(Author's Note: After my experience at Miku Expo, I wanted to write down my experience in FanFiction style like I did with my trip to London. I know this is a few months late. I wanted to get this published after going to Miku Expo but I couldn't find time to work on this. So now here it is.)

(Patrick's Point of View)

(Prudential Center, New Jersey)

I was at the Prudential Center ready to see Hatsune Miku perform. Joining me were the Valkyries Kiana, Mei, Bronya, Seele, Theresa, and Fu Hua. There were also the band girls from BanG Dream, the cast of the Fate Series, Ritsuka Fujimaru, Mash Kyerelight, a lot of servants from Chaldea, Class 1A, the cast of HyperDimension Neptunia, and the Shinobi girls from Senran Kagura.

They were entering inside then walking to their row.

Patrick: At last I get to go to a Miku Expo in real life. And in my home state too. I never did get to go in 2020 because of the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Kiana: But that's in the past now. This is today.

Patrick: Thank you Kiana-chan.

Kasumi: I'm excited to see Miku-senpai perform.

X Alter: Me too.

Asuka: Lots of people showed up.

Jeanne: Thank you for bringing all of us.

Patrick: Any time.

Osakabehime: Normally I'm a NEET but there are exceptions I can make with going outside like going to this event.

Yukina: It was also nice of Miku-senpai inviting us.

Rokka: Right now we should be getting to our seats.

We got to our seats where we parked and put our stuff down then some of us went out to get some food then came back and waited for the concert to start as different Vocaloid songs played. Then when the lights turned off, the concert was starting as the stage lights turned on shining blue and the screen showed animations of the Vocaloids' names and the Vocaloids themselves as the crowd went crazy. Then when Miku was shown last, the crowd screamed louder. Then the title "Miku Expo 2024 North America" appeared.

Everyone: It's starting!

Miku appeared on stage and started to sing Miku by Anamanaguchi.

Everyone including us waved our glow sticks.

Band Girls: Miku Senpai!

Class 1A: MIKU!

Patrick and Valkyries: MIKU!

Miku sang her song in front of everyone.

X Alter: Go Miku!

Kaminari and Mineta: Miku-Chan!

Asuka: Miku!

When Miku finished singing the song, she began singing the next song: Vampire.

Illya: Miku Chan is great!

Ilya's wand Ruby appears.

Ruby: Yes she is!

Saber: We know that Miku is great!

Tohsaka and Sakura: MIKU!

Miku disappeared from stage then Unknown Mother Goose began to play. Then Miku reappeared on stage with a guitar and began to sing the lyrics of the song while also playing the guitar.

Patrick: Now she's playing the guitar.

Kasumi: And singing Unknown Mother Goose.

Nero: And playing guitar too!

When the song ended Miku disappeared then came back again but without the guitar and greets the audience in English.

Miku: Hello everyone.

She also waves her hands at the audiences then twirls around.

Patrick: She can speak perfect English.

Neptune: Well she is a Vocaloid and their voices are synthetic so it does make sense that she can speak perfect English.

Miku: Welcome to Miku Expo 2024.

Music played for about 3 seconds.

Neptune: Me and everyone from Gamindustri can speak Japanese but we also speak English too. And some of the others here have had an English dub voice too.

Miku: I've been looking forward to seeing you all for so long. Are you excited too?

The audience screamed yes and other answers related to yes as more music played then stopped.

Miku: Alright! Let's get this show going!

Miku raises her right fist up then she vanishes from the stage. Then the stage turned yellow as Tensai Rock began to play. Even all the glow sticks turned yellow.

Rom: Looks like one of the Kagamine twins is about to perform.

Ram: Which one?!

At the moment, Kagamine Rin appeared and began to sing the lyrics of the song.

Blanc: Of course. It's Rin.

Everyone: YAY!

Everyone waved their glow sticks as they watched Rin perform.

After the song finished, Rin vanishes from the stage then Kagamine Len appears on stage and begins to sing GEDO.

