Nayan(Chopra) had some dreams that  she had to pay the price for to achieve it and she did. Her father. For him, she was dead. The only string that attached them was Tara (Nazriya Nazim), Nayan's younger sister.

After a few years, everything seemed to fall in place, when Tara's wedding finalised and she told Nayan that their dad wanted Nayan to come. Everything seemed like a dream until the reality made a cruel comeback.

Just a few days before the marriage, Tara and Vinnil (ARK) got into an accident, in which Tara died and Vinnil majorly injured. The whole family broke down, especially Vinnil. He was devastated. Both of the family decides that instead of Tara now Nayan should be the bride. Their father is reluctant at first but agrees. Nayan couldn't say no because it was the first thing her father asked for her in years.

They get married soon after. Nayan tries to make it work but Vinnil can't even look at her. Cause everytime he lookes at Nayan, he only finds Tara.
