♡ Chapter 13 ♡

Nighttime,
Chisaki residence,
Izuku's and Kai's room...

Kai's POV

After getting all of the kids to bed, Izuku and me entered our shared chamber. The triplets insisted strongly on sleeping in Eri's room, since they didn't want to leave their big sister alone.
Honestly, that is so sweet and cute. Those triplets really take after their mother.

I pulled down my black surgery mask, letting it rest under my chin. My golden eyes locked on my wife, who was brushing her hair silently. But she seemed to space out, her emerald eyes lidded. I noticed her brows were furrowing in worry.

"... Izuku." I said her name softly, walking over to Izuku. She lifted her head up in response before turning to face me.

"Yes, Kai?" A soft smile graced her beautiful Freckles-spirinkled feature. I sat on the bed and patted to the empty space next to me. She tilted her head, confused. But deciding to follow my command, Izuku strolled to the bed.

My love seated herself beside me. Heavy silence fell upon us. I sling my arms around her shoulders, pulling her close to me. "A lot has happened today... You must feel very tired and stressed out. If you want to vent, then I'm here to listen." I assured as my fingers played with her hair.

Izuku sighed in content upon receiving my touch. Her shoulders dropped. She let herself drowned in my soft touch, that seemed to calm her down. My attempt worked out perfectly.

"Today.. I just showed to you my pathetic side." Izuku started, a sheepish smile tugged on her lips. I hummed in complete cluelessness.

"Come on. Don't you remember what happened earlier? I got mad at those kids' mothers. Not to mention, I unexpectedly threatened to get rid of them. Some hero I am..." A disappointment-filled sigh escaped her mouth as the sentence came to an end.

It took a while for me to absorbed every single word she uttered. I was quiet for a solid minute, before I spoke up again,

"That side of you... Isn't pathetic. If I am to be honest, your violent side earlier remind me of your late father, Hisashi."

"Dad...?"

Izuku looked up to me, curiosity sparked in her emerald pupils. I smiled a soft smile at my wife.

"Yeah, that guy tended to get violent if any of the yakuza mocked his family or close friends. He wouldn't hesitate to threaten their lives too. The only difference between you and Hisashi is, you threaten people with your intimidating aura, while Hisashi threatens people with his annoying evil smirk."

Recalling all those past memories made me chuckled lightly. I felt so nostalgic. It was kind of cringy though.

"You know a lot about my late father..." Izuku remarked delightfully, her hands reached to cup my cheeks. I placed my palms on the back of her soft hands.

"He was one of my reliable men. Of course I knew a lot of things about him. Though he is annoying and always tries to irritate me all the time."

Izuku chuckled heartily at my statement. I was relieved to see her returning to her usual self.
Now that she is laughing again...

Without warning, I picked Izuku up bridal style and threw her body in the bed. She let out a soft gasp of surprise, staring at me with innocent gaze.

"Kai..."

"...Let me make you forget everything that happen today, baby..."

I seductively whispered into her ear as my hands worked to roll up her top. The tip of my fingers caressed her flat belly which caused her to squirm.

"K-Kai..." Izuku moaned out my name in pleasure. God, her moan always managed to heat up my body. "Yes... That is what I want... Just remember me, only, Izu.." I chuckled darkly. My breath hit her neck, and she softly whimpered again.

My hands moved down to her shorts, slowly tucking it off her lower half. "K-Kai— ah~" I gently pressed my lips on her collarbone, leaving trails of butterfly kisses.

Lifting my head up back, I looked into her eyes with lustful-clouded gaze. I slowly removed the buttons of my shirt, getting ready to take Izuku.

"DADDY!!! MOMMY!!!!!"

And such a perfect timing... To ruin the moment.

Both of us heard Ichiru crying out in fear. Not wasting any moment, Izuku and I fixed our clothes back and left out bedroom, heading to Eri's room.

I left the door slightly open. In case one of the kids accidentally wake up at late night, they can come to our room anytime.

I grabbed the door knob and slammed open the door. How shocked we were to see all things in the room levitating in the air. Even Eri, Ichiru and Ken. But Aiko was still sleeping soundly on the floor.

What the he—

"Mommy! Help!" Eri screamed at Izuku, tears leaving her red eyes. I shifted my gaze to the two young boys. Ken didn't seem bothered by it. In fact— he was.... Enjoying this situation. He began swimming in the air, as if he was swimming in the pool.

Ichiru was bawling his eyes out. I was about to get him when I no longer sensed my foot on the ground. I looked down and my guess was correct.

I am floating.

"Izuku, could it be—"

"No, I don't think this is enemy's Quirk... Because..."

Izuku used her Black Whip to hold onto the door, preventing herself from floating. She darted her eyes to Aiko, and so did I.

Aiko was the only one who wasn't affected by this bizarre phenomenon.

"Yeah! Wah~ Float! Float!"

My youngest daughter laughed in her sleep. Perhaps she was having a dream that it triggered her power to activate—

Hold on... Power...?

Aiko's Quirk has manifested.

The triplets turned four a few weeks ago, so their Quirk may manifest soon enough.

And now, it happens.

First Ken, and now Aiko.

Next... Must be... Ichiru.

"Izuku, wake Aiko up! This is the only way to stop her Quirk." I told Izuku. She nodded her head and carefully walked over to my daughter... That was obviously a copy of me in term of appearance.

"Ai, sweetie... Wake up... I have choco—"

"Ai wants choco!!"

Hearing the very word she loved the most, Aiko immediately woke up. All items and furniture stopped floating and returned to their original position.

Eri landed on her bed, while I caught my two sons in my arms. "D-Daddy...." Ichiru hugged my neck. I looked at Ken, and... He was saddened by something.

How come he is enjoying this serious situation while the others are in panic?

Sometimes, I can't understand this boy.

Shaking my head in defeat, I hugged the two brothers. Izuku was talking to Aiko, and she suddenly laughed joyfully.

"Yeay! Chocoooo!!!!"

The two young ladies held hands together before walking out of the room. When their figures disappeared, I sighed in relief.

"Daddy... Just now.. Was it the work of Ai's Quirk...?"

All of a sudden, Eri asked me. I turned to her, thinking for a moment.

"Probably. I will bring her to hospital tomorrow for a check up to confirm the truth." I exclaimed reassuringly. Eri huffed in exhaustion.

"Here I thought she was going to throw me out of the house. I was very closer to the window."

"Same."

Eri and me chuckled slightly when we recalled what happened just now.