Patrick: And then there's Len.

Rom: The other Kagamine twin.

Ram: Let's go!

As the song finished, Len vanishes then comes back with Rin. Then they began to sing Childish War.

Blanc: Now both the twins are on stage.

Rom and Ram: Both the twins are on stage!

Vert: It's great to be twins.

We waved our glow sticks as the Kagamine Twins performed. The song finished then the twins vanished off stage.

Neptune: I wonder who's next?

The stage and the glow sticks turned dark blue as everyone figured out who was next. KAITO appeared on stage as Literacy began to play and KAITO began to sing the lyrics.

Patrick: Of course. It had to be KAITO. I thought Luka was next.

Nepgear: Don't feel down. It's probably not her turn yet and she's probably not appearing yet.

Patrick: I guess that you do have a point, Nepgear.

We continued watching KAITO perform while waving our glow sticks. He finished performing then he vanished from the stage then MEIKO appeared on stage then began to sing Fräulein=Biblioteca. And the glow sticks turned red.

Mei: And MEIKO is next.

Ako and Tomoe: MEIKO!!!

Everyone cheered out. When the song ended, MEIKO vanished. A few seconds went by then the lights and the glow sticks began flashing red, white, and blue. Then both KAITO and KEIKO came back on stage as On The Rocks began playing. MEIKO was in a formal dress dancing with a microphone on a stand while KAITO was still in the same outfit but was playing the piano. Then they began to sing.

Patrick: Now it's both of them.

Vert: Now that is fashion for MEIKO.

The group waves their glow sticks.

Group: WOO!

The crowd cheered for KAITO and MEIKO. When the song ended, they disappeared from the stage. Then there were flashes of red, blue, and green from the lights and the glow sticks as M@GICAL CURE LOVE SHOT! Began to play. Then Miku appeared on stage in a different outfit and began to perform.

Patrick: Now Miku is back.

Neptune: And wearing something different like in her other songs.

Miku disappears then comes back in her default outfit. Then she begins to sing Blue Star.

Patrick: Now she's back in her default outfit.

Kiana: Yes she is! MIKU!

After the song ended Miku disappeared from the stage yet again then she came back as blue squares but was completely formed Then she began to sing Ten Thousand Stars. There were also shapes forming behind her based on her movements.

Patrick: Well that was a different entrance.

Kiana: And she's still in the same outfit.

Yukina: And there's shapes moving behind her.

X Alter: Just something that's part of this performance.

The song ended then Miku disappeared from the stage then she came back and began to sing Plaything.

Kasumi: Miku-Senpai!

When the song finished she disappeared. There was silence for a few seconds then the glow sticks turned pink which meant one thing. A piano began to play for a few seconds then a rising sequence happened then finally Megurine Luka appeared with a microphone on a stand. This caused the crowd to cheer louder because of Luka finally showing up. Then she began to sing Even If It's Your Happiness. Then Japanese text appeared as she sang the lyrics.

Patrick: Well it's about time Luka showed up. I was wondering when she was gonna appear.

Neptune: Well she's here now isn't she? It was worth the wait for her.

Nepgear: Now everyone is happy now that Luka is finally performing.

X Alter: And a great entrance too.

Luka performed well as Japanese text kept appearing as she was singing the lyrics.

Illya: Go Luka!

Ran: Luka!

When Luka finished her performance she disappeared from the stage by turning into pink particles going up then the music ends.

Patrick: At least Luka finally appeared. I thought she was never gonna show up.

Kokoro: Well thankfully she did! And made everyone smile too!

The glow sticks turned blue and pink then Miku and Luka both came back and began to perform Vivid.

Aya: Now both Miku and Luka are performing together!

Group: YAY!

The group waved their glow sticks.

X Alter: This is amazing!

Patrick: They look so in sync.

Neptune: They've done this before so many times.

