On Monday, the optometrist was able to fit me in.

She took a good look at my eye and even called another optometrist to get some advice, but in the end, they couldn't figure out what was going on. They had no other options, but to simply prescribe some medication for pink eye. While they tested again for the Eye Herpes, it was still not showing up on any tests.

She encouraged me to go to the hospital again to get checked out, and I did. Unfortunately, once again they could not find anything wrong me with me... other than the fact that my eye was looking worse and worse.

It would still be another day before we started to get things figured out.
