Many people think that having a successful career means making a lot of money. Personnally, i dissagree wirth the idea that money is a key considerasion when deciding on career because i belive that other factor are equally important.
One the one hand, i agree that money is neccesary in oder for people to meet their basic needs. For example, we all need money to pay for housing, food, bills, health care and education. Most people consider it a priority to earn a salary that allow them to cover these needs and have a reasonable quality of life.
On the other hand, i belive others considarasions are just as important as what we earn in our job. Firstly, personal relationship and the asmosphere in a work place are extremely important. Having a good manager or friendly colleagues for example can make a huge different to worker's level of happiness and quality of life. Second, many people's feeling of job satisfaction come from their professional achivement, the skill they learn, the posistion they reach rather than the money. Finally, some people surpose they are successful because they can help other people and contribute to society while salary certainly affect people's success, i don't belive money outweights all other motivation.