As the concert progressed, the crowd's excitement grew with every passing moment. The collaboration between Miku and Luka was met with thunderous applause, and as the final notes of Vivid resonated through the arena. When the song ended, Miku and Luka both disappeared from the stage. Then Miku and Rin appeared both wearing different outfits and began to sing GimmiexGimmie.

Kasumi leaned over to Patrick, her eyes still glued to the stage.

Kasumi: Patrick, isn't this just amazing?

Kasumi exclaimed, her voice filled with pure awe.

Patrick: It is.

I nodded in agreement, my heart racing with excitement as we watched the mesmerizing performance unfold. The vibrant colors on stage matched the beams of light reflecting off the glow sticks in the hands of the ecstatic crowd.

Illya: This is incredible!

Tohsaka: It truly is!

When the song ended, Miku and Rin disappeared from the stage then on the screen were flashing fights and the names of the band member introductions of the band members who were performing the music for the Vocaloids as music played. Like Dylan Wood on the drums, Leanne Bowis on the bass, Tobias Witt on the keyboard, and Vixen's Diary on the guitar. After the song ended, the colors stopped then the song Hyper Reality Show began to play then Miku appeared back on stage in her default outfit and began to sing the lyrics.

Kokoro: Now she's singing Hyper Reality Show!

Patrick: This is going to be epic.

Miku danced across the stage with a contagious rhythm while holding a microphone. The crowd jumped to their feet, their glow sticks swaying in the air like a sea of lights. There were blocks on the stage for Miku to sit down or stand on as she was singing.

The stage lit up with vivid hues of pink and blue, perfectly complementing Miku's energetic performance. Her holographic form danced across the stage with a contagious rhythm, and the band members played in sync, their passion for the music evident in every note. The crowd jumped to their feet, their glow sticks swaying in the air like a sea of lights.

Patrick: This is so cool.

Kiana: Yes it is!

When Miku finished singing, she disappeared from the stage.

Patrick: I wonder which song is next.

Neptune: Maybe something new from one of her recent albums this year?

Seconds passed by and Miku reappeared from red lights in a different outfit and bean to sing a familiar song that nearly everyone knows. She began to sing World is Mine.

Kasumi: She's singing World is Mine!

The crowd roared as the classic tune filled the air. As the iconic opening beats echoed through the Prudential Center, the energy grew palpable.

Patrick: That was the song I first heard when I first heard of her from Watchmojo's channel!

Neptune: It's a classic, alright.

Miku sand flawlessly as she danced. The large group and I along with some of the audience sang along to the catchy chorus.

Kasumi: It's so catchy!

Rokka: Yes it is!

Illya: Way to go Miku!

The crowd continued to cheer and sing along as the song reached its climax. With a dramatic flourish, the music began to wind down. Then Miku disappeared from the stage.

Patrick: Wow, what an amazing performance.

Kiana: Indeed, it's like nothing we've ever seen before.

Mei: We've been to many different concerts before.

Patrick: Yes, but this is the first time I've been to a Miku Expo as I've said before.

Kiana: And we're here to enjoy it together.

Osakabehime, who had been relatively quiet during the show, suddenly spoke up with a rare smile lighting up her face.

Osakabehime: This is so much fun! I'm really happy to be out here.

Patrick: Glad you're enjoying it, Osakabehime.

Osakabehime: Thank you, Patrick.

The song, Lucky*Orb began to play then Miku appeared wearing another different outfit.

Patrick: Look she changed again.

Neptune: She's got a lot of outfits for sure.

The audience was captivated by Miku's charm and the catchy melody of Lucky*Orb. Miku danced across the stage.

Neptune: This is definitely one of her more upbeat songs!

Mash spoke up, her eyes reflecting the excitement of the moment.

Mash: This is just like when we performed in that singularity, but so much more grand!

The servants involved with the singularity involved with idols and Miss. Crane couldn't help but laugh at Mash's comparison.

X Alter: It's true. This is more grand than our little battle royale.

Theresa: And definitely with no fighting.

