just kiss her like that.

Before I could even do anything, she pressed her lips on mine.

My eyes widened and I saw someone passing by the bathroom door then pushed her off.

"What the hell Ariel" I said, and bolted out of the bathroom.

"Hello!" I heard Jack say, which snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Yeah! Sorry, I zoned out" I apologized.

"Anyways we were thinking of going somewhere to work. Here is noisy" Jack said and I just nodded.

"We could go to Bulls N Barrels" I suggested.

"Great!" They said and we started heading out after saying bye to the others.

We all got into the car and I told them the way then we were off the café.

Corbyn parked the car a minute away from the café so we have to walk a bit.

"You know, Liiza, Rilee and I have a spot there. Our spot where no one is allowed to sit on but us" I said as we walk.

"Cool! We sitting there?" Jack asked and I shake my head "Why?"

"I have to make sure with Liiza and Rilee. But I can show you" I shrug then we reached and opened the door, only to see what I never expected to see.

Liiza and Andree. Saying their names together even makes me sick.

Their faces are so close to each other, like there are about to kiss.

My heart tightens. My stomach shrinks and I feel sick.

My heart broke and my whole world shattered.

"Liiza" Jack said and she turned, then her eyes widened

I try as hard as I could to keep a straight face but I couldn't stay for any longer so I bolted out.

I could hear footsteps following me but I ignored them and entered the car and sat down.

"Zach" Corbyn called, as he entered the drivers seat but I kept quiet.

How could she do that to me? I know we're not really dating but still.

She is literally kissing my rival. Well almost.

Jack came and joined us then Corbyn started the car. The ride was quiet. No one opened their mouths to talk.

My eyes widened, when I saw a huge truck driving the wrong way very fast, and coming towards us.

Corbyn spun the wheel and the car fell out of the road. The next thing I know, everything went blank.