Kasumi: Unless it's a dance battle, I'd love to see that.

The audience cheered as the song ended and Miku disappeared from the stage in rainbows.

Patrick: That was amazing.

The group nodded in unison as we took a moment to catch our breaths. The energy in the arena was electrifying.

Patrick: What's next, do you think?

Neptune: Oh I don't know.

Just as the anticipation was at its peak, a blue line appeared on the screen and the song, Tell Your World began to play.

Neptune: Oh, it's Tell Your World.

Then Miku slowly appeared back on stage from blue lights back in her default outfit. And the blue line disappeared.

Patrick: And she's back in her default outfit again.

Kiana: This song is so beautiful.

Seele: It's one of my favorites.

The group watched in amazement as Miku performed. Then lights gathered around her and she flashes and changed into a different outfit.

Saaya: Did she just...change outfits again?!

Tomoe: She did!

Miku's hauntingly beautiful voice filled the stadium as she sang Tell Your World. The holographic backdrop transitioned to a serene night sky with twinkling stars, reflecting the emotional depth of the song. The crowd was silent, fully immersed in the melody, waving their glow sticks in a gentle, synchronized motion to the rhythm of the music. I felt a rush of emotion as I watched her, realizing how lucky I was to be here and sharing this experience with my favorite characters/friends from different worlds.

Patrick: This is...incredible.

Neptune: I know right? It's like we're all a part of this world she's creating with her music.

The lights flashed then there was blue and silver confetti everywhere as Miku kept singing.

Patrick: This is amazing!

Kiana: Indeed, the confetti makes it so magical!

The lights dimmed as the emotional performance reached its end, and when the last note of Tell Your World hung in the air, the stadium erupted in a symphony of cheers and applause. Then Miku disappeared from the stage again. Then she came back wearing her default outfit again. Then she began to speak.

Miku: I'm so glad we were able to spend this time together today.

The crowd cheered out.

Miku: I'm happy to have as much time as I did.

Miku claps her hands as the crowd cheers again.

Miku: I want to sing one last song to make this a night to remember. Please sing along with me.

The band played for about 5 seconds then stopped.

Miku: here we go! Intergalactic Bound!

Miku glowed blue then her outfit changed into a different outfit from the flash of light. Then Intergalactic Bound began to play and Miku began to sing.

X Alter: She's singing Intergalactic Bound now!

The audience went wild as the upbeat tune filled the air. The lights on stage changed to match the tempo of the music, pulsing with lights. The crowd joined in on the singing.

Patrick: Everyone's so into it!

Kasumi nodded, her eyes never leaving the stage.

Kasumi: Yes, she's really connecting with us all!

The music grew louder, and the lights more vibrant, as if responding to the collective excitement of the audience. Intergalactic Bound's catchy melody and energetic rhythm had everyone, including the crossover characters and I, jumping and dancing along.

Miku danced across the stage, her movements fluid and precise, perfectly in sync with the music. The concertgoers, including myself, and my friends from various anime and video game worlds, sang along with her, our voices blending into one harmonious chorus.

As the final notes of Intergalactic Bound rang out, Miku disappeared from stage again as the crowd cheered. Then after a few seconds, Miku came back to the stage again in another different outfit and began to sing imaginary love story.

Kiana: And another classic.

Patrick: Yes, it's like she's taking us through a journey of her greatest hits.

Miku danced around as she performed.

Patrick: She's so graceful.

Kasumi: Like a real-life fairy.

Patrick nodded, unable to tear his gaze away from the mesmerizing performance.

Mash: Her grace is truly captivating, isn't it?

Patrick: Indeed.

Mash's eyes sparkled with admiration for the digital diva, her hand tightly gripping her glow stick.

Mash: It's a testament to the technology and the love put into her creation.

Saber took a moment to appreciate the performance before speaking up.

Saber: Her artistry truly transcends the digital realm. It's as if she's a bard from the distant future, sharing her tales through music and light.

Mash: That's a poetic way to put it, Saber. Her ability to evoke such strong emotions is nothing short of a miracle.

Saber: Indeed, Mash. It's a reminder that the human spirit can find beauty and connection in the most unexpected places.

Jeanne: Yes you two. Miku is truly one of a kind.

The three Saber faces nodded.

Saber: It's a performance that brings together people from all walks of life.

Jeanne: And from different countries and cultures.

Patrick: True, this is an international event after all.

The song finished then Miku disappeared from stage again then she reappeared back in her default outfit then speaks.

Miku: Thank you all so much.

the crowd cheered.

Miku: Before we say goodbye. I've got one final song left.

Everyone cheered.

Miku: Let's sing it with everything we've got.

The audience cheered again then Miku gets surrounded by an orb then she flashes a bright light and changed into another different outfit then began to sing Highlight.

Kokoro: Highlight!

Group: Yes!

Kasumi: Highlight! The perfect song to end the concert!

The arena was bathed in a kaleidoscope of colors as Miku started to sing Highlight, the anthemic melody filling every corner. The crossover characters and I were on the edge of our seats, our glow sticks moving to the beat.

Sakura: Let's light up the sky with our glow sticks!

The crowd went wild as the anthemic melody of Highlight filled the arena. The lights synchronized with the rhythm, creating a dazzling spectacle that had everyone jumping to their feet, waving their glow sticks in unison.

Patrick: This is it! The grand finale!

Neptune: Can you feel the energy in here?!

Group: YEAH!

The crowd's anticipation was at fever pitch as we all watched Miku's final performance of the night. Her voice soared over the pulsating rhythm, inspiring a sense of unity among the diverse group of fans.

Patrick: This is unforgettable!

The group cheered as Miku sang the final chorus of Highlight, her voice resonating through the arena as the lights grew brighter and the beat grew stronger. As the song reached its end, the crowd cheered and Miku spoke.

Miku: Thank you everybody for making this such a special night.

The crowd cheered again.

Miku: I hope you had a great time. Even when the song is over. We are always connected. See you again soo.

The crowd cheered and Miku waved at the crowd before she disappeared then there were several lights on the screen then there was text saying "Thank you Newark".

Patrick: It's over.

Neptune: What an amazing concert!

Patrick: No kidding! I can't believe we got to see all of them perform together!

Kasumi: It's like a dream come true!

The concert had ended on an incredible high, and the audience was slowly making their way out of the Prudential Center. We exited out of the Prudential Center. Then we got into our vehicles. Specifically cars and buses then drove off to a quiet area by the water.

Patrick: What a great concert it was. I was finally able to go to a Miku concert/an expo.

Kiana: Yeah!

Neptune: Feel's great to finally go after what happened back in 2020 because of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Patrick: I was pretty upset but now I'm not anymore. There's always an opportunity next time.

Kasumi: Miku-senpai and the other Vocaloids were great!

X Alter: And it was so colorful!

???: Everyone!

A voice called to us. We turned to the direction where it came from to see Miku running towards us waving her right hand at us holding it up high.

Everyone: Miku!

Miku stopped in front of us.

Miku: Did you enjoy my concert?!

Kasumi: Yes we did Miku-senpai!

Illya: You were amazing!

Liliya and Rozaliya: You were awesome!

More said their comments to Miku. Including myself.

Patrick: I enjoyed your concert, Miku-chan. I was finally able to go to one of your expos after what happened back in 2020 because of the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Miku: Well it's all in the past now. You were finally able to go to one of my expos right?

Patrick: Right.

Neptune: It's not every day we get to see a concert like that!

Midoriya: Yes Miku-san. It was great that we got to see you perform.

Uraraka: And the other Vocaloids too.

Jiro: It felt like being in UA's school festival again where me and the rest of class 1A performed Hero too in the fourth season of our show.

Miku: Hehe, I've heard about your performance. It must've been amazing.

Midoriya: Thanks, it was nothing compared to what you did tonight.

Kasumi: Or the performances we do at CiRCLE.

X Alter: Or when me and other servants performed during the Bedazzled! Grail Concert! Event in FGO.

Miku: That's the spirit! Music brings everyone together.

Patrick: It sure does. And tonight was proof of that.

Miku: Thank you all for being here. It means so much to me.

Patrick: It's our pleasure, Miku.

Without warning, Miku reached out and grabbed my hand.

Patrick: Hey, what's going on?

Miku, her eyes glowing with excitement, didn't answer verbally. Instead, she gave my hand a gentle tug, her smile speaking volumes. The group watched in surprise as she led me away from the riverbank and to another area by the Hudson River with Manhattan in view.

Patrick: What's going on, Miku-chan?

Miku: I want to share something special with you.

my heart raced as I followed her, the anticipation growing with each step. The others looked on curiously, whispering among themselves.

When we reached the designated spot, Miku let go of my hand and turned to face me.

Miku: Patrick. ... Do you still remember how we first met?

Patrick: How could I forget. I would never forget how we first met.

Miku: And do you still remember how you first heard of me?

Patrick: Yes I do. Thanks to Watchmojo.com on YouTube.

Miku: I have a special gift for you, Patrick-kun.

I had a look of confusion. That's when Miku leaned in closer to me, her eyes filled with a warmth that seemed to radiate from within.

Miku: I know how much this concert meant to you, and I wanted to make sure you had an unforgettable experience.

My heart was racing as she spoke. I nodded, still unsure of what she had in store for me.

Miku: Close your eyes.

I did as I was told, my heart beating faster than ever. With my eyes shut, I felt a gentle touch on my cheeks.

Patrick: What are you...

But before I could finish my sentence, I felt something soft and warm press against my lips. Miku's lips were on mine in a gentle, lingering kiss. The crossover characters gasped but watched in amazement. Miku pulled back leaving me blushing madly deep red as I had my eyes open again.

Miku: That was my gift to you, Patrick. To thank you for supporting me all these years.

Osakabehime slides into the scene blushing.

Osakabehime: You just kissed him on the lips!

So did Kiana.

Kiana: Why a kiss?!

Miku giggled.

Miku: Don't be alarmed. Lots of people have wrote FanFictions about me giving a kiss to readers and OCs.

Neptune slides in.

Neptune: Yeah. So many x reader and x OC FanFictions where peoples' Waifus and Husbandos are in romantic relationships with readers and OCs. Like FanFictions where I'm shipped with different readers and OCs.

Mei waved some air at Patrick.

Mei: Patrick-kun? Are you okey?

I snapped out of my daze, looked around at the group, their expressions ranging from shock to amusement. I took a deep breath and managed a smile.

Patrick: I-I'm okay, guys. Just surprised.

Miku giggled and took a step back.

Miku: I hope it was as magical for you as it was for me.

I still felt the warmth of the kiss, nodded. With that, Miku and I hugged.

Miku: Thank you coming to my expo, Patrick-kun.

Patrick: You're welcome, Miku-chan. It was an honor to be here.

Miku and I separate.

Miku: Let's not forget to take a commemorative photo!

I gave Kiana my smartphone then she takes a horizontal picture of me and Miku together.

Patrick: Thank you, Kiana-chan.

Kiana: Of course, Patrick-kun.

Patrick: And don't forget to get one with everyone else too.

Kiana nodded and took out a camera, lining up everyone for a group shot. The flash went off, capturing the smiles and the joy of the moment. The group looked at the image.

Miku: Tomorrow I and the other Vocaloids will be on our way to Boston Massachusetts.

Patrick: Then enjoy Boston and the rest of the tour.

Miku: We will! And don't worry, I'll see you all again in CiRCLE again.

Everyone laughed and enjoyed the rest of the night as the camera switched to a further view away from them then the camera looked up at the moon before the screen turned black.
